A group of survivors must work together in order to survive the ever-changing world around them. Between the weather, zombies, limited resources and primal instincts, no one is safe because danger is always chasing.
*My goal is to make this a long-running series that lasts a few seasons*
Twyla looks at the rest of the career pack as hunger and thirst starts to kick in. Out of them all, district 4 look worse off as they are starting becoming very restless and dehydrated. Twyla looks over at Willow who looks better off hinting to her to come over to her
Twyla: Willow, will you check my bandages?
Willow: Yea sure.
Willow walks over not realising she has had healing cream all the time in the arena. She grabs the tub looking over at Twyla's gash on her side. Willow sits next to Twyla revealing the wound which has healed a little since the day before. Willow starts to put some of the cream on her wound which makes Twyla gasp as it is very soothing for her
Twyla: Thanks
Willow: No worries. We want you to get better. So we can fight as a group
Twyla: I know. I want one of us to go back home
While those two are talking, the tributes from 4 and Terran are talking about how Willow and Twyla are getting very paly together and that its kind of scary to them.
Zandier: Whats up with those two. It seems like they are always together.
Calamari: I know the first chance they get, its them two on their own. Dont you think Terran, you must be getting nervous of them.
Terran: If you say so.
Zandier: Its not like they are any good or anything. Look at them, careers they are barely tributes. Pfff.
Terran starts to get annoyed at this conversation. He starts to grasp his machete as they carry on talking about them. Suddenly, Terran swings around slashing the whole of Calamari's chest open. Zandier is in shock as she looks at Twyla then at both the tributes from 7 approaching her.
Zandier: Please don't
Suddenly, Terran throws a net at Zandier but she dodges it taking off into the village area leaving Terran, Twyla and Willow with a bleeding out Calamari on the floor. Willow looks down at Zandier who is struggling to live, she grabs her axe sending it straight into Calamari's chest.
BOOM!
The three of them look at him and then they help Twyla away from the body so the hovercraft can come.

Clementine, Thorn and Cleaver are at their camp in the forest. They hear footsteps near them seeing a tribute running around 5 metres away from their camp. Clementine gets up looking to see who it is.
Cleaver: Who is it? You know?
Clementine shakes her head as the tribute is way too fast for her to notice who it is. She looks back at them grabbing her weapons, the hatchet and the bow looking around the area that they are in.
Clementine: I think we should start moving. We have been here ages and i want to go hunting. There is 12 of us left. 9 out there and half of them are the careers i think. We need to attack the careers.
Cleaver: Your crazy aren't you.
Thorn: I agree, we arent strong enough.
Clementine: Doesnt mean its close combat. I could shoot them with my bow.
Thorn: Still if they find us. Come on, i'll go get some water from that stream we saw the other day.
Thorn grab all the bottles that they have walking away through some woods until he reaches a small stream. Thorn leans down letting the water flow into the bottles. He looks up seeing nothing much has been happening in the arena and he starts to come up with some crazy options on what could actually happen in the near future.

Porter looks at his wound seeing that its clearing up. He looks at the trap making kit that he got from the tribute from 3 laying it in front of him. He looks around him trying to find a good spot to lay it down. He sees a bush not far from him and he slowly gets up to set the trap placing it down with the instructions facing him.
He gets to work as he takes small sips of his water knowing he will have to start walking around to find some sort of water source. Porter doesn't feel much from him wound as he ploughs though the work he has to do to make the trap right.
Several minutes later he finishes the trap, looking very pleased with himself. He picks himself up leaving the trap grabbing his water bottle and he goes to search for some water.

Cressida is near the cornucopia watching what the careers are doing. She looks around trying to find where the other careers are since that there is only three remaining in the group. Cressida decides to watch from one of the small houses as if they see her there is another way to run.
She takes few sips of the water she got away with but she starts to realise that there is as much as she thought left making her worry.
"Shit i am gonna have to get some more, some where" Cressida's voice starts to worry.
In the back of her mind Cressida thinks about her rib since it has started to hurt a little from the moving she had to do. She tries to look at it but she cant see it that well due to it being on her back. She starts to relax a little hoping that it may release some of the pain she has. She does this by sitting on a couch in the living room making her self more comfortable and which means less pain for her.
While sitting down, she starts to think about the alliance that she arrived with and that now its all gone even though its only the third day. Both Amazon and Corey dying repeats on her making her feel that there could have been some way of preventing their deaths even though she couldn't have helped it.

