It depends? If the person is a totally asshole and gloats about his victories, even though played an excellent game.... No vote for him lol...

But if he is like someone who dominate the game, I'm not going to hold a grudge and will vote for the best player.

So it is a toss up in way... But definitely more towards Gameplay
