working with my boss (who just told me he has feelings for me) lately has been extremely uncomfortable. instead of scheduling us opposite shifts, he has us overlapping 4/5 days i work this week even though i explicitly asked for space from him.
i don't know what to do anymore because i've tried to explain how i feel & he just doesn't seem to want to understand. it's constant gaslighting & i'm miserable at work every day now.
i'm debating making an HR complaint, but i don't know if that's my best option :/ advice welcome.

If you’re uncomfortable, make a statement first (it sounds like you have).
If nothing is resolved, contact HR to have it at least documented. But they might have it out for you after that, so id still try to find a new job ;(. Sorry if thats not what you want to hear, but its just my thoughts.
Go to HR immediately and tell them he has made you uncomfortable and is still making advances towards you when you have told him you are not interested
king… you shouldn’t have to leave your job because of some creep… you should be able to do your job without any thing making you uncomfortable… HR is the best option
And if you want something to happen to him I say take a risk and record a conversation with him to get evidence!! again you shouldn’t have to leave if you naturally wouldn’t want to
I agree that HR is probably your best bet at this point (as scary and uncomfortable as that might make you) or just finding a new job altogether if you'd rather not go that route. If you end up applying for a new job feel free to send me your resume bullet points if you want a second person to take a look at them.
