(+/-) Carolyn Rivera ~ S30: Worlds Apart

CAROLYN RIVERA WANTS YOU TO SAVE ME IN STARS.
http://www.tengaged.com/blog/BlueBarracuda/7779787/save-me-stars
-------------------------------
Carolyn was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Masaya (White Collar) tribe originally. She was also on of 32 castaways eligible to be voted into Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chances, although she did not ultimately make the cut.
"Carolyn is regarded as a strong strategic player. Her gameplay style was likened to the behavior of a "stingray" by Shirin Oskooi, and it helped her infiltrate the majority alliance. Her strategic play, physical prowess, and possession of a Hidden Immunity Idol brought her to the Final Tribal Council. However, her social game was deemed lacking compared to that of her high-profile fellow finalist, Mike Holloway, and she lost the title of Sole Survivor to him in a 6-1-1 vote."
Referred to as the modern day Sue Hawk and also as Mama C, Carolyn was the oldest castaway on Worlds Apart at 52 years old. She is the only woman to win Individual Immunity in Worlds Apart in a season where Joe and Mike dominated, with Carolyn winning it twice herself. She is the highest placing Masaya/White Collar member. She watched the show religiously for its first 15 years and tried out four years before getting cast and has had her final jury speech planned for years. She was shocked she didn’t get cast on Cambodia, but feels that since it was still airing that hurt her changes. She also feels the fact they weren’t allowed opening statements at FTC hurt her as well.

(+/-) Will Sims ~ S30: Worlds Apart

15 BlueBarracuda, Dec 8, 2016

Will was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Nagarote (No Collar) tribe. His job was “YouTube Sensation”. He is most remembered for bullying Shirin and being a goat.
From his Survivor Wikia:
“The last remaining member of the No Collar Tribe, Will is best remembered for turning against the No Collar Alliance and flipping to the Escameca Alliance, as well as his heated and controversial altercation with castaway Shirin Oskooi. Despite several pro-social, team-oriented gestures and his successful partnership with Rodney Lavoie Jr., his inconsistent loyalties and occasional bellicosity made him something of a Final Tribal Council goat, as he earned a comparison to a "dead fish" from Shirin and lost a 6-1-1 vote to Mike Holloway.”
Will was the oldest male on Nagarote and turned 42 on Day 9 of the game. He was recruited from a video that was on YouTube. He attended the Survivor special of The Price is Right, but also attended The Amazing Race special. His wife Monifa got to compete on The Price is Right with The Amazing Race couple “Bopper and Mark”. She won around $13,000 in prizes…

(+/-) Rodney Lavoie ~ S30: Worlds Apart

10 BlueBarracuda, Dec 8, 2016

Rodney was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Escameca (Blue Collar) tribe originally. His initial strategy was to win over the women by telling them about the tragic story of his sister being murdered, which he has a tattoo of. He hit it off right away with Lindsey, who also had tattoos, and like many he was annoyed by Dan and Mike, especially Mike telling him to work more. Despite clashing with his tribe mates early on, Escameca won the first several immunity challenges. Due to sexist remarks he made about women, he was targeted by Lindsey and Sierra, but he had the numbers on his side. During a tribe swap on Day 12, Rodney remained on Escameca, where he hit it off with Joaquin and Tyler. His new bonds worried his Blue Collar tribe mates, so they voted Joaquin out of the game over challenge beast Joe, blindsiding Rodney in the process. He vowed to get revenge.
He made the merge on Day 17 and Blue and White Collar formed the majority alliance (minus Shirin, plus Will). Rodney formed a sub-alliance including himself, Kelly, Will, and Carolyn and they targeted Jenn. She played her Idol and eliminated Kelly. Rodney was mad at Mike for switching the target from Hali to Jenn, blaming him. Despite losing Kelly, Rodney gained Tyler as an ally. One by one, Hali, Joe, and Jenn were eliminated.  Mike overheard Rodney plotting to get rid of him, and after the Survivor Auction, Mike exposed Rodney, which backfired, and Rodney managed to get everyone to turn on Mike, which led to a rivalry for the rest of the game. Mike would go on an immunity run, so Rodney took out what little allies he had left, including Shirin. When Shirin was voted out, Rodney cheered and clapped. Rodney came up with a strategy to pretend he wanted to quit and be voted out of the game so Mike wouldn’t play his Idol, but Mike saw through it. Due to Carolyn and Mike’s Idols being played, Rodney lost Dan and Tyler in the game. At final 5, Rodney convinced Mike and Carolyn to vote out Sierra, because she was likely to win, unanimously sending her home. At Final 4, Mike voted to keep Carolyn and Will kept Rodney, leading to a BRUTAL fire making challenge. Despite getting fire early on, Carolyn ignited her flame and made him the final member of the jury. He voted for overall terrible person Will to win the game, making Carolyn tied with him for second place. Had Rodney mad FTC, he would’ve got 3 votes, placing 2nd, with Mike taking 1st and Will 3rd, according to an unscientific on the spot jury poll.
Shockingly, although he looked like he was in his 30s, Rodney was the youngest male castaway at age 24 in Worlds Apart, although he turned 25 on day 30. He holds the Survivor record for longest time without a challenge win of any kind, between Day 15-38 (24 days), while winning none at the merge. He was ranked 2nd behind Dan as the Biggest New Survivor Villains of 2015, according to Survivor Oz. He was recruited to play Survivor while he was spotted in..

