of the Rotations era. 2021 has brought new life into the decaying frookies scene and an incredible mix of old school familiar faces and new school standouts have made the game more exciting than its been in 6+ year! So I have decided that now is the right time to name my Top 20 Players from both an inside and outside perspective, (non-biased)
1. Petro - No surprise here, my #1 player retains his spot at the top of the totem pole even with the passage of time, a legend. Petro is one of the top three new comp players on the site and always knows his optimal move and NEVER makes mistakes. Either "alone" or paired with roshy he is able to integrate himself into any cast and is maybe the most consistent F2 locker the site has ever seen. Somehow he is able to waive off his threat level unlike anything I have ever seen and avoids pre-juries like clock work. While he may be playing somewhat infrequently, I have never been beaten by any other player so consistently.
2. Zoon - Zoon is someone who is unique in that he is also a Top 3 comp player on the site but is also well insulated socially headed into a game, a legend. Whether premading with friends or going at it alone, you would be betting against house money to not have him locked in as a F2 pick. He is able to play as an underdog, or well out in front depending upon the game with much success. He is able to clutch out comps when he needs to, and can collect lots of votes to stay somehow even when its not in many of those individuals best interest because he is just that good socially. He comes in below Petro because his enemy list is a bit more lengthy and is a bit more inconsistent due to his massive early game target.
3. daddydev - When you think payouts, you think DaddyDev, a legend. Point blank period. This is someone who plays a combative and entertaining style in the public chat but has his ducks in a row behind the scenes. He has the connections, he has the manipulative sway, he has the balls to make the move that pushes him to the center of the game. Dev can find a way to integrate himself into any cast and gets tremendous praise for his ability to come into games alone more often then not but still find a way to payouts. His biggest weakness obviously lies in his competition ability, he misses out on finals A LOT which is a major knock but shows that he is somebody who plays masterfully socially because only one other person in this top ten is AS BAD at comps as he is. And he does let you know how good he is!
4. washed_ravioli (No Bias)... Zach racks up the wins and is the perfect embodiment of a new school player. No player in this top ten has as little experience as Washed does but in a very short period of time he has gained a massive reputation as a premiere player and personality in all the games on the site. He is super well rounded, can win clutch comps, has very few enemies, and manages his threat level very well while playing a primarily loyal game. He is able to pull off a blindside if need be if he feels low on someones priority list!
5. hisoka - Hisoka rounds out the top five due to his incredible competition ability and strategic prowess, a prototype modern player. He plays big and knows he can back up his big moves by winning vetos and clutching himself to the end. His play is definitely more systematic than the players listed above him which leads him to have a massive target early on in any game he joins. He plays emotionally sometimes which impedes upon his ability to make new connections or adapt to sticky situations but you can expect to see him in finals in half the games he plays if he doesnt flame out.
6. dorkishbarbi - YESSSSSSSSS the wildcard UTR pick. Dorkish has come alive in April and has grown to become an extremely adept social players who positions themselves for payouts with ease. Dorkish often joins games with an incredible meatshield in bbdamian who provides a buffer in any game they join. Damian ALWAYS goes before dorkish which allows dorkish to power through the middle of games as a free agent. Dorkish is the WEAKEST comp wise within this final 10 which makes this all the more impressive. No one else in this Top 20 is able to utilize their likability to their advantage as well as BARBI. Dorkish excels in employing an old school social game in this fast paced gamebot era.
7. austinrules6969 - Another player that plays occasionally but chooses his times wisely to compete and win. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY BAY BEEEEEE. Austin keeps his threat level very low and normally surrounds himself with a lot of meat shields that provide a buffer for his end game. He really reminds me of cunning players in the 2013-14 golden era like mustard and finkle. He normally comes into games within the good graces of many and knows when to go for HOH and when to sit back and watch the bombs fly in front of him.
8. PrincessaPeach - Zachary is the biggest and dirtiest gamebot on this list, a post golden age legend. He is in games to play and win no matter what the cost of his actions may be. He plays bold and does not hold back and is willing to backstab whoever to work his way to the top. His relationships definitely come off as transactional, but he is able to work with newer users very often and gains their trust through veto saves and safety during his HOHS to make moves that work to his benefit. He is also someone who can win themselves to the end if need be as an underdog due to his incredible POV skills. He is very controversial in and out of games which makes his threat level and enemy list extremely high coming into any game. His bitter extended rivalries lead to a lot of prejuries but if you let him sink his teeth in watch out. This also leads to some pretty questionable or sometimes nonexistent jury management.
9. phonee - Another very well rounded player who often plays from the shadows, positioning themselves behind meat shields and subtly shifting the game dynamics in their favor. Donny has a lot of friends coming into most games and is able to keep his threat level low despite his growing reputation. This is someone who is very adaptable and is willing to play with almost anyone while holding onto some very tight connections game in and game out. He is also one of if not the best scrambler within the top 10, who is able to work their way off the bottom or scrap through votes due to his social capabilities and is just able to hang around in games long after he was supposed to be booted or targeted. When he needs to he is not afraid to step up and power through an HOH round but also knows when it is time to hang back and hold his cards, optimizing his jury management in the process.