Topaz wakes up from her sleep realising that she has been asleep alot of the day. She groans at the lack of food she has had and decides to walk around for a bit, looking around for food. She carries on walking in a straight line walking further and further away from the cornucopia, deeper into the woods.
As she walks she starts to think about what the others could be doing, due to her boredom however she gets tired off that very quickly. She looks around seeing if she can see any sharp rocks around her that she could possibly use to kill an animal if she finds anything.
Out of the blue she sees a small cat. She goes near it stroking it for a second before snapping its neck knowing that she needs to eat the cat for food. She looks at the cat and then starts to gather stuff for a fire leaving the cat on the ground while she gets the stuff.

Pachess is near the cornucopia crying in her hands as she thinks about her district partners death and knowing that she could have helped but didn't because she was too scared to. She watches the careers as she tears up as she thinks more and more about her district partners death.
She grabs a nutrition bar, starting to chew it to try and calm her nerves.

Topaz wakes up as she sits against one of the houses on the outside, looking at the forest that surrounds her. She looks at it for a while as she eats some of her berries that she collected through the night. She uses the wall to get up grabbing the vine basket she made to keep water in from a stream that she found. She looks around not seeing anyone but decides to creep into a house to check if there is anything she can use to protect her self.
Topaz walks into a small bungalow, looking around seeing a usual slum like set up seeing nothing much of value or use for her. She puts her basket of water down looking around seeing that the house is pretty run down with several windows broken with vines coming through the windows.
Topaz: This is kinda creepy, better get out of here.
Topaz looks around for a last time seeing nothing walking out of the bungalow, heading back in the forest that she was camping in, the night before. She heads to the spot that she was seeing that nothing has changed and that the stream is still flowing. She puts her stuff down in her spot creeping into the water bathing herself in the cool water. She tries to think about a plan looking at the trees and a couple of rocks near her.
Topaz: Ok, so i am creating some spears for myself then i am guessing.
Topaz grabs the sticks and rocks getting to work trying to make some wooden spears out of the sticks, using the rocks to sharpen one end of it.

Pachess and Linux are in the woods walking further and further away from the cornucopia, knowing that the careers of 4,7 and 8 will likely be there. Pachess looks back at Linux stopping planting her backpack on the ground
Pachess: We was lucky there wasnt we. Two tributes from 3 surviving. What are the chances?
Pachess laughs as she sits against a tree looking through her bag bringing out the knife she has placing it into her belt. She looks at Linux who is also doing the same bringing out a pair of shears getting confused at why he has a pair.
Linux: I guess so, but its going to be hard you know. Surviving and all, we have little to no fighting knowledge. I am just doing it on pure instinct
Pachess shrugs her shoulders but goes in a hushed voice almost immediately after she hears rustling from the left of her, she looks seeing the boy from 5 approaching the both of them, not realising that they are actually there. Pachess ducks behind a tree while Linux doesnt actually realise that Porter is near them. Porter sees Linux sitting against the tree and rushes over grabbing his knife out of his belt slamming it into Linux's chest. Linux looks in shock as Pachess just runs with her backpack seeing Linux's life slip away.
Linux falls to the ground due to the pain from the stab wound. Seeing his shears, Linux looks at Porter who is ready to finish him. Linux launches the shears which slice into Porter's side knocking him down as blood falls from the gash. Linux has to just lie there watching his blood come out more and more until he falls silent.
BOOM!
Porter grabs the blanket he has and starts to apply pressure on the wound, as it starts to sting a little as blood trickles from the wound. He uses his other hand to set himself up near a bush trying to hide. Porter reveals the wound to himself realising its not too deep as he tears away some of the blanket wrapping it up, tying it to him by some rope that he found in Linux's bag, resting for a little.