(+/-) Sierra Dawn Thomas ~ S30: Worlds Apart

15 BlueBarracuda, Dec 7, 2016

Sierra was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Escameca (Blue Collar) tribe. Right away she found herself on the bottom of the Blue Collar tribe, alongside Lindsey, and her other tribe mates questioned her work ethic. Escameca won the first several immunity challenges, keeping her safe.  Sierra and Lindsey decided to target Rodney when they finally went to Tribal on Day 11 because he was sexist, but the majority split the vote between her and Lindsey, with Lindsey ultimately going home.  On Day 12, her tribe was swapped, although Blue Collar remained in the majority. She became a split vote when it came down to voting for Joe or Joaquin, ultimately voting against Joaquin.
She merged on Day 17 and joined the majority alliance consisting of White Collar minus Shirin and her Blue Collar tribe. Despite Kelly being Idoled out, Sierra and the Blue collars systematically eliminated the No Collars (minus Will). Sierra also turned on Mike with the other Blue Collars after Mike blew up Rodney’s alliance. Sierra found herself the swing votes for the next several eliminations, with her ultimately siding to stick with her Blue Collar tribe mates.  Sierra teamed up with Mike and Carolyn during the final 7 tribal, with Mike playing his Idol to send Tyler out of the game. With Mike continuing to secure immunity, the remaining players had to turn on each other at Final 6, with Sierra joining the others in voting for Carolyn, but Carolyn played her Idol, sending Dan home. At Final 5, Mike won yet another Immunity, so Sierra and her allies had to target one another. She assumed Mike and Carolyn were on board with getting rid of Rodney, but after openly stating she was a threat, she was blindsided in a unanimous vote, becoming the 14th person voted out and the 7th member of the jury on day 37.
Sierra happens to be the second tallest female to ever play the game at 6’1’’, only behind Crystal Cox from Gabon. Sierra only received votes at her first and last Tribal Councils and was the only person unanimously voted out in Worlds Apart. She appeared as a Price is Right Model with Ozzy during the Survivor Price is Right Special. Sierra is one of the 20 castaways rumored to return for Survivor: Game Changers – The Mamanuca Islands, premiering next Spring. She was apparently an alternate for Natalie Anderson, who declined to appear due to school. She and Mike Holloway were rumored to be dating after the show aired, but that was short-lived, as he is dating BB17 contestant Meg.

