Previously on Survivor Luck of the Draw…..the Newbies on the Kota tribe were again put in a power position. Tester/Hydraesha/Slothy were forced to decide whether they wanted to vote along tribal lines...or to continue the trend of targeting vets. In the end...they sided with Sydney and Natalia….and voted out Tony.
13 players remain…..who will be voted out tonight?
When the Kota tribe returned from tribal...Natalia and Sydney knew that they were in the clear...for now at least. They both agreed though that this anti vet sentiment would soon continue...and that they would be targeted before long. Sydney suggested that they reach out to James at some point...who was clearly on the bottom. In a Sydney confessional she explained what they were thinking
“Right now me and Natalia need to be careful. When it comes time to strike….we need to be sure that we don’t swing and miss. But I will say this...we have successfully stayed UTR so far...and I think we are in with Hydraesha/Slothy/Tester for the time being. Therefore...I am hopeful that when we strike they will not expect it”.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE: KOTA TRIBE WINS IMMUNITY
When the fang tribe returns from the challenge….Blair and Patrick are instantly trying to lock things in with Anthony. They all three explained that they needed to stay loyal with each other. Anthony explained that since Tony was gone...that they are all he has whether they believe it or not. While this was happening….Scrolldrag/Jadine/Danny were plotting their next move. Scrolldrag explained that while last vote didn’t go his way...that he was hopeful that they would be able to FINALLY ACCOMPLISH THEIR GOAL….get Blair out. Jadine and Danny both explained that they should be able to accomplish this...and that they Just needed Julissa to side with them….
Jadine and Danny both approach Julissa...who appears to be the swing vote….ONCE AGAIN. Danny explains to Julissa that Blair and Patrick are threats...and need to be seperated. We first get a confessional from Danny.
“Okay so I get last vote we sided with Blair/Patrick. HOWEVER….They need to be broken up. Additionally….we are probably close to a merge...and Sydney and Natalia clearly have some hold on the other tribe. Thus it is critical that we cut Blair from that equation before we swap/merge again”
After the camera cuts to this confessional….it returns to hear Julissa’s response. Julissa says that she agrees with this. She explains that the other three will probably target Scrolldrag...whom is not a threat to her game at the moment. The three agree to stick together...and ultimately break up.
Next we have a discussion between Blair/Patrick/Anthony/Julissa. Blair and Patrick both state that Scrolldrag holds the power of Danny and Jadine. Once he is gone..they will not be as threatening to their game. Julissa agrees with this assessment...stating that if they let Scrolldrag lay too far UTR that he will make it far. The 4 agree to stick together...and ultimately as they head to tribal we are left with a Blair and Julissa confessional
Blair: “I am confident about this vote. Julissa seems like a cool chick, and I think she could potentially work with myself, Patrick/Natalia/Sydney once the merge hits. However...I have my eyes and ears open….and ready to catch anything fishy”
Julissa: “How is it possible that one girl can be in the middle SO MANY times. But I successfully have both sides trusting me...Now I need to decide which I alliance I want to ride with for the time being. I really like Blair and Patrick...HOWEVER if I let them get too far as a duo..I will be acting dumb….Additionally...on the other side Scrolldrag whether I like it or not has some bit of a hold on Danny/Jadine. So to put it in different words...both Blair/Patrick….and Scrolldrag need to go at some point. However...I need to decide which is more pressing to me. I am still making up my mind...and I will ultimately decide at tribal what I really want to do”
