I've now officially lost SIXTY POUNDS since this past summer & I'm so proud of myself. My goal was to be under 200 pounds before my birthday (March 29th) & I literally thought it was unachievable. When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed 260 pounds. Now, I weigh in at 199. I'm in disbelief that I was seriously able to meet my goal & I feel so much better about myself in comparison to 8 months ago when I started this journey.
Thanks to everyone who has continued to support me & motivate me. I still have a little bit to go before I'm fully satisfied with where I'm at, but I'm happy to have gotten here in the time that I did :)
If you're trying to lose weight, YOU CAN DO IT. You literally just have to put yourself in the mindset of wanting to lose weight & commit to it for YOURSELF, not for anyone else. You got this :)