(+/-) Dan Foley ~ S30: Worlds Apart

15 BlueBarracuda, Dec 5, 2016

Dan was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Escameca (Blue Collar) tribe. He hit it off right away with Mike, whom were the de-facto leaders of the tribe. He got into an argument in the first few days with Lindsey, which led to her, Sierra, and Rodney wanting to vote him out. Despite being an early potential target, he enjoyed safety early on in the game due to Escameca’s winning streak and by the time Escameca went to their first Tribal by Day 11, he formalized an alliance between himself, Mike, Kelly, and Rodney, and together they voted out Lindsey.¬ On Day 12, the tribes were shuffled and Dan remained on Escameca with Mike, Sierra, and Rodney, while Kelly was swapped to Nagarote.  Dan attacked Sierra, fearful she was going to flip on the Blue Collars (gee, I wonder why). He gave an awful apology to Sierra after Mike urged him to, making it worse. In order to save Kelly, he and his tribe threw the challenge. Dan and Mike grew worried of Rodney wavering on them and bonding with Joaquin, so they got rid of Joaquin.
Dan made the merge on Day 17, with Kelly reuniting with the Blue Collars and Carolyn and Tyler deciding to work with them, giving them a decisive majority.  Their majority vote was turned upside down when Jenn played her Idol. Dan reached out to Shirin, who was on the bottom, although he told her she would never win, angering her and making her not want to align with him even more. He received four votes at the second tribal after the merge and frequently received votes against him at subsequent tribal councils. One by one the No Collars were systematically eliminated (Minus Will). At the auction, Dan, Carolyn, and Mike were gonna save their money for an advantage, but Jeff offered them letters from their loved ones and everyone but Mike agreed to take one. Due to social pressure, Mike changed his mind and got his, but this upset Dan and he turned on Mike. Dan ended up winning the advantage (an extra vote). Post-auction, Mike blew up Dan’s alliance, telling Sierra and Dan they were on the bottom of their alliance. Dan’s alliance vowed to get Mike out for his “betrayal”, but he went on an immunity run. They proceeded to take out outsiders like Jenn and Shirin, before having to turn on each other.  Mike was the bigger person and tried to restore his alliance with Dan, but Dan refused. In a ploy to get them to change their votes, Mike told them he was going to Idol Shirin, leading Tyler and Will to vote for Dan instead, which they apologized for. With Mike once again securing immunity, the remaining six in Dan’s alliance turned on each other. Dan was a huge target due to his advantage. The men voted for Mike, who played an Idol, negating Dan’s vote and voting out Tyler. Mike again won immunity at final 5, so Dan decided to target Carolyn with his extra vote, with Sierra, Rodney, and Will joining him with a 5 vote advantage. Little did he know, Carolyn had an Idol from early on in the game and she..

(+/-) Tyler Fredrickson ~ S30: Worlds Apart

7 BlueBarracuda, Dec 5, 2016

Tyler was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Masaya (White Collar) tribe originally. He initially formed an alliance with Carolyn and Joaquin. Carolyn attempted to strengthen her bond with him when she showed him her va- Idol so he’d stay loyal, but Tyler contemplated potentially voting her out instead. He joined the rest of his tribe in voting out So at the first Tribal and enjoyed safety after Masaya won the next three tribal immunities. A tribe swap occurred on Day 12 and only he and Joaquin were switched to the new Escameca tribe. Joaquin hit it off immediately with Rodney, so Tyler and him decided to work with him. Although they won their first immunity challenge as a new tribe, they lost when Mike threw the challenge. They decided to target Joe for being a potential threat after the merge, but the Blue Collars and Joe teamed up and voted out Joaquin.
Tyler made the merge on day 17. At this point, he teamed up once more with Carolyn and they found themselves in the middle between the Blue and No Collar tribes.  They ultimately sided with the Blue Collars and after an unexpected Idol play by Jenn, they systemically eliminated all the No Collars (aside from Will).  Before Joe got voted out, he found a clue to the Idol, which Tyler caught him, leaving Joe to share the clue with Tyler. On Day 24, Tyler finally ended Joe’s immunity run, resulting in his demise. He also went through Dan’s bag and found out his advantage. When it was just Mike and Shirin in the minority alliance, Mike hinted he was playing his Idol on Shirin and Shirin announced they were voting for Tyler, resulting in Tyler & Will to change their votes to Dan, just in case. This led to Dan confronting Tyler about this post-Tribal.  With Mike having a Hidden Immunity Idol, the majority had to turn on another, so Tyler teamed up again with Carolyn as well as Will to blindside Dan, but ultimately they voted for Mike. He played his Idol, and with Carolyn betraying Tyler, along with Sierra and Mike voting for him, he went home in a 3-0 vote and became the 5th member of the jury on day 32 and the 12th voted out of the game.
Prior to Survivor, Tyler was a place kicker for the Washington Redskins and Oakland Raiders, making him the sixth NFL-related castaway and out of those six, Tyler is tied with Gary Hogeboom with the highest placement. All the other castaways in Worlds Apart who won Individual Immunity won it multiple times (Joe, Carolyn, Mike) – Tyler was the only one who won it a single time. After his flop NFL career, he was a talent agent for Creative Artists Agency (CAA), whose clients include Meryl Streep, Steven Spielberg, Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Hanks, George Clooney, David Beckham, Coca-Cola, Mattel,  Lady Gaga, Ryan Seacrest, and many many more although Tyler probably wasn't directly involved with any of them.

