"Suitman, next time please pick your cast better. I'm done talking with morons who get high all the time or others who just don't fucking understand 1st grade maths.
If I win this next challenge I will probably vote for Will or Erik unless someone wants to make a move tonight, because apparently everyone loves to give Ben the win so I might as well join in on the fun
ALSO WILL, I am the reason you are still in the game, that you have an idol and that you got a clue to the idol and this is how you thank me?
So as I said, if anyone wants to make Final 2 with a goat like me I'm open to anything but if you want to go to the end with the shepherd I will gladly give Ben my vote.
Enjoy the unanimous loss, Tyler, Zach, Erik or Will.
I'm still on for a good 30 minutes so if you change your mind now's the time to do so or shut up forever and enjoy fifth (OH AND IF YOU THINK YOURE MAKING ALL-STARS LIKE LOL DONT EVEN DREAM OF IT)"

Ranking Suitman's Survivor Second Gen Seasons

18 SuitMan13, Jul 26, 2014

People have been calling for this for a long time and I am FINALLY going to sort out my rankings list in blog format, with full explanations of why it is where it is in my rankings. I will be ranking the first SIXTEEN seasons of the Second Gen, andI should finish just in time for my to premiere my seventeenth season, Survivor: Reclamation.
Episode summaries for Mongolia - Caicos Islands are now complete and up on the wiki.
Click the link below to access them - it will take you to a category page which has the premiere episodes of each season.
PREMIERE EPISODES: http://www.suitmansurvivor.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Premiere_Episodes
The summaries for East Timor - Cursed Hand are still in production, so if you want to recap those seasons, you'll have to read the discussion pages in the Viewer's Lounge which have confessionals in them.
VIEWER'S LOUNGE: http://www.tengaged.com/group/3119/forum
So take a look at the seasons gone by and, if you wish, rank them yourself.
I will be grading each season based upon the following categories:
LEVEL OF STRATEGY out of 5
ENTERTAINING/LIKEABLE PLAYERS out of 5
BLINDSIDES/DRAMA/SHOCKS out of 5
SATISFYING CONCLUSION out of 5
VIEWER RECEPTION out of 5
This will give the seasons total score out of 25. This makes it more of an unbaised ranking, as it doesn't completely take into account my personal feelings towards the season. However I do stress that how much I have given each season is based on how I feel they played the game - so that is MY opinion there too. So in a way it is MY ranking. Other people may rank differently, but this is how I think the seasons rank up.
The ranking won't begin straight away, as I am about to go away for a few days on holiday. I don't know how much internet access I'll have during that time, but I will try and see what I can do. Just thought I'd let you know this is happening.
#SuitmanSurvivor
I'll now mention a few people who may be interested. If you want to keep up with the series then please let me know so I can tag you too.

