PREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: Back at the Villains camp, Domenick was upset. He knew that Tony and Rodney would end up being way too big of a threatening pair, and he needed to try to make relationships with some of the girls. He told Chrissy that he wanted to work with her, and she said she’d be down to do that. Chrissy said she trusted Jay and Angelina. The four of them met up and decided on making an alliance, with Abi and Kass as the backup team members that they could take out later down the line. Kass and Abi were happy to have survived the vote, and couldn’t wait to send Tony packing as soon as possible. At the Heroes camp, the Big Hero 6 alliance met, hoping to set their sights on another win. Michael, however, felt a little uneasy being in an alliance against Malcolm and Denise, because they were so strong, and Aubry, since she was so good at puzzles. He pulled Davie aside and asked if they were doing the right thing. Davie said he would be down to get out someone like Keith or Jaclyn, who were big social threats, but not vital in challenges. At the immunity challenge, it was revealed that TWO people would be eliminated. One person from each tribe would win immunity. The contestants had to race on a balance beam over water and bring puzzle pieces back and forth, eventually solving a complex puzzle. The twist, if you fell off your beam, you were out. The Heroes were first, and when the challenge started, Michael, Davie, and Kelley took an early lead. Malcolm was trying to be careful, hoping not to fall off the beam. After three trips back and forth, Davie fell off his beam, looking in pain, and Jaclyn, Sabrina, Aubry, and Keith all fell off. It came down to Kelley and Michael in the puzzle, and Kelley was able to get the win. Before the Villains went, Davie went to be checked out by medical after he claimed he twisted his ankle on the balance beam. The Villains took their place, and immediately, Rodney and Jay went head to head, while everyone else trailed behind. Jay had one misstep, and slipped, falling off his beam, giving Rodney an early lead, which he never let up. Rodney won immunity. Back at the Heroes beach, Davie told them he had sprained his ankle. The Big Hero 6 alliance was devastated, but hoped to still utilize him for a vote to blindside Aubry. Michael thought it was incredibly dumb to get rid of Aubry, who was great in puzzles, and tried to talk to Davie about flipping. Davie said, however, that he was in too much pain and didn’t know if it was fair to continue on and prevent someone from playing their hardest. Michael understood, knowing his big move wasn’t going to happen. At tribal council, Malcolm said that Davie would be the easy boot in any scenario, and Davie agreed, saying that he didn’t want to waste the spot of someone who was healthy and ready to give it their 110%. Despite originally wanting to get rid of Aubry, the Big Hero 6 alliance bid farewell to Davie, and Davie was sent home 8-1, putting his vote on Denise, since she got a vote last tribal. Davie was sad to go so early, but happy for the adventure, once again. At the Villains camp, Rodney was gloating about winning immunity. Kass and Abi met up with Chrissy, Angelina, Jay, and Domenick about voting out Tony. They all seemed on board. Domenick knew that Tony was strong in challenges, but didn’t want to be on the minority of any more votes. Tony and Rodney didn’t know how to overcome being on the bottom, knowing they probably lost Dom. Tony decided to approach Natalie, a fellow winner, and tell her that he was a target. Natalie said that she was also feeling a bit of an outsider, and wondered if there was a way to flip the script. She came up with a plan to go to Angelina, the most vocal of the other side. She asked her if she was voting for Chrissy, and Angelina said “why would I do that? She’s my closest ally?” Natalie pretended to act shocked, and told Angelina that Chrissy was voting for Angelina, because she felt she was too threatening. Angelina was shocked, and decided to tell Jay and Dom that Chrissy was plotting against them with Tony and Rodney. Jay didn’t believe it, but Angelina said that Natalie didn’t seem to be lying. At tribal council, Angelina exploded at Chrissy, telling her that she knew what she was up to. Chrissy was incredibly confused, not knowing what she was talking about. Jay and Dom decided to back up Angelina, and defend her. Chrissy seemed shocked as ever, and Kass pleaded for them to stick to the plan of voting out Tony. Natalie, Tony, and Rodney hoped their plan worked. When the votes were read, Tony received votes from Chrissy, Kass, and Abi, while Chrissy got votes from Tony, Rodney, Natalie, Angelina, Jay, and Dom. Chrissy was shocked that she was being sent home, and told Angelina that she literally never once plotted against her. Once Angelina saw Natalie, Tony, and Rodney snickering, she knew she made a mistake turning on her number one ally.