(+/-) Shirin Oskooi ~ Worlds Apart &..

18 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Shirin is a Yahoo! Executive who was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Masaya (White Collar) tribe. She then was voted in by the viewing public to compete on Survivor: Cambodia.
On Worlds Apart, Shirin started the game in danger of being the first boot after a shaky performance during the first immunity challenge which they lost. Fortunately, her tribe respected her and distrusted So Kim and voted So out instead. As a superfan of the show, Shirin made the most of her experience, stripping naked along with Max. She made an alliance with Carolyn and Max. Around day 11, she found herself on the new Nagarote tribe, along with Max and Carolyn. Her and Max were continuously strategizing and their tribemates quickly grew annoyed with them and she was spared because Max was just a tad more aggravating than she was, with even her former ally Carolyn turning on her and voting out Max.
Shirin made the merge and found herself in the middle with her White Collar tribe mates. Tyler and Carolyn opted to work with the Blue Collar tribe, while Shirin defected and teamed up with the No Collars.  Although her alliance successfully Idol’d Kelly out of the game, she was now in the minority officially and one by one her alliance was voted out.  Following the Survivor Auction, Will blew up at Shirin, telling her nobody at home loves her and continued to personally attack her. The only people to comfort her was Jenn and Mike, Mike in particular stood up and stood up for her against the nasty antics of the other Blue Collar men. With Mike going on an immunity run, Shirin had nowhere left to hide. Although he feigned using his Idol on Shirin, she became the 11th person voted out on Day 29 and the 4th member of the jury.  At Final Tribal Council, she gave a reboot of Sue Hawk’s Rat & Snakes speech, except it was about hollower monkeys, sting rays, and dead fish.  She also dropped the fact that she made her first million dollars at age 25 and didn’t need the money, verbally giving the middle finger to Will Sims. She obviously voted for her “savior” Mike.
Shirin would return for Survivor: Cambodia as a member of the Ta Keo tribe. She led the vote against Vytas after she thought he was being condescending and arrogant towards the women, resulting in him being voted out first and a new school vs. old school faction being formed, with Shirin and the New Schoolers, along with Peih-Gee and Jeff voting out Vytas. After the first tribal council, Peih-Gee and Shirin were overheard talking on the beach by Abi, where they talked about how Abi annoyed them. Abi listened as Shirin and other castaways made fun of her. Due to the incidents during her season, the attention was put on Shirin from going from a victim to the bully. Ta Keo went on a losing streak and her and Spencer became early targets because they were playing too aggressively. The other side decided to split the votes between her and Spencer, with Shirin joining in the vote..

(+/-) Jenn Brown ~ S30: Worlds Apart

16 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Jenn was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Nagarote (No Collar) tribe originally. She immediately formed a bond with Hali. After losing the second Tribal Council, Jenn and Hali formed an alliance with Joe. Jenn was initially courted by the feathered creep Vince, who was weirdly obsessed with her. However, he turned on Jenn after seeing she was not into him and he tried to get Jenn voted out, but his plan backfired when Will joined the others in voting him out. Nagarote would lose back to back Tribals. Nina felt ostracized by Jenn and Hali, because the two would go skinny dipping without her.  Nina was voted out and the No Collars won their final tribal immunity as a tribe. On Day 11, a tribe swap occurred and Jenn remained on Nagarote with Will and Hali, while Joe went to Escameca. Jenn became instantaneously annoyed by Shirin and Max and joined the others in voting off Max.
Jenn managed to make the merge, where she was immediately targeted by the Blue Collars, as they reformed their alliance and teamed up with White Collar (minus Shirin) to target Jenn. Unbeknownst to them, Jenn had found a Hidden Immunity Idol. When Joe secured the first individual immunity, the target was clearly her or Hali, so Jenn played her Idol, throwing out the seven votes against her to send Kelly out of the game. Joe continued to go on a winning streak, so the target remained centered on her and Hali. Without an Idol, Jenn was helpless as her closest friend was sent to the jury and when Joe failed to secure immunity, he was sent packing (while Jenn continued to rack up votes against her). The loss of her friends and her sitting duck status made her withdraw strategically from the game, resulting in her sulking on the beach and wanting to give up. She memorably got stung in the vagina by a bee during an immunity challenge and got drunk at the Survivor Auction. When Shirin was harassed by Dan and Will, it was only Jenn who stuck up for her and comforted her.  With only Shirin as an ally, there was nothing Jenn could do to save herself and she became the 10th voted out on Day 27 and the 3rd member of the jury. As a juror, she voted for Mike.
Jenn was the youngest castaway on Worlds Apart and is the youngest women to ever find the Hidden Immunity Idol. She also broke the record for most votes cast against a first-time player 18 and most for a castaway only voted out once.  Laura Morrett received a total of 19 votes against in Blood Vs. Water on her second Survivor attempt, but got to return to the game after returning from Redemption Island. Immediately after the show, she and Joe dated for a while/were friends with benefits, although they are just friends currently. She appears to be close with her so-called “Dirty30” Castaways and remains friends with a lot of them, including Hali. If you’re into Reddit, Jenn sometimes posts on the Survivor Reddit, does interviews, and chats with Survivor fans.