#2: Heroes vs Villains (Season 15, April-May 2012)
Winner: bekla123 (5-4)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/IBabEM
How to start this.. Well.. When I look back on Heroes vs Villains it just reminds me of how AWESOME IT WAS! God that cast was amazing. I managed to get 10 of the biggest heroes, including the likes of Bekla, Sparks and Punx, and pit them against 10 of the biggest villains, including the likes of BENLINUS, GameTime and Sarge. The pre-merge of this season had a great storyline. Everyone though the Villians would quickly crush the Heroes, but NOPE. It was the other way around. As the Heroes looked like they just kept getting more and more united (even though there were divisions), the Villains continued to split apart as they were loosing until merge hit.
The Heroes were 8-4 up when the tribes merged into Yin Yang, and the first merged tribal awaited. Etaco won the first individual challenge and used his new SPECIAL IMMUNITY to void Hinata from voting. On one side in the game you had the Heroes sitting pretty - RShow, Survivor8, Bekla, Sparks, Punx, Hinata, Kikorus and Leonine. On the other side you have four big player villains - BENLINUS, Millzipede, Sarge and Etaco. The Villains knew that the obvious plan was going to be for the Heroes to pagong the Villains. Except, not all the Heroes wanted to do that. Sparks and Bekla were planning to flip from their Final 6 alliance. Ben knew that with all of them on board, the vote would go in their favor, but he didn't know if he could trust them. Meenwhile, RShow plans the first pagong of the Villins as Sarge, and decides to take command of the Heroes, and get them to all vote Sarge. The Villains found out about this and proceded to plan a risky split vote with Bekla and Sparks, to split between RShow and Survivor8. Ben made it even more riskier by asking Etaco to play his idol on Sarge, well aware that they COULD be lying and that he could be sent home. The vote payed off. 5 votes against Sarge were voided, and RShow was sent onto the Jury with three votes. However, it seemed as if one the flippers didn't flip. Bekla didn't flip. Kikorus however, also had other plans. Kikorus wanted Survivor8 gone, so voted him with the Villains. Sparks stayed put, and voted Survivor8 in the split vote. Sarge then flipped to the Heroes, and told the Heroes all the Villain plans, not thinking he was going to be voted out, but glad Etaco played the idol. He was stunned when the Heroes did vote for him, and the Heroes were also stunned by RShow's boot. The Villains were left to wonder who flipped and who didn't. Everyone was all over the place. Following the events of Tribal previous, EVERYONE was worried. Hinata and Sparks won joint Immunity after a tie in the challenge, and the original plan was for the Villains to vote..

#3: China- Second Chances II (Season 23, September-October 2012)
Winner: NorthCarolinaDogwood (8-1)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/Ls3mlU
We are finally at the top three! Just missing out on the top two is a season that had a great cast, a great pre-merge, one of the most complicated and dramatic post-merges and a very good winner - just like Thailand at #4. The difference with this though is that the four tribe format and the subsequent merge led to the rise of an alliance who didn't even have the numbers, but who, by sticking together, still managed to pull of one of the best secret alliances for the first half of the merge, until it's existance was recognised later down the line, by the time it was too late. They were codenamed the Fierce Five of China.
The tribes merged into the Hae Da Fung tribe on Day 9. Prozach made what some consider one of the most annoyinh moves ever and chose to quit the game at this point, which angered many due to the fact that twelve people voted out before him all wanted to get to this point in the game but couldn't. This quit converted the planned Final 3 with a Jury of 9 into a Final 2 with a Jury of 9 as the vote still went ahead. Flamelord had his game planned out. He was going to stick with his original tribe Taihang, which was the only original tribe with four members left, the others having three or two. But Skillz wasn’t having any of it. A new alliance cross-tribe alliance was created named the Fierce Five of China, consisting of Skillz, RoboZoe, NorthCarolina, Jamz and Smiley. They knew they weren’t majority, but they got Bingo on their side for the vote. Smiley won Immunity and with the new Secret Immunity Partners twist, Skillz was Immune too. Danielvk, Jamz and Mittens (along with Cubsguy who was now out) brought Immunity with Tesoro Tickets pre-merge. Flamelord got a few people on board to try and vote out RoboZoe, but they had their links with the Fierce Five, and when the alliance caught wind of it, RoboZoe played her idol, and Flamelord was blindsided, becoming the first member of the China Jury. With 10 remaining, the Fierce Five weren’t quite in control yet, as everyone else was willing to go against them. Bowling4fun won the next Immunity Challenge, and his immunity partner turned out to be Camdizzils, who was subsequently also immune. The Fierce Five knew all they had to do was get one of the five to vote someone else – and it worked. Bowling4fun voted for Mittens, while the other four not in the main alliance voted RoboZoe. The entire Fierce Five voted Bingo, and he was blindsided unexpectedly with an idol in his pocket. The Fierce Five of China now had majority. At the Auction the next day, things got complicated as votes changed and people’s votes got voided, and they realised they had to..

