PREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: Angelina and Terry celebrated making final three, while Abi felt like she was a bit of an outsider. “I made the right move in sending out Sugar, but now I just have to convince both Terry and Angelina that I’m the better option to take to the finale,” she said. Abi talked to Terry and told him that the jury would definitely applaud Angelina for fighting her way back in, and she’d win hands down. Terry thought that it could be true, and definitely saw Abi’s point, but wanted to play loyally and faithfully. Abi told Angelina that it would be easier for both of them if Terry wasn’t in the finals, because he was so likable and overdue for a win in the game of Survivor. At the final immunity challenge, the contestants had to place a ball in a contraption, and catch it on the other end with the same hand, while the other hand was tied behind the back. Every few minutes, balls would be added, and the last one to not drop their ball would win. Right away, the contestants all seemed solid. When adding a second ball, Terry completely misjudged his timing and was out immediately. Abi was shocked that she outlasted Terry, and wanted to make sure she could win. When adding a second ball, Abi lost complete focus and dropped, giving Angelina the final immunity win. Back at camp, Angelina was emotional and told Terry that she didn’t even want any campaigning because she made up her mind. Terry had hoped she’d stay true to him. Angelina told Abi that she had to be quiet and pretend she was going home, but she wanted to take Abi to the finals. “I’d be stupid to sit with Terry and not Abi,” Angelina said, “So I have to blindside Terry, but I have to have Abi pretend like she’s going home so it looks better to the jury.” At tribal council, Angelina said that she came to play, and she would base her decision on who she felt wast most deserving. Abi felt like her time was about running out, but hoped that Angelina would see that Terry was unbeatable in the end. Terry started to feel a bit worried. After the vote, it was revealed that Angelina voted for Terry, making him the last member of the jury. Terry understood, and respected the move. Abi was happy she had made the finals without getting a single vote all season, and Angelina felt good that she would be sitting against Abi, a notorious Survivor villain.