The careers are chilling at the cornucopia waiting for others to come out. All of their supplies are at the back of the palace. Twyla, the girl from 8 is seeming very agitated and this knowing that they should get out there to fight and not just sitting around. She looks at the others and Willow is the same.
Twyla: You wanna see if we can find anyone?
Willow: We are careers, we are supposed to do that. Kill anyone we find. You others gonna come?
The rest of the group just shrug their shoulders as Twyla and Willow arm up walking away from the rest of careers. Willow is a few paces in front of Twyla as they hear someone near them. The banging of pans and metal clashing against each other. Twyla looks at Willow as they source the sound of the noise, a small house around 20 metres from them.
Willow: Lets get them. We will have the chance while they are messing around with whatever they are doing.
Twyla nods as they run over to the house opening the door seeing someone. A boy who is just smaller than Twyla, messing around, looking for something. Twyla smiles at Willow as she uses her shortsword to slice at the boy.
Corey turns round ducking the shortsword swinging his hammer sending Twyla flying into a couch. Willow is stunned for a second watching Twyla fly through the air. Corey walks forward throwing the hammer at willow which she dodges throwing her axe straight into Corey's chest.
BOOM!
Willow grabs the axe out of Corey's chest looking over at Twyla who is gaining her composure. Willow doesnt see Viscera, the girl from 10 rushing towards her but Twyla does pushing Willow down as Viscera slices into the couch. Viscera rushes back looking at her dead ally and grabbing a hold of her mace which she put a side.
Willow watches as Viscera makes her second attack, swinging at Twyla's side injuring her more and more. Willow watches as Viscera keeps doing it even though Twyla is still alive but very injured. Willow grabs her axe and throws it straight into Viscera knocking her down and into a window smashing her head badly.
Viscera, very prominently injured runs out grabbing her stuff while she can running from Twyla and Willow. Willow sits back looking at Twyla's injuries seeing a deep gash in her side. Willow grabs some cloth that she finds lying on the floor applying all of the pressure she can on the wound trying to make the pain less for Twyla who is in pain from the gash. Willow picks Twyla or walking her back to the career alliance.
The alliance is very nervy about this and start patching it up with an advanced first aid kit they have.

Cressida and Amazon have made a small camp within the south of the arena just on the edge of the forest. They wait upon Viscera and Corey to come back not realising Corey is now dead due to the careers. Viscera comes into the view of the two of them, running to the duo with small cuts and grazes and shards of glass around her head
Viscera: Im sorry, Corey was the cannon. We was ambushed by the two girls from 7 and 8. The careers, they sent an axe into Corey's chest and they nearly killed me. I'm sorry.
Viscera sits next to Cressida and Amazon but they hear weird rustling coming from a house that has vines all over it. Suddenly, a frenzy happens as the Vines burst out grabbing a hold of Amazon who you just hear cracking and breaking. Amazon uses his knife to cut himself out.
Cressida: What the hell is happening?
Viscera: Lets get out of here.
Both Cressida and Viscera run for their lives leaving Amazon getting attacked by the vines until they break every bone in his body. Cressida and Viscera flee into the forest not even looking back at Amazon who is in agony from the game makers traps
BOOM!
Viscera looks at Cressida swinging her mace at the girl which sends Cressida flying forward as Viscera breaks their alliance up.

Cleaver, Clementine and Thorn hear the cannons keep going off laughing a little knowing that its less people for them to come against later on in the games. Clementine looks at Cleaver's back worrying for him.
Cleaver: Hey hows my back doing Clem?
Clementine: Your back, its started to bleed more. Not much but it needs to be stopped.
Clementine looks at Thorn who has already gathered a large amount of leaves creating a natural bandage to apply onto Cleaver's wound. As Clementine looks at the wound, Cleaver winces in pain as its quite soar when she touches it. While Thorn and Clem are helping his wound Cleaver starts to make some conversation between them.
Cleaver: So what it is with you guys? You guys brother and sister?
Thorn: No its just a very popular last name in 11. Its not like theres a wealth of names to choose from.
Cleaver: Thats like 10, but with 10 its starting to change, alot of new names are turning up. Sophie, Alexandria, nothing relating to the district but some of them are cool.
Clementine: It is. Its good that people are coming up with new names. So we probably dont want to talk about this but who do you think has died.
Cleaver looks back at Clem who has to bring down the spirit of the three of them
Cleaver: If i have to say, its definately the girl from 1. She ran straight from the cornucopia so surely shes gone back and been killed by one of them. Then the others i dont know. Best to wait it out till tonight. Then we will see who has

The 24 tributes rise up into the arena first noticing the large palace like structure in the middle of them. All the tributes are in a semi-circle, in front of a set of columns are surrounded by supplies. The palace stands on rocky plains around 40m away from the tributes as they look around to see small houses that are covered with vines, growing all over the houses. Many of the vines seem very large for what they actually are, making them seem man made.
"Let the 6th Annual Hunger Games Begin"
The announcement snaps most of the tributes out of their daze.
Clementine and Thorn who agreed to align with Cleaver from 10, stand next to each other on their pedestals smiling at each other as Clementine points at a pair of backpacks that are around one of the columns. Thorn smiles at her looking around seeing Cleaver a couple of pedestals down from them both.

The 5 careers, scattered around the semi circle smile at each other knowing that they need to make their mark on the game.