#4: Thailand- Past vs Present (Season 23, September-October 2012)
Winner: AdamBongo (8-1-0)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/SXJU2P
Thailand is a season which is regularly overlooked. Mainly because when people ask what the best seasons of Suitman's Survivor are, the reply is usually "Oh China, HvV and BotB are the all time greats". So what is actually a great season with a great cast and a decent twist (and typically a season Joeker didn't screw up pre-merge in) is just forgotten. Thailand is actually a season with some classic blindsides and a cast that isn't your usual top stars, but the ones just below - the B graders you might say (excluding Joeker of course).
This season the two tribes were divided by WHEN people played the game - The Pasts (returnees from Seasons 1-11) were Sook Jai in purple, and the Presents (returnees from Seasons 12-22) were Chuay Gahn in orange. Pre-merge, the two tribes were one of the most evenly matched combinations ever, with both tribes struggling to get more than a one man lead on the other tribe. The merge hit with even numbers, and although they had the combined name of Chuay Jai and fresh new gold buffs, it was still Pasts vs Present. Some of the Pasts however thought that tribal lines were no more, and some cross-tribe alliances were made. But the Pasts were blinded by a united Chuay Gahn, who used these fake alliances to gain a lead over Sook Jai, voting out their players one after another. It wasn't until a few days into the merge that the Pasts realised what was happening, but by then it was too late. They managed to get a member of Chuay, PeaceOut14, to flip, but the pagonging had already begun. When four members of Sook Jai had been taken out and only two remained, things hit a roadbump when one of the two remaining Sooks had Immunity, and the other had an idol. To avoid being voted out due to the idol, Chuay Gahn decided to break their unity and stab their thought leader Manipulation in the back in a shocking blindside. After that crack in Chauy had formed, the last two Sooks plus the Chuay flipper attempted to smash Chuay to peices, but it didn't work. Joeker was voted out, and Sook were reduced to one man - Kikorus. At the next vote, Kikorus plus the Chuay flipper rallied once again to widen the crack. This time, they were successful, resulting in the entire tribe blindsiding Zeero from the game. He didn't have a clue what was coming, and the last Sook Jai lived another day. At the Final Five, Peace won his first Immunity, giving the tribe the perfect oppertunity to take out Adam, but they didn't take it. Instead, last Sook Jai Kikorus was cut short and sent to the Jury, snuffing the last bit of life still standing for the Pasts. The final four Chuay Gahns then battled it out in Endurance for Final..

#5: Gabon- Brains vs Brawn (Season 20, August 2012)
Winner: Js21 (6-1-0)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/NJYYSj
I seem to have fallen behind on my rankings here :o Oopsy. Better get going then..
Gabon was a top notch season. I mean this season was a pagonging, but yet it STILL makes Top 5. That says something. Plus, it wasn't any normal pagonging as you will soon see. The Brains were definitely far from united.
They Kota and Fang tribes, which had already switched twice, merged very late in the game with only SEVEN people left - four Brawns and three Brains. HOWEVER, Mittens, XJamzX and Qwerty3000 returned from Occultus Island making it a 5-5 equal merge on Brains and Brawn. The Strong Brawn alliance’s only casualty Mittens had now returned and they were set to be an unbreakable five. But on the new Nobag tribe, the entire Strong Brawns alliance was about to fall apart piece by piece, and it all started with a banning. At the merge, the only surviving idol bond of NeiltheNinja and Robinhood99 each received a hidden idol. But when DPimp shockingly got banned, the 5-5 equal merge suddenly became slightly Brain-sided. Following Teamjacz winning the first Immunity on the merged tribe, NeiltheNinja, knowing that he would just get pagonged out now DPimp was getting a self-vote and the Brains would use that, jumped over to the Brains and voted DPimp with them as he didn’t want to waste his idol on a banned person either, and not playing it would anger the old alliance. But Qwerty3000, thinking Neil’s idol would save the Brawns, didn’t want to work with the Brains that voted him off to he jumped ship and joined the Brawns. However when Robin played his idol on Game and the Brains plus Neil voted for DPimp, DPimp got the boot as the first Jury member. Js21 and Etaco then jointly won Immunity. At this point, the Strong Brawns alliance way falling apart fast and Js21 and Jamz used this to use their bonds with the Brawns to start discussing flipping. With Qwerty flipped to the Brawns and Neil flipped to the Brains, the Brains thought they had it in the bag. But they now knew that Neil had an idol, so the Brawns voted their betrayer while the Brains voted for their betrayer Qwerty. However, to try and flush out the idol, Jamz placed a vote for Teamjacz, which cause a 4-4-1 tie. When Neil was caught off guard by not playing his idol, Js21 and Jamz both flipped to the Brawns and Neil was blindsided. Teamjacz didn’t want Neil gone though, so he flipped from the Brawns and voted for Qwerty, but it wasn’t enough. Neil got blindsided, and GameTime never trusted Js21 and Jamz again. XJamzX won the next Immunity at the Auction. With GameTime and Js21 on Exile Island, Robinhood unable to vote and Teamjacz able to vote twice, the next vote was slightly..

