We understand there have been many discussions that have erupted last night following a blog posted by the user Aquamarine where a threat was made to leak the personal information of Akeria. After taking time to discuss the merits of the situation between myself, brandonpinzu and koolness234, and reaching out to both our advisory council and randomize, we have decided the best course of action to take will be a permanent ban on both Aquamarine and Akeria’s accounts.
We understand there is more to this situation than meets the eye. Both users have had a problematic history of releasing personal information of other players and users. We have had long discussions regarding how to handle this, and we have ultimately decided that given the extensive background history involved between both participants, and after listening to both sides of the story, that neither of these users contribute towards our ability to foster a safe community.
We have also received word from randomize who knows that it would be unacceptable to allow users to reach out to families/employers for users. This is a security concern, and we are inclined to take a position that allows for the safety and security of our users. Carlos has made it clear that any attempts made to invade the personal lives of users will be met with consequences, and we will not allow for this behavior to continue. He has also approved our decision to enforce a permanent ban on the users in question.
We will continue monitoring the situation, and take further action as it becomes necessary. Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we continue to raise discussions amongst our team. We will provide future updates as they arise.
LMAO Dallas should've just kept his mouth shut. He had to have known that if he tried getting Johnny perm banned, it'd come out that he, also, contacted Johnny's employment, right? Shot himself in the foot.
As someone who hates Johnny, I will continue to fight the hard fight. Akeria’s screenshot was likely fake and this is why I said in the previous blogs that we should NOT ban people for things off the website. Things can easily be fabricated. I know Johnny a little too well and I don’t believe he would do this just days after the obey_me controversy.
Johnny did not do this and it is so easy to fake an e mail. Do we know Dallas fathers e mail or any info to prove that is was true? Anyone can make a fake e mail to frame ppl so there should definitely be further investigation in this and definitely perm ban the person who is lying!
The decision that was made was not solely based on the blog that Akeria made with the screenshot. In fact, that email and whether it had been sent by Aquamarine is almost entirely irrelevant. We had received several screenshots of Aquamarine offering to pay money for others to send the email on his behalf and discussing the sending of the email. Additionally, he admitted to moderation that the email was in fact written by him.
This shows that it was negligent/reckless AT BEST, and even if we conclude that he didn't send the email, he still put a user's privacy at risk, which randomize wants removed from the website.
johnny has done so many disgusting things in the past. it was only a matter of time before something like this happened. i feel for him because i know he dedicated a lot of his life to tengaged BUT you have to be more mature and thoughtful about what you say and do.

ghrocky100 I can't count how many people there are saying "I voted for trump" is a racist statement. According to them 50% of the country should become unemployed.
