SURVIVOR: WINNERS AT COMBAT Finale Part 3

Jul 16, 2020 by SurvivorGames
imagePREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR:  Tina talked with Vecepia, and couldn’t believe what she did. “You’re good, missy,” she said. Vecepia worried that if Tina won immunity, she’d take her out, so she needed to make a deal with Tina. “If either of us win, I think it would be fairest to take the other to the end,” Vecepia said, “we have been the two hardest working and most strategic girls all game.” Tina knew that Vecepia was a threat, seeing as how she escaped eliminations so many times, but also made the deal, hoping that if Vecepia won, she’d take Tina. Vecepia talked to Jenna, and both agreed that Tina was now the lady to beat, seeing how she found many idols and made the big move to get out Earl. Jenna said that she wanted to win another immunity to tie Vecepia’s immunity win amount at 3. “If Vecepia wins this immunity, she’d have 4 immunities, and I’d have 2,” Jenna said, “If I can win, then I think I have a chance of having as good a resume as her.” Tina felt like she had a good shot to win no matter what, since she had multiple idols in the season and really used them to her advantage. “I cut Earl last tribal,” Tina said, “but he was probably the easiest win of the four if he got to the end, so in retrospect, it’s a good move.” At the final challenge, the three women had to simply keep their hands on an idol, like the first Borneo challenge. A test of will power. Vecepia felt shaky, and knew that Jenna was taking her 100%. She just had to have faith in Tina taking her. She looked at Tina and gave her a look, before stepping down. Tina knew that Vecepia was signaling for her to take her, but Tina knew that she’d take out Vecepia if she won. After hours of standing up there, a small budge from Tina shockingly put her out, giving Jenna the immunity win. “I can’t believe I just did that,” Tina said. Vecepia breathed a sigh of relief, knowing her fate was safer in Jenna’s hands than Tina’s. Tina talked to Jenna, hoping to sway her mind. “Vecepia has been playing hard from the beginning,” Tina said. “After booting Earl, I don’t think the jury will be too friendly toward me.” Jenna wasn’t sure what to do. At tribal, Jenna said that loyalty would make her pick Vecepia, but that Tina was also not as successful in immunities, and may not have been as well liked with the jury. “I’m looking at two strong women, one who won more immunities and played from the bottom, and one who had complete control of her alliance and found so many idols,” Jenna said. In the end, Jenna voted out Tina, preserving her alliance with Vecepia, as she saw Tina as the biggest threat to win. Tina was proud of her game, but disappointed that she couldn’t win the challenge that mattered. “I found so many idols, I made a strong alliance with JT and Earl that only fell apart as a last resort,” Tina said, “I am so proud of the game I played.”

Now, it’s your turn. Now vote for who you want to WIN Survivor: Winners at Combat. Vecepia and Jenna. From the start, Vecepia’s tribe was losing challenges left and right, but a tight alliance with Natalie got her to the merge. Once at the merge, Vecepia was on the receiving end of a blindside that sent out Rich, Vecepia’s ally, but in the next episode, Vecepia made the brilliant play to get Chris Underwood to play his idol, Natalie played hers, and she and Natalie took out Todd, her biggest threat. Once Natalie was gone, Vecepia was able to sway Earl to blindside his closest ally JT, and then used Tina to blindside her closest ally Earl. Her bond with Jenna made toward the end of the game got her a spot in the final tribal council, with three immunities to her name. Jenna, also winning three immunities, had a pretty dominant tribe in the beginning. Despite being in the minority with Todd, she was able to flip Mike and Aras to blindside Cochran, later blindsiding Aras at the merge. After her ally Todd was sent packing, Jenna was playing from the bottom, but thanks to Chris Underwood playing his idol on her and going home, she became a sway vote. She linked up with Tina, Earl, and JT to get rid of Natalie, but then joined up with Vecepia to take out the entirety of Tina, Earl, and JT’s alliance. She played under the radar, only getting two votes the entire game that were negated by an idol. It’s been an amazing season, and you will get to decide the winner. Also, vote for which of the eliminated contestants you think should be the FAN FAVORITE of the season (cannot be Vecepia or Jenna). Thanks so much for voting all season. The winner will be announced later in the reunion show, as well as your fan favorite :)