#6: South Pacific (Season 19, July 2012)
Winner: JETTEJ (5-4)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/LrW0EJ
It's finally here. The most underrated season of all time. South Pacific was a rollercoaster of many feelings for everyone. It was, if you look at what happened, an impressive strategic season with some pretty great and sometimes dramatic moments. However there was an array of things that made people hate this season, some of which I think is very unnecessary hate in what was a great dramatic season which a great dynamic of people who clashed.
After a pre-merge which had Upolu dominate most of the challenges while still having divisions within, and Savaii having to cut their numbers drastically, the merge happened with Upolu up on Savaii 7-5. You would expect a pagonging of Savaii now wouldn't you? Well that is what was SUPPOSED to happen, but Cmack and Zbase, who had been outcasted from their tribe, flipped over to Savaii and voted out Piddu and Yaxha, much to Upolu's fury. Feeling safe in the majority the Savaii alliance decided to split the votes at the next Tribal between TheGoodMan and Alyxandra. However Manipulation saw this as a chance to put a dent in the alliance, and so he flipped to Upolu and Caliboy was blindsided, to the Savaii alliance's shock. Despite the flip and blindside, the Savaii members saw they still had majority 5-4, and decided the best thing to do would be to take out GoodMan, however AdamBongo was conflicted between two alliances, so he voted completely differently, and then decided that it was best to stick with Savaii and vote out GoodMan. The Victor But Voided twist then came along and PizPaz from the Savaii alliance got blindsided when Adam finally decided to flip to Upolu, however then a failed split vote by Upolu, Druhhbby's and Adam flipping back led to Savaii re-taking control, and they took this control of the way to finals where JETTE won in a 5-4 vote against Upolu members Cmack and Zbase.
Now I get where the haters are coming from sometimes. I get that the Final Four was unlikeable for most people as it consisted of Cmack who people found annoying, Zbase who people said sheeped to Cmack, Jette who was liked yet was quite invisible sometimes, and AdamBongo who flipped flopped all over the shop. Fair enough. But I think it was quite a good season, and just look at the final four - a whole dynamic of different people. So much drama, power shifts and interesting things happened almost every Tribal in mid-late merge, and the fact that the two outcasts from the Upolu tribe, Cmack and Zbase, made it all the way to the end was a great storyline to follow. A VERY underrated season in my opinion which some people REALLY need to give another read because I think some people gave it negative press and that made everyone else a..

