i already have 3 new job opportunities, all of which seem super desperate to hire me. and they're all already guaranteeing me higher pay STARTING than my current job i've been at for 4 years LMFAO.
working with my boss (who just told me he has feelings for me) lately has been extremely uncomfortable. instead of scheduling us opposite shifts, he has us overlapping 4/5 days i work this week even though i explicitly asked for space from him.
i don't know what to do anymore because i've tried to explain how i feel & he just doesn't seem to want to understand. it's constant gaslighting & i'm miserable at work every day now.
i'm debating making an HR complaint, but i don't know if that's my best option :/ advice welcome.
I'm so insanely proud of myself for making the finals in this game. This week was one of the hardest Stars I've ever been a part of. The level of gameplay was insane & even though it may not seem that way from the outside, every single person in this cast came to WIN, so it humbles me even more to be sitting at the end.
Nolan & Andrew, you're both amazing people & I'm ecstatic that one of us is going to be crowned the winner of this Stars. We all worked extremely hard & we're three of, if not the three most deserving people to be sitting here. I'm glad to call you both friends.
Whoever wins, I'll be happy with the outcome, but I hope that the public can recognize my extremely strong hold on this game & award the person who arguably worked the hardest to sit at the end! I worked my butt off day & night to secure my place in the finals & I'd love to be made the winner.
I've worked my ass off tirelessly through this entire game to keep myself safe & to make the moves I've needed to make to propel myself here. I never gave up, even when things weren't going my way & I pushed forward to get myself unnominated to 4th. I literally was on Stars calls during my half-day drive to my new apartment in Boston. If all roads lead to iYBF, I hope you guys can help me find the road to the Final 3!
