but I've REALLY cut down on my drinking. I've also started making my bed every morning, and making a point to actually fold my clothes right away, instead of letting them wrinkle. I know these are kind of small things, but they mean a bit more to me. I've always had a hard time doing small things due to depression/anxiety. IMO, the small things are the hardest. I was always good in school and doing my homework, and doing my work at my job...but making my bed is like pulling teeth. Or even waking up in the morning is tough.
Anyways. My mind has been clearer lately.

I totally get this, last year i started making a point to make my bed every day and that little bit of structure + having a nicely made bed at the end of the day has been gamechanging
The environment we create is a reflection of our mental health. These small victories will go a long way and serve as a stepping stone towards improving your mental health. I'm happy for you dude.<3