#7: Redemption Island (Season 10, January 2012)
Winner: sarge455 (5-3-1)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/L2W3Gh
Redemption Island :D Ah such a wonderful season with a wonderful cast and a great winner - In stark contrast to the REAL Redemption Island. In all honesty it was clearly a good cast from the start. Just look at who merged! Sarge455, Survivor8, 49288, Manalord, Punx193, Dragotistic, Nikki101, XJamzX, Zeero, Mittens, JonoftheFunk, NorthCarolina. Such a kick-ass cast. The season itself had some great gameplay post-merge.
As soon as the merge hit, Jon thought he was the driving force behind a big Ometepe alliance. But Sarge and Survivor8 had other ideas. They formed a cross-tribe Final Four alliance with Punx and Manalord, which looked to be holding strong. After North and Zeero got sent out at first merge Tribal (And Mittens played an idol on Punx), all was still in deadlock - 5 Ometepe vs 5 Zapatera. Then the big flip happened. Sarge and Survivor (who had Immunity) voted with the Zapatera members and blindsided an unsuspecting Jonofthefunk out of the game, shattering the Ometepe alliance. Zeero was on a winning streak at Redemption. He had already beaten North, and then beat great player Jonofthefunk too, making him a large threat. Back in the game, 49288 won Immunity, and the Final Four alliance turned their attention to getting one person from each tribe out at Double Tribal, so Manalord led a plan against Mittens and Nikki, which backfired when Nikki pulled out an idol, causing Mittens to be successfully voted out, but then unintentionally voting out Dragotistic in the process, who was a random safety vote by Survivor8. Then, Zeero and Drago won against Mittens in the 3-way duel. The Final Four alliance was about to be split up, as a secret plan by Punx to blindside Sarge was leaked to Sarge, who blurted it all out at Tribal Council. Punx denied the claims, but Sarge wasn't believing him. Jamz then got voted off. The alliance now had to get rid of Punx, the loose weight. Zeero finally lost on Redemption to Drago and Jamz. 49288 won his third Immunity next, and the plan to get rid of Punx worked, who was voted out with Nikki in the final Double Tribal. Survivor8 played one of his two idols here, to ensure his safety. In the final RI duel, Punx outlasted them all and re-entered the game, much to the old alliance's dispair. Punx fell short at the next Immunity challenge which he needed to win. Manalord won, and Punx quickly scrambled for votes, but to his dispair as Sarge led the final elimination of Punx as he sailed to Ponderosa. Manalord was then the last Zapatera standing. He fought hard to win Final Immunity, but in a long grueling challenge, he was cut short and was voted out in 4th place and sent to Ponderosa as the ninth and final Jury..

#8: One World (Season 22, September 2012)
Winner: Alaadin (6-2-1)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/NOISL4
One World :D Another enjoyable season which was a joy to watch. The One World twist which featured pre-merge made it one of my top pre-merges of all time tbh. It was so exciting to see the game twist and turn almost every Tribal, which you don't usually get in a pre-merge season. It's definately a twist I am considering for the future.
Straight off the merge, a key secret alliance of six cememted themselves together. The alliance was Alaadin, Smiley, Adam, Survivor, Ares and JB. This whole alliance would control the votes for the majority of the game. Inside the alliance, there were four people dubbed the Core-4. They were Alaadin, AdamBongo, Survivorfan1111 and _ares_. After two big gameplayers, Alyxandra, Bluba and Ditzy, were all blindsided in back-to-back Tribal Councils, Smiley20 broke off from the alliance and he, Milkisgood and NCFX, voted for Adam. Smiley thought he had the votes to secure the blindside, but he did not. The people he thought were loyal to him ratted him out and the major alliance. With Smiley immune, they voted out Milkisgood- another blindside. Smiley20 was shocked that the votes went awry and turned to a different tactic. Winning challenges. And he did just that. With the return of the Victor But Voided twist, most of the majority alliance was immune and couldn't vote. However, the alliance still managed to get the vote split to blindside JB from the game, who was thought to be one of the closest allies of Smiley. The once alliance of six, was now an alliance of four. When Smiley won Immunity again, the alliance had to go for one of the people outside the alliance, and NCFX became another blindside, as he thought he was tight with the four, after voting with them at previous tribals. They had to prevent Smiley from winning Immunity, and they succesfully did with Survivorfan winning it. They then assured Smiley that they were with him and that Adam was to be blindsided, but all votes went on Smiley accept for his own, and Smiley became the seventh Juror, another victim of a blindside. At the Final Five, the Core-4 alliance stuck together to get rid of TheBizareOne, to result in the Core-4 being the Final Four. After chears and celebrations, they had to decide which of the tight alliance would miss out on the Final Three. That person ended up to be _ares_, who became the ninth and final Juror. At the final three, Adam was praised for using his alliance to keep him in, even though he was sometimes a constant target. However, they were unhappy with the amount of blood Adam had on his hands. They pushed away Survivorfan, saying he didn't do as much as the other two, while Alaadin was given props for controling many votes from behind..

