I’d take Tidal over Spotify tbh.  Better sound quality.  But if you’re only using apple devices the answer should be clear.

Same as Spotify, Jay Z owns it I think?  It costs more but has best sound quality of all 3. But it’s not too noticeable unless you have a nice pair of headphones and a discerning ear.  Also all offer a month for free so try them all if ya want lol.
