Scarlet and Amphere are silently eating some dead possum they found in the forest. They try to conceal their position putting out their fire straight after the possum has been cooked knowing that people will be close to them.
Amphere: Why did you want me as an ally in the first place?
Scarlet: Your smart. You escaped the bloodbath with a sleeping bag so you must be resourceful to have lost little weight during the 7 days we have been here.
Amphere: Thanks but well axes arent my strong suit. ore like electrical currents, wire, nuts, bolts stuff like that. This place it seems like it was designed for the 7 girl. Eden.
Scarlet: I agree but i dont know she seemed on edge the last time i saw her. When i stole from the cornucopia while they was sleeping
Amphere has raised suspicion of Scarlet thinking that she has that much nerve to raid a career camp so easily without being unnerved by it all.
Scarlet: Lets finish up and we can still travel some more before we camp for the night. I kind of want to see more of the arena.
Amphere nods as she finishes off the leg off of one of the possums collecting her sleeping bag following Scarlet as they head south.

Atlas wakes up noticing that he is now alone by the cornucopia. He looks to his left seeing the burnt out forest which is still smouldering due to the fire. He tries to get up quickly but is still recovering from the air pollution from the fire.
Atlas: Come on you have to move now.
Atlas uses one of the un burnt trees to get up using his hatchets to get up. He then looks around heading east around the cornucopia

Nova holds his head in pain not having any food for the past couple of days. He holds his head as he brushes in and out of consciousness for several minutes at a time. But when another phase occurs he knows he has to get to a safe place so that he can survive a little longer in the arena. He uses one of his arms to drag himself under a bush which is next to a small tree. He then hides in the bush, letting out a sigh of relief knowing that he has less chance to be spotted while he is in the bush

Merino and Urwin watch a tribute sitting there on his own as he takes a few sips of his canteen of water. Merino looks at Urwin who is the other side of the tribute as they both ready their axes for killing the boy. Merino looks at Urwin signalling three fingers "3,2,1". The two girls erupt out the underbrush slashing at Zatik who is stuck there in shock as the axe slices into his hand.
Zatik: What the fuck.
Zatik rolls out of the grip of the girls searching for Eden
Zatik: Where is she?
Merino: Eden? Shes gone. She is injured. Unlike you who will be dead.
Merino launches at Zatik with her dane axe but Zatik is expecting it using his axe to throw Merino to the side readying for Urwin's attack.
Zatik: Next!
Urwin slashes at Zatik from one of the bushes creating a large gash from his knee to foot.
Zatik: You will pay for that
Zatik drops onto one knee slashing straight at Urwin's chest sending the girl to the floor. In pain, Zatik rushes over to Urwin hoping to finish the job not knowing Merino is right behind him. Zatik launches onto the girl ready to kill.
Zatik: Time to cover your blood onto me.
Zatik grabs his axe going to slash Urwin. Urwin looks in terror as Zatik raises his trembling arm to the girl before Merino tackles Zatik to the floor slashing her axe down his chest. Merino watches as Zatik slowly dies due to blood loss. Watching, Merino looks over at Urwin who is also quite injured herself. Merino takes her chance while Zatik is dieing grabbing her axe sending it straight into Urwin's chest

Merino looks at the two bodies which are either side of her making her want to move taking the stuff from Zatik and Urwin.
