LMFAO THIS MICAH & ALEX CONVERSATION @ THE TABLE. LOOOOOOOL IF THEY BOTH AREN'T ON ALLSTARS... I didn't care for Micah for the longest because he was overshadowed by his besties but alone he's hilarious. Alex is 1 of a kind.. psychopath. I love it.
Titan24maniac just watched the AllStars trailer but I watched Terrapin Trial and going to start this season soon but great work with all you do I loved Terrapin and I'm sure I'll love guts and glory and forusre all stars :D
This jury is honestly a MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN TERRAPIN TRIALS. Every single question was so entertaining. They thought their questions & statements out very well and when they were mean to Mollie it was in a witty way and not like they were with Foluke calling her a bitch over and over again knowing it'd trigger her as a feminist who doesn't like women being called that word.
Ugh this cast delivered this episode. I'm ready for Katie's win now!

Micah saying she's had a chance to redeem herself during the FTC when most of the people either wouldn't let her speak or didn't ask her anything is so dumb

I'm so happy with this ending YAY. I'm glad Alex turned around and gave Katie his vote. I kinda feel bad for Matt now? I didn't like him all game but he kinda convinced me that he did play the best that he could for his game because if he was vocal like Katie he would've been targeted instantly. He tried his best and is a great runner up. GO KATIE GRATS WOO! lol @ Victoria @ the party tryna get some allies for allstars.

Brandon was the most hated this season and I didn't like him after getting out SHARRY but his redeemed himself in the finale. I think he fits the villain role very well. I'm gonna laugh if he wins loloolol but he won't cause I can tell people are annoyed by his presence. AND YES I'M SO GLAD ALEX ACCEPTED. AND I'M SO GLAD SOCHATRIO IS BACK LOL THEY'RE GONNA FLOP SO HARD I BET.
There's so many connections that it's really hard to tell what can happen especially w/ gender divided tribes. SO MANY DIFFERENT SCENARIOS.
Ugh I want to spread the word some more but idk what else to do. Does the knew ClubsthatSuck website have a thread for Survivor Maryland? I don't have an account there but i'm sure some of them can watch.
Maybe tweeting Survivor players or even JEFF PROBST to give a shout out to the show.
I'm shocked Mollie didn't win, I felt out of the 3 she played the best cause she was on the bottom of the sohcahtrio alliance and she knew when it came down to it she'd be axed for 5th so she jumped ship and made a whole new alliance halfway through the game that worked and got her to the end and jury bagged on her so much BITTER BTCHES

Katie was my day 1 favorite and she won so god bless for that too and Alex is the reason it happened so < 3
As for all-stars, I wanted Foluke but she 100% would have flopped horribly so I'm not too fussed. Rooting for Sabrina because she was messy and terrible which is so great < 3
My first season to watch! What a great ending and series. I will definitely fit time to watch 2 and 3 before All-Stars. Glad to see 5(I think I counted right) from Guts and Glory, Sohcahtrio + Alex being deserving, and Michelle for her time being cut short. Very excited for them.
As for the rest of the new cast, I will have to watch the seasons for opinions. I know Victoria is great from what I've seen.
Anyways, this season! I totally expected that final three after awhile, and I'm glad Katie pulled out a win as the first girl. I personally don't think any of them deserved to win, but she pulled it together at the final tribal council over Matt, who sounded like a 12 year old, and Mollie, who hid in the shadows and got #slammed by Evan.
This line is in dedication to Foluke and Sherry. Gone, but not forgotten.

