I guess its very understandable that you feel “a mess” after that. But nobody here is going to judge you for hooking up with a woman… and honestly, the culture is shifting towards acceptance in the US and (some places) abroad anyway.
If you don’t want to put a label on it, don’t. If you’re bi cool, something else? Also cool. Don’t pressure yourself.