#9: Cook Islands (Season 11, January 2012)
Winner: RShowFreak (5-2-1)

And we get to Cooks :D Cooks for me is a season which has gone up and down and up and down and up and down every single time I look at it. But I think it deserves to be in this spot. I think just by the fact that this is the highest-ranking all-newbies season is a testimant to how good it is.
Let's start with the obvious point- the cast was great. RShowFreak, GameTime, Leonine_Divine, Cmack311, Splozojames50, Js21. Lots of stars this season who went on to continue to be stars later on. Part of it is due to Occultus Island, which was a key player in how this season went.
Pre-merge was decent. Some good gameplay went on thanks to the four-tribe twist. Some big gamplayers were sent out but survived on Occultus Island. When the merge hit remaining eight casataways in the main game were told about the existance of Occultus Island. There was not long left until two people returned, but it wasn't going to happen yet.  GameTime forged an alliance with Survivor23, Teamjacz and Colby to get to the Final Four, and it looked a good solid alliance with people he could beat when GameTime won the next TWO Immunities, and became the biggest threat in the game. After Camdizzils and Splozo were voted out, it was revealed that RShow and Leonine were to return. That ment that Jharrin, Js21, Camdizzils, Splozo and Cmack were all out as well, and they became the first five members of the Jury. Occultus Island was then removed too. GameTime was then no longer the big threat, and everyone targeted RShow to be next out. But RShow won Immunity and Leonine, the other returning player, had to be voted out insted. GameTime, dispite being a threat, had the numbers. RShow continued to win Immunity, winning the next Immunity Challenge, resulting in the elimination of Aerothunder. GameTime realised that his Final Four alliance was in danger if RShow won again, so he tried his best to win Immunity, but to no avail, as RShow won his third Immunity in a row, forcing the alliance to turn on each other. Team and Colby from the F4 alliance realised that GameTime needed to go, so they turned on their leader. Meanwhile, Survivor23 stayed loyal to GameTime, and tried to vote out Teamjamz, but as RShow had the flip vote, he voted out the biggest threat and GameTime became the eighth member of the Jury. At Final Four immunity, it was clear that if Team won immunity, RShow was going home, and if RShow won immunity, Team was going home. After just a few hours, Survivor23 and Colby were out, and it was down to just RShow and Team. After a record-breaking 21 hour Final Immunity Challenge, RShow came out victorious, and Team became the ninth and final member of the Jury in a landslide 3-1 vote...

#10: Samoa (Season 14, March 2012)
Winner: bekla123 (5-4-0)