(+/-) Joe Anglim ~ Worlds Apart &..

11 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Joe was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Nagarote (No Collar) tribe originally. He returned for the season which aired after, Survivor: Cambodia, after being voted in by the viewing public, and was on the dominant Bayon tribe.
On his original season, he was part of the No Collar Tribe, where he led the alliance of himself, Jenn, and Hali. Even after being the sole member of his tribe sent to the other tribe during a tribe swap, Joe managed to make the merge. He immediately became a huge physical threat and was continuously targeted but was saved by going on an immunity run. The moment he lost though, he was voted out, right before the family visit which crushed him.  As a juror, he voted for Mike to win.
Upon arriving in Cambodia, Joe formed an alliance with Jeremy and the two created tight bonds by being the providers of the tribe. Seeing him as a new-J.T., Stephen made it his life goal to get Joe out in a season-long quest that resulted in Stephen himself being voted out, even after stealing Joe’s vote in a bizarre first-of-its-kind twist. Even with tribe swaps, Joe managed to avoid Tribal altogether before the merge. At the merge, he maintained his allegiance to his Bayon tribe members, as well as Spencer and Kelly Wiglesworth. Joe went on yet another immunity run. He eventually found out Stephen was targeting him, leading to plots of both of them trying to take the other out, but again, it was Joe who prevailed. Joe eventually made his Survivor goal of getting to the loved one visit, where he bonded with his dad. At the Day 31 immunity challenge, Joe scared all his fangirls by fainting during the challenge and losing immunity. Seizing the opportunity, Joe was voted out in a 6-1-1 vote. He voted for Jeremy to win as a juror. At the reunion show, it was revealed that Joe broke the Survivor record of most days safe in the game, with 28 days, and that he and Keith hold the record for most tribal immunity wins with six. He currently holds the third most individual immunity wins, behind Ozzy and Rob, who have both played more times than him.
After Survivor, Joe competed on the Survivor edition of the Price is Right, making it all the way to the Showcase Showdown and helping his partner win. He and Jeremy appeared on The Young and the Restless. He is the third castaway to win the first individual immunity in two separate seasons, after Kathy Vavrick-O’Brien and Ozzy Lusth. Joe holds a record 23 challenge wins for 2 seasons played. Although he lasted 32 days in Cambodia, Joe never voted for the person who was eliminated, yet another Survivor record. He is currently dating Season 1 and 31 castaway Kelly Wiglesworth and they also have an online Youtube show.

(+/-) Hali Ford ~ S30: Worlds Apart

12 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

HaliFord was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Nagarote (No Collar) tribe originally. She became really close with Jenn early on and the two were inseparable early on. When they lost their first immunity challenge on Day 6, she and Jenn formalized an alliance with Joe.  Because she didn’t jive with the tribe, Hali’s alliance decided to target Nina because she was deaf. Will flipped to their side and instead, Vince was blindsided in a 3-2-1 vote. When they lost a second straight immunity, she voted for Will with Nina, in case an Idol was played, but Nina went home.  On day 12, a tribe swap occurred and Hali remained on Nagarote with her other No Collars, while Joe was sent to Escameca. Hali and her alliance grew easily annoyed by Shirin and Max and with Carolyn flipping to their side, they sent Max home.
On Day 17, Hali made the merge and she and Jenn reunited with Joe. At this point, Shirin flipped to their side. Joe won the first immunity and Jenn revealed to Hali she had the Hidden Idol. With Joe safe, Jenn played the Idol on herself, sending Kelly home instead, although Hali received a single vote from Will. With Joe winning immunity once again, the target shifted to Hali. They tried to persuade Sierra to join their numbers after Dan was making awful sexist comments, but Sierra stuck with Blue Collar, blinding Hali and her alliance in a 7-4 vote, making Hali the 8th person voted out on Day 22, and the first member of the jury. Hali asked Carolyn a question at FTC, but unimpressed, she voted for Mike to win.
Hali received 0 votes against her before the merge, but received a vote at every tribal after the merge.  Hali has remained friends with Joe and Jenn. Hali is one of 20 castaways speculated to be the upcoming season of Survivor (34), Survivor: Game Changers – The Mamanuca Islands, where Hali hopes to change her game for the better. Hali is a big fan of America and loves the Constitution like any Law student would. Once she went camping and caught a fish in a plastic grocery store bag.