10. bluejay7622 - Wes is someone who comes into games well connected with a plan in place on how he is going to navigate the game. He is a strong spammer and even stronger POV player who is able to integrate himself well on the right side of the numbers within a majority alliance. He does seem a bit one dimensional at times and is not the best at adapting to diverse casts but is a consistent figure in F2s who is just overall extremely likable and unafraid to control a game from start to finish. Another person who can sometimes be tough to stop.
11. bamold1999 - Everyone knows Tyler and everyone knows that he is a threat in any game he steps into, a legend. He is an expert at basically every game on the site. He has very strong connections and is a top strategist. Even with his huge reputation, he is able to manage himself well when he is not targeted right off the back and if you let him win take control of a game you better watch out.
12. ashleybabyx3 - Tough to even call ash baby a frooks player with how little he plays but I had to include him because he is just so skilled at the game. This is someone who always finds themselves at the center of the game socially and is able to coast through round after round no matter what the cast is. He always has people in front of him on a target list and is always protected at all angles in some shape or form. It just seems as though the game comes to him rather than having to take the game into his own hands. Have you ever seen this played bodybagged prejury?
13. gentlemang - Ray is one of those players who you see enroll in a frooks and you go "oh god this is gonna be a wild one". Ray brings the gameplay and brings the scheming. He comes into games never as anyones primary target and utilizes his social capital to manipulate the boot order and stack the numbers in his favor. He is someone who is coming to play ball even if he comes off as a laid back player, and is able to work around his competition inability. He comes off as a bit disingenuous and may leave a sour taste in the mouth of those who feel used by him. This leads to a lot of missed wins when he makes F2 because he often falls victim to subpar jury management or is just outshined by a flashier player who jumped through more hoops to get there.
14. thiii - The best new user to arise in the rotations era. Thiii has been able to integrate himself among the best by playing a fiercely loyal game to those who show him loyalty back. He is a very adaptable player who has been able to bond socially with strong players who like to have him as a trusty token in their back pocket. He is able to slide through games with very little blood on his hands while remaining in good with the majority of a cast. Its honestly incredible that someone so new has been able to yield such consistent results and position themselves so well in such a fast paced environment.
14. notnicky333 - Nicky icky icky. Nick is someone who is a pretty well known personality and premader on the site who comes into games with a set group and plan of attack. Basically you are either with him or you are against him, and if your against him you better be able to get the first strike because when his alliance is able to swing they rarely miss. He feels very 2015-16 gamewise. He is often the figurehead of dominating alliances and has a big personality which can make him a standout target early on due to his many rivalries, but if he gains power early he is going to hit hard.
15. benp428 - LOL this is a king. U never really know what you are going to get with Ben. He often comes into games putting in half ass effort but manages to find a way to stumble into payouts while doing very little. When he brings his best he is among the best, he can win comps, build quick connections, and has many long standing relationships that keep him well insulated in games. He usually finds himself in a swing position at many points in the game so he is definitely someone you want to have on your side. Also like its so hard to survive a vote against him? I personally cant.
16. ratchett - Jake is a scrappy social manipulator who is able to chill early on then gain steam right when the moment is right. He has lots of strong connections to adept players and is rarely anyones outward target. He also doesnt come off as much of a threat which allows him to dig deep into games. He also is not bad comp wise and can clutch out a big one if he needs to.
17. Eilish - Bryan has not been playing much in the rotations era but he does just enough to land on this list. He is one of the best comp players on the site and has very close connections that are ride or dies to him game in and game out. He is someone with a huge reputation and mega threat level who has a shit load of enemies. It basically becomes a battle of who can boot who first in many of his games. He is someone who is very savvy strategically and knows how to set himself up for a win.
18. galaxies - A social social social player. Galaxies manages his threat level very well and is very good at cultivating alliances and moving with the flow of the game. He can recover well if his #1 is booted early and is someone who can survive a voteoff against almost anyone. He may have some issues winning the necessary endgame comps to lead to regular F2 locks but is definitely someone you can expect to make payouts 2/3 of the time.
19. sawchuk55 - MAMA JADINE! This is a powerful woman who plays hard and plays close to her untouchables. She is the best ally to have because she is willing to take risks on behalf of those she cares about and will look out for you no matter how much others want you gone. She is unafraid to make huge moves and is not afraid of the blowback. Her likability helps her excel in juries and she is actually strong comp wise as well. Sometimes she falls victim extremely early because others are frankly ..... jealous.
20. MmabatlokoaMolefe - Dylan is not particularly known for frookies overall but has grown to become a super solid and consistent player. He is very well connected across the site and can really find a home in any cast if he gets the chance to get past the early rounds. Although such a huge name in other games on the site, he comes off as very nonthreatening in frooks and uses it to his advantage beautifully.
21. jaxon - I had to find a place for you just because you are sooooo good. U are a scrappy social player who plays the middle of games very well while remaining off the target list of everyone in the game. If you are not rushed and are able to get conversations going with people you can create solid alliances and use your likability to remain in peoples good graces. You are a fixture in the endgame but not being able to win clutch comps can really hold you back and you can sometimes fall victim to close votes at the end due to pre-existing relationships.

Glad to get the shoutout even as a currently retired player but you're right, I've missed out on countless easy wins because I just couldn't lock in the final HOH or POV. its shameful
