PREVIOUSLY ON SURVIVOR: All three teams were shaken up by the three separate tribal councils, but were even more shaken up when they were swapped to two tribes: Lights and Camera. No more Team Action. On the new Lights tribe, Jordan, Tia, Bill, and Julie all from original Lights, Tamera and Ben from original Action, and Timothee and Amanda from original Camera. On new team Camera, Derek, Nikki, Lea, and Ariel from team Camera, Steve, Joey, and Snooki from original Action, and only Alton from Lights. Without the idol, Alton began searching for a new one, but was not successful. This is because Lea and Derek found an idol right away in a spot that they knew nobody would look in in a small hole in the a tree. Lea held onto it, and the two sighed relief knowing that Nikki had flipped on them to get out Frankie last round. Knowing he didn’t have his Lights tribe, or Bill, Alton decided to try to make friends with Snooki, Joey, and Steve, but Snooki made it clear that Joey wasn’t working with them. Instead, Joey was befriending Lea and Derek, while Nikki and Ariel were getting a lay of the land, hoping to rope in Snooki, Steve, and maybe Alton, should they lose. On the new Lights camp, Tia and Tamera had an emotional reunion. Tamera pulled in Ben to Tia’s Jordan, Bill, and Julie, and the six of them agreed to take out Amanda and Timothee next. Bill didn’t know if he liked working with the two sisters and thought of maybe pulling Julie to vote against them should they lose. At the immunity challenge, the two teams faces off in a balancing challenge on a log. Groups of two at a time would try to knock the other off their balance. Ben and Bill were first against Alton and Joey, and Alton and Joey got the point for Camera. Amanda and Julie went next against Lea and Snooki, and lost again, giving Camera a 2-0 lead. Timothee and Jordan went up against Derek and Steve, hoping to regain a lead. Thanks to nothing from Steve, Derek was on his own, and Timothee and Jordan were able to knock him off to get a 2-1 comeback. Tia and Tamera were next against Ariel and Nikki, but couldn’t beat them, and Nikki and Ariel won the challenge for Camera Tribe. Back at camp, Bill saw the opportunity to pull in Timothee and Amanda and tell them to vote for Tia in the upcoming vote. If Tia left, Tamera could bring Ben over to their side. He knew he needed Julie’s vote for any possibility of this. Bill told Julie it was the best move for her game to vote out one of the twins. Julie knew that twins could stir up trouble in the game, but knew that the six person majority was a good majority to have. At tribal council, Tia and Tamera spoke about threats and how relationships aren’t as threatening as weakness at this stage of the game. Amanda knew she was probably going to be targeted, but wanted to prove herself some more since she was already feeling some redemption. Ben said it would be interesting to see how the vote played out since some people were meeting for the first time ever. At the vote, Bill’s plan couldn’t work, as Bill, Amanda, and Timothee voted for Tia, but the rest voted for Amanda, sending her packing. Timothee knew he might be alone, and the twins knew their bond would continue to grow on the island.
