This is MY opinion. You will probably disagree with it but you can give your opinion of yours, I'll accept it.
There are more than 420 Tribal Councils in Survivor history, from Borneo to Kaoh Rong. A place where crazy blindsides, huge outbursts and iconic exits took place. I couldn't just make this a Top 10, this was not enough at all, so I made a Top 20, that you may or may not agree with. I rewatched almost EVERY of those Tribal Councils, and selected only 20 of them. Don't forget that a gift may be still available when this ranking will reach his end.
Here we are! It was supposed to be a Top 10 but It was way too hard not to talk about some Tribals, so I made this into a Top 20. But let the important things start, shall we ? Coming in 10th place is

"The Sole Survivor" Marquesas, episode 14.
The Final 4 castaways need to draw rocks to break the tie - Paschal eliminated -
This is the first time castaways needed to draw rocks to break a tie. This would later happen in Blood VS Water, but this was very different. First of all, I felt like It was more crucial because It was way later in the game, and you won a spot in the Final 3 if you didn't picked the purple rock, so 1 in 3 chance of winning.
But unlike the second rock drawing, It was not a shock to anyone that this would happen, and they all seemed to like each other, and like laugh about it. It would have been way better If the atmosphere was like more tense like in Blood VS Water.
It was so sad because Paschal controlled the game until now, this random picking definitely screwed him because he had a great shot of winning this.
But It's a rock drawing, something that only happened twice, so I had to put it here. They were balsy enough to do that, and I'm rewarding them by giving them a place in this ranking haha.
Paschal last words : "It's been an amazing experience. Uh, I've met some wonderful people and made some lifelong friends. And to the competitors that remain, I wish each of them luck. They're all worthy. And to the other Jury members, I look forward to being part of you"
Watch it again here : at 3:30.

I mean like he voted with the majority everytime and he did the best move of the season with Neleh. He literally saved V and Kathy by flipping and they would have been gone without them Dinosauro27
