Live Playoffs Night 1 Notes:

1. This will go down as one of the most disappointing episodes of all time. What the fuck. This night was awful.
2. Sharane killed it! I'm glad someone sang Never Enough! I kinda figured someone would sing it at some point, but I didn't really expect someone to sing it this season! She did great.
3. Kelsea performed well too. It wasn't the most flashy performance, but then again, Kelsea doesn't rely on flashy performances. Her voice is beautiful.
4. Tish had one of the better performances of the night, but I'm just not super intrigued by her idk.
5. Mia has really caught my attention. I really liked this performance and her last couple performances as well. My only issue with this performance was that that song only has like 4 words lmao. It was a bit repetitive.
6. Poor Alexa...I feel like she's definitely gotten a bit lost in the crowd this season. I thinks he's super underrated. I think she just needs her breakout performance. If she doesn't get it tonight, then idk if she'll make it through.
7. OK, so I know Dylan didn't have the cleanest performance of all time, lmao, but I really enjoyed it. It was so relaxing and kinda nice, considering I was so mad at everyone else lmao.
8. Britton was good, but he bores me.
9. Jackie F. was good, but IDK I find her kind of overrated.
10. Kyla poured her heart into that performance, but just cuz she cried doesn't mean that was a flawless performance. I thought it was good, but it could've been way better. Plus, Koryn put that song to rest.
11. Pryor, WILKES, D.R. Christiana, Johnny, Reid, Drew, Kaleb, and Austin were all fine, but they were all kind of forgettable imo.
12. Don't get me wrong, Christiana is BY FAR my favorite of this season, but that was her most lackluster performance. I didn't like the song choice (common theme of the night tho lol)
13. Spensha was a bit pitchy, but it wasn't awful.
14. The rest were bad lmao

Firstly, this new format is absolutely terrible. Who the hell thought cramming all 24 performances in 2 hours was a good idea? You're just asking for people to get lost in the shuffle. On top of that, 1 person getting saved per team in 1 night took the excitement out of results.
I agree, tonight was the night of piss poor song choices. For me, Tish stole the night but so did Sharane. I also felt that Brittons performance was messy cuz he was running all over.
Christiana & Drew sang some of my favorite songs of all time so I was so nervous but I think they did well.
Idk where the hell that note from Wilkes came from but I loved it. Other than that one note tho it was ok

I agree, Kelsey should've gone through for Alicia. Brynn killed it as usual and Kyla is boring af, but then again so is pretty much all of team Blake imo.