I really feel like each season has gotten better. One could argue Maryland Outback was the best, but the pre-merge was too choppy and unpredictable that it was hard to follow. Season 3 really improved on the edit and storytelling, and season 4 was a real mix of the 2. While Maryland Outback had 101 alliances shifting power every week, and TT had really just 1 dominating, this had a great mix of the two. Two strong alliances going after each other, and there were 4 straight weeks of those two alliances being fairly even during the merge.
The cast was excellent, and although I haven't seen La Plata I don't think it'd been too out there to say Katie is the best winner. Terry was underwhelming, and Steve wasn't bad but out of the final 6, really seemed like the only person he could beat was Centi, and by a little. Katie played a great social game, although I think she woulda turned me off at final tribal with her whole 'I say vote for who YOU think is the most deserving' because it was so transparent.
Matt played a great game, I think he needed a final 2 with Mollie or if Allan didn't draw that rock, maybe make some moves at final 5 to get to the end with Mollie and Allan. He was the only one to not get votes, and really it seemed like his name NEVER came up. Poor Mollie, she really never had a shot considering how bitter the SOHCAHTRIO were. They yell at her for playing horribly yet they well know they woulda cut her final 5, and there she is at the final 3. Micah was a great character, I probably prefer him to Evan because of his comedy, he is very Rob Cesternino esque.
Then of course Alex, what can I say. The guy is in the Survivor Maryland Mount Rushmore for characters, Foluke is the only one that really rivals him as the best character. She probably does win that debate, but Alex is amazing. His OTT ways, mixed with literally everyone wanting him gone yet him ALWAYS being in the swing position was fun to watch. His journey was amazing, and I loved him and Evan as a relationship. Seeing his love for Evan slowly crumple as Evan just made fun of him the entire time, and for him to get his vengeance on Evan was probably my favorite storyline of the season.
Can't wait for All-Stars, although it's missing a few amazing characters, I feel like it won't matter because everyone will be there to play hard. Hopefully it is a better version of Outback where there is unpredictability everywhere, but we at least know the characters so it's easier to follow.
This was utterly UTTERLY excellent. Nothing else compares with these home-made Survivors. Obviously the visual/sound quality isn't perfect, but with a little extra budget I'd find this just as entertaining as a lot of Survivor episodes. Thank you man and congratulations on your editing/organising etc.
What a glorious season. The winner was good, not great. I think she benefited from the fact that the jury wasn't required to attend tribal councils and didn't really get to see the way she treated the members of the minority in the mid-end of the game. I thought her responses to the jury questions were poor and her opening statement was far to abrasive, so I feared Matt would win over her. But her gameplay was solid and she deserved it over the other members of the f3.
I just wish Micah could have hung on longer than Alex but I'm so glad he didn't quit in the comp and he didn't give up when it came to trying to flip the vote. Could Micah have been more funny this episode? His exit was very sad for me but solidified all the reasons I loved him throughout the season. I'm so glad he gets to come back and slay faves in all-stars.
Alex was such a rollercoaster ride. Early on I thought he'd emerge as a villian and he had a bit of that but he ended up being the white knight of the season and he got the sad f4 vote out music. I'm glad to have gotten to know him, I feel as though if I met him in real life we could be good friends. Glad to see that he's returning to all stars as well, I have no idea if he can be a bit more devious but that's really what he needs to do if we doesn't want a repeat of this season.
I think Matt's game was under rated. Early on he actually had to backstab several people (Sherry and Mikey, which is something he should have brought up in his jury speech). He didn't do anything wrong which is actually an accomplishment. He got himself into a good position and I think it was reasonable for him to believe that he had a chance to win over Mollie and Katie. I can't really think of anything he could have done to be better, he simply lost out in the end.
Now Mollie... I don't think she was treated well by the jury. They were bitter about her, and she was definitley lucky to get to the end (flubbing a coup attempt and then getting lucky at the merge (rock-draw, not getting targeted etc.)) I think a better way to treat her would have been to simply ignore her. Evan was cruel to her which made me sad.
Infact I thought the entire jury segmant was sort of uncomfortable. I'm not sure why but these people seemed more like actual humans as opposed to the contestants on the actual survivor, which made it much harder to see them to be mean to each other.
Great season and I can't wait for all-stars! Will probably rewatch it at some point.
moonfelar that's funny you say that cause I felt Terrapin trial male jurors were meaner to Foluke but I guess it feels different because Foluke could take on their hat by herself while Molli is fragile literally and looked helpless.
moonfelar WATCH IT?? LMAO why did you skip that season? a LOT of people started off on that season (cause of me!111) it's really good. I think you'd like it a lot. Crazy good characters, crazy drama @ the end, and really funny from beginning to end.

Amazing winner this couldnt have ended better! Yeh mollie got a hard time when all she did was all she had to, same with matt even tho im not a fan i think him/mollie/katie did well banding together to get all threats out from other side then alex when he lost immunity. Overall tho i think katie deserved it cuz she seemed more aware and in control and was more involved in the decision making. Also voting off alex after how close they were made her seem like more of a great player because she put emotions aside. Great season thx again austin :****
Oh and allstars seems interesting although foluke not being in there is such a travesty, and im not sure micah should be i think we saw enough of socatrio loool but it'll prob be different so im excited! Also sherry :(