(+/-) Kelly Remington ~ S30: Worlds Apart

8 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Kelly was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Escameca (Blue Collar) tribe originally. As a state trooper, she kept her occupation a secret, after the success of Sarah and Tony on Cagayan. She immediately formed a connected, and later an alliance, with Mike Holloway. They would include Dan and Rodney into their alliance as well. Kelly enjoyed safety due to Escameca winning the first three immunity challenges. During one memorable blindfold challenge, Kelly ran into something and blood started running down her face, causing Jeff to pause the challenge. They lost immunity for the first time on Day 11. After Rodney and Lindsey had an explosive argument, the two targeted each other.  Kelly’s alliance decided to split the vote between Lindsey and her ally Sierra, with the two of them targeting Rodney. After a 3-way tie, Lindsey was sent home.  The very next day there was a tribe swap, with the 3 tribes becoming 2. Kelly went from Escameca to Nagarote and was the sole Blue Collar on her new tribe, possibly setting her up to be tribe fucked.
Despite being the sole Blue Collar, due to the annoyance of Max and Shirin, the attention shifted away from her, as she sat back and watch Max being voted out, with Kelly and Carolyn teaming up with the No Collars. At the next immunity challenge, Mike whispered to her that he was throwing the challenge for her. After that, Kelly made the merge and was part of the Merica tribe. She rejoined her Blue Collar allies who teamed up with the remaining White Collars (minus Shirin) to target Jenn. The plan backfired when Jenn pulled out an Idol and Kelly was sent home in a 4-1-0 vote, with all the votes against Jenn being thrown out. Kelly went home on day 19 and was the 7th voted out, one spot right before the jury. Kelly was the oldest blue collar women and the second Kelly (after Sharbaugh) idoled out of the game. She is the first person since Corinne on Caramoan to make the merge but not be part of the jury.

(+/-) Joaquin Souberbielle ~ S30: Worlds..

6 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Joaquin was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Masaya (White Collar) tribe originally.
In the beginning of the game, Joaquin was chosen to be a part of an early game advantange and he picked So Kim to join him on his advantage. They chose a clue over food for their tribe and they lied about it (very poorly), ultimately resulting in So being the first person voted off. Despite losing his closest and only ally, Joaquin enjoyed safety due to Masaya going on a healthy winning streak. On Day 12, he was swapped to the New Escameca tribe. On his new tribe, he hit it off fantastically with Rodney, forming a bro alliance with him. The other tribe mates took notice, especially the OG Blue Collars, who were distrustful of Joaquin and worried he’d pull Rodney away from them and Rodney would team up with Joaquin and Tyler instead. Mike came up with a plot to get rid of Joaquin and simultaneously protect his ally Kelly on the other tribe. Thus, Mike and his crew threw the challenge, unbeknownst to Joaquin.  Under the impression that the bro alliance was gonna stick together, Tyler, Rodney, and Joaquin voted for Joe. Unfortunately, the remaining blue collars teamed up with Joe to blindside Joaquin, sending him home in a 4-3 vote on Day 16, making him the 6th eliminated from the game.
Joaquin was the only white collar who was under the age of 30 during filming, everyone else was older than 30. He cast the very first vote in Season 30 during the first tribal council. He is the only white collar that Carolyn did not have a hand in eliminating. Joaquin had never seen Survivor prior to being recruited, nor did he watch the show at all prior to flying out to film.

