This is a format I've made called "The Cut".
QUICK FORMAT RUNDOWN: In order to make it to finale night, you need 5 "skulls" accumulated over the course of the game. You are able to get a skull from either winning the daily or winning an elimination. Once you win a skull, you are safe until everyone left in the game has earned a skull, and the cycle renews until 6 people remain with 5 skulls a piece.
For the most part, one person/duo in the elimination was that daily's last place, and the other comes from the winning circle's choice. If there are not enough eligible duos/people around, everyone who did not win will go in. Occasionally a purge if necessary.
1st Skull Cycle: Everyone works in self-assigned pairs, and if sent into the elimination, you will compete against your duo.
2nd/3rd Skull Cycle: Everyone works in self-assigned pairs, but will not be put against each other if on the Cutting Board.
4th Skull Cycle: Individual rounds, 3 winners, 2 Cutting Board players.
5th Skull Cycle: 2 Teams of 4, one team wins, and the other team competes against each other for the last remaining spots.

Funny In-game moments that I made up:
-Pi and ACF are purged after Pi forgets the 219th digit of pi, causing them to fall behind and lose.
-Tico gets DQ'd after he lies about eating his vegetables, causing Cherita (his partner) to pick someone from the most recently eliminated duo to return as her partner.
-Somebody is constantly picked by the Winner's Circle due to not liking ginger, and Tico & Kiara getting it confused with the hair color and uses it against Somebody for the entire season.
-Libanz and Moretimer are purged for not knowing my favorite song by Solange.
-The Kiara vs Somebody rivalry ends in the final Cutting Board Elimination when Somebody accidentally mistakes the color pink for salmon
-During the finale, Kiara accidentally steps on a lego and is medically unable to continue, which is then learned that Turkey Lee had placed it there, even though it was meant for Adam and not Kiara. This causes Turkey Lee to be disqualified
anyways the winner..

+Moved to my current home
+Became a US Citizen
+Got rejected from 3 Jobs
+Got into 7/7 Colleges I applied to
+Had to give up going to college to help raise my siblings
+Step Dad cheated on my mom
+Met a dozen and 7 AMAZING PEOPLE
+Received 4 Death Threats (Guess who)