Cressida looks around trying to find her district partner, Amazon. Due to her being at the end of the semi circle she suggests to herself that he is the other side but she tries to stay focused, looking on the backpack and knife that she wants to get.
5...4...3...2...1
The gong goes off and the tributes leap off of the pedestals.
Topaz looks at everyone running towards the cornucopia and she decides to run off the opposite way running past several houses as she distances herself from the other tributes.
Terra bolts for the bounty of supplies inching closer and closer to the weapons that she seems to be too far away. She goes to grab a knife but is knocked straight over by Zandier who knocks Terra into a crate causing a small bleed from her forehead. Zandier rolls to standing, sending her foot straight into Terra's ankle several times. Terra screams in pain as she kicks at Zandier who ignored Terra grabbing Terra's injured leg slamming it down on the stone ground over and over, breaking her leg severely. Terra starts to scream out for Corey but he doesnt come. Terra tries to crawl away but Zandier laughs bringing her foot down several times on Terra's chest damaging her lungs completely.
BOOM!
Zandier looks around as Calamari walks over to her smiling at her as the two of them start to collect their weapons. Zandier grabs a trident and Calamari grabs a few knives. Calamari looks at Zandier as they two of them enter more into the cornucopia.

Cleaver reaches the cornucopia grabbing a samurai sword smiling at it since he has never really saw one before. He starts to swing around the sword as he feels the lightness of the sword. Several metres away Raven is gathering some supplies. Cleaver walks over to Raven grabbing her hair. The large stature of Cleaver towers over Raven as she screams for help. Cleaver throws Raven against a column making her bleed from her chin. Raven looks at Cleaver but as he goes to slam her again he doesn't see Otto behind him wielding an axe.
Clementine is right in the middle of the palace looking around seeing if she can find Cleaver or her district partner. Clementine grabs a hold of a bow and sees Otto who is about to attack Cleaver. clementine starts to worry but she shoots an arrow straight into Otto's neck sending him falling onto Cleaver pushing him and Raven onto the floor sending the sword away from Cleaver. Clementine runs over to the three of them helping Cleaver up
Clementine: Finish her and we need to go
Cleaver grabs Raven who is about to run away and snaps her neck killing her instantly
BOOM!

"Lets go"

Nearly all of the tributes have reached the cornucopia/palace and alot of them have gotten weapons. One of these is Amazon who has been cornered by Tecida and Laymit. He has got his spear in hand but the others are edging closer to him. Amazon makes the first move ducking past the two of them slashing at Tecida's ankles sending him to the ground instantly. Amazon looks at the other one, Laymit slamming straight into her, swinging his spear out of Tecida and straight into Laymit's side. Amazon kicks laymit to the ground as she holds her side.
"Please no. Dont kill me. PORTER...PORTER"
Amazon ignores her grabbing a knife that is near them planting it straight into her chest. Ending her suffering.
BOOM!
Amazon doesnt realise Tecida has left running for the suburban area that is around the palace. Amazon grabs the spear from Laymit's side and throws it at the fleeing boy. The spear goes into his knee sending him plummeting to the floor. Amazon decides to leave him though as he is now weaponless and he hasnt gotten any supplies which he runs off to get, bumping into his district partner Cressida who has just thrown a knife straight into Tecida's back.
BOOM!

With a machete in hand, Terran strolls around the palace looking for his victims seeing the boy from 9 who is trying to hide within the middle. Terran laughs as Kerne doesn't notice him walk up near the boy. Terran with all his confidence, kicks the crates from the boy leaving him exposed. Kerne starts to scream trying to trip up Terran. Terran just laughs stamping on his leg several times then creating a huge gash at his knee, immobilising him. Terran grabs his machete out planting it into his chest.
BOOM!

Many of the tributes have fled the bloodbath leaving those who want the extra supplies or those searching for some kills. Those left includes the 5 careers, Lux, Pachess, Linux, Porter and Grist.
Pachess, Linux and Porter have seemed to make a pact for the cornucopia running off together. Lux looks at the three of them with his knives in hand getting really annoyed at them teaming up. Lux runs after them throwing a knife straight at them which edges near Pachess who doesnt realise Lux is behind them. Whereas Porter sees the knife and ducks behind a house leaving the two. Lux follows the duo wondering where Porter is.
Porter sees Lux incoming, grabbing the scythe she has swinging at his legs making Lux trip and get small cuts on his legs. Lux lets go of his knives letting them fly but Porter is ready grabbing one and slitting Lux's throat.
BOOM!

Grist watches the careers circle her all of them with their weapons. She screams as each of the careers stab her at once with their knives leaving several stab wounds in her neck and chest.