(+/-) Max Dawson ~ S30: Worlds Apart

7 BlueBarracuda, Dec 4, 2016

Max was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Masaya (White Collar) tribe originally.
Max became well known prior to being cast due to the fact that he taught a class about Survivor at Northwestern. He even made the casting finals for both Survivor: Caramoan and Cagayan but was cut both times. On Worlds Apart, he found himself on the Masaya tribe, where he quickly bonded with Shirin. He joined the majority in voting out So at the First Tribal Council. In order to pay an homage to Richard Hatch, Max stripped naked on the beach, with Shirin following suit.  The two would later form an alliance and the two superfans fangirling over everything and over strategizing despite Masaya’s winning streak began to annoy the other White Collars. After winning three immunity challenges, the three tribes became two and Max, Shirin, and fellow White Collar Carolyn were swapped over to the new Nagarote tribe. They lost their first immunity challenge as a new tribe. Max and Shirin continued to annoy their tribe mates, especially the former No Collar tribe mates.  Max and Shirin assumed the tribe was going to vote out Will for being the worst at challenges, but the 5 remaining tribe mates voted out Max for being annoying in a 5-2 vote on Day 14.
Despite performing terribly in his first Survivor go-around, producers was chosen as one of 32 castaways eligible to compete on Survivor: Cambodia if voted in by the viewing public. Max did not receive enough votes to make the cast. Max made a total of $7,000 for his 14 day stint on Survivor, roughly $500 a day. Max spends his time now discussing Survivor on Survivor fansites and sharing his opinion of the show, which he is still a super fan of.

(+/-) Lindsey Cascaddan ~ S30: Worlds Apart

9 BlueBarracuda, Nov 30, 2016

Lindsey was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Escameca (Blue Collar) tribe originally. If you forgot, she was the girl with the face tattoo who would fight with Rodney.
Lindsey was blue collar through and through and she initially bonded with Rodney and Sierra. While building the shelter, she fought with Dan on how to build it, which fueled her dislike for him and she regularly made fun of him. Early on, Escameca went on a winning streak and Lindsey proclaimed that the winner was on her tribe (she was right). Despite Escameca winning, her tribe mates felt she was lazy, disrespectful, and bitchy. When they felt Mike wasn’t valuing their contributions, Lindsey and Sierra fought with Mike, and she angered Mike when she made a disrespectful comment about religion.  On Day 10, Rodney made sexist comments, which angered Lindsey, so she fought with him. This altercation led her to be strategically isolated from her tribe, placing her and Sierra at the bottom.  When Escameca lost their first immunity challenge on Day 11, the young girls wanted Rodney gone. The majority split the vote between Sierra and Lindsey, tying the votes 3 ways between Rodney, herself, and Sierra, and upon the revote, she was sent home, becoming the 4th voted out and the first Blue Collar to leave the game.
She was the only Escameca voted out pre-merge and was the youngest female on her tribe. After Survivor, she gave birth to her second child back in September 2015.

(+/-) Nina Poersch ~ S30: Worlds Apart

12 BlueBarracuda, Nov 30, 2016

Nina was a castaway on Survivor: Worlds Apart and was part of the Nagarote (No Collar) tribe originally.  Due to the age difference between herself and the rest of her tribe, not to mention she is deaf, Nina found herself ostracized by her tribe, having difficulty communicating with them.  When Jenn and Hali went skinning dipping, Nina felt excluded and told the girls they were mean. After Nagarote lost the second immunity challenge, she wanted to stick with Vince and Will and take out Jenn. Vince told her he was concerned with Will’s health, so she told Will, resulting in Will voting for Vince, resulting in Vince to go home. At the bottom, Nina felt on the outs even more. Joe attempted to bond with Nina to make her feel more connected to the tribe and. But Nagarote ended up losing their second challenge in a row.  Nina wanted Will gone, but Will voted with Joe and Jenn to send Nina home, making her the 3rd voted out on Day 8.
Nina felt like she was placed on the wrong tribe, having had corporate jobs her whole life. She is the second deaf castaway, after Christy Smith 24 seasons prior on The Amazon, although unlike Christy, Nina wasn’t born deaf. Nina has cochlear implants to help her hear, while Christy was able to lip read. Nina participated in the Durham Warriors Survival Challenge in 2015, along with Joel Klug (Borneo), Brooke Struck  & Jamie Newton (Guatemala), Jill Behm (Nicaragua), and Troy Robertson (One World). She placed 19th.  She was the oldest member of the Nagarote tribe. 4
