i already have 3 new job opportunities, all of which seem super desperate to hire me. and they're all already guaranteeing me higher pay STARTING than my current job i've been at for 4 years LMFAO.
Leave, I did that with Target because I was overworked, underpaid and was getting no respect for the job that I was doing. I was the hardest worker in my department and only got a 10 cent raise so I quit the same day of my evaluation. I now have a job paying $17 an hour where they show me that I'm valued and that I'm doing a fantastic job everyday.