And we enter the top 10 with Samoa. Samoa is and always will be a forgotten little gem of a season. I actualy don't get why people don't remember it more, possibly because of HvV after it. But whatever. Let me go on a rant about why this season is so good.
After a pretty good pre-merge in which was particularly interesting due to the inclusion of the Odd Necklace, the merge arrived and the game really started to take off. Former Foa Foa was in a heap of trouble, as they merged 8-4 down, just like the real Samoa. But the first two votes did not send any Foa Foas home. Insted, after Neil won Immunity, a huge blindside of big threat Klaus happened as everyones votes went everywhere. RoboZoe thought she was in control of this new master alliance, but all the Former Galus plotted to take her out, and old tribal lines re-formed. RoboZoe however had an idol, and not wanting to keep it around, she played it, not knowing they were targeting her. She survived to her own shock, and Disney was sent home with just ONE vote cast against her. Galu were now down to six. Bekla again won the next challenge. As Hinata had the Odd Necklace two days in a row, she had to give it up, and this was the perfect opertunity for Galu to strike and take out a strong player. So they did, and Hinata bacame Jury member three. Prozach saved himself from Galu's firm grasp on the game by winning Immunity. Again trying to avoid the Odd Necklace, Galu targeted Benner, the person who had caused the fall of Foa Foa, and someone who was not likely to be given the Necklace. Benner was voted out, leaving Prozach and Zoe as the final two Foas Foas remaining, to Galu's six. When Neil won his second challenge, Bekla was worried about her position in the game. She wanted to have the necklace in her hand. So, with another Galu, she jumped ship and joined Foa Foa, JUST to get the Odd Necklace. Mybash was blindsided, leaving a angered Robin wondering what had happened. When Bekla had the Odd Necklace in her control, she saved herself at the next Tribal, fearing a blindside after admitting her guilt. RoboZoe, much to everyone's dismay, won Immunity, and Galu were forced to vote out Prozach, to keep the five remaining Galus together. Bekla and the mystery Galu jumped back to the alliance and it was bye-bye Prozach as the fifth member of the Jury. At the Final 6, RoboZoe was on her own as the final Galu, and when Bekla won her third challenge, Zoe's fate was sealed. Following a suprise flip from Robin to vote out Jimbo, RoboZoe became Jury member number six, officialy ending what was left of the Foa Foa tribe. At the next Immunity Challenge, Neil won, and Robin thought he was manipulating the tribe. However, at..

#11: Vanuatu- The Rivals (Season 13, February-March 2012)
Winner: Hudspith (3-2)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/IxpQ5b
Just missing out on the top 10 is one of my most underrated seasons of my Survivor. Vanuatu is a very good season which has been painted many a time as 'dull'. It is not dull, in fact it was quite an exciting season. It has also been dubbed 'Season of the Ties', because there were FIVE ties throughout the season. The pre-merge was standard to be honest. Not terrible, but not the best. The merge is when things got interesting.
Lopevi entered the merge 6-4 down in numbers. Yasur had the numbers advantage, and they planned on carrying that through to the finals. Lopevi needed one flipper to tie the votes. The Lopevi 4 thought they had the game in their hands, when they caused Cowkal to flip to them and were told by him about the plans by the Yasurs to vote out Max. Max played his idol and averted a tie vote, sending Bryce from Yasur home, stunning the majority tribe. However after Tribal, Lopevi was not as happy as before. They thought either Cowkal never flipped, or someone from Lopevi ALSO flipped to Yasur. Both theories were wrong. In fact, Max7313 was on a tribe of his own. Although he was targeted, Max wanted his enemy Leonine gone. So he went on his own in an attempt to vote him out. Next Immunity, Max and Drago won, stopping them voting Max out. The votes tied with two votes each to Yasur Game and Lopevi Cheer, while Max continued on his vendetta by voting Leonine. In the re-vote, forced to vote either Cheer or Max, Leonine and Max voted for Game, while everyone else, including Cowkal, voted out Cheer, suprising the Lopevis. Then Max, who was now hated by his own former tribe and targeted by the remaining Yasurs, finaly felt the full blow of his bad moves and was voted out by everyone except his close partner, Mrlincoln2u. The remaining five Yasurs were stumped at who to vote out, so Drago led a vote to get out Hudspith. However, everyone else on Yasur had other plans. They had enough of Drago running the tribe, so Swimboy sided with Leonine and Cowkal, and voted out Drago's ally Lincoln who became Jury member three, while Hudspith went with a gut feeling by voting Drago unsuccesfully. Most people then thought the next vote was going to be a tie, with the two Lopevis Leonine and Hudspith, plus Cowkal on one side, and the remaining 'pure' Yasurs Dargo, Game and Swim (not knowing he had flipped) on the other. The vote did tie, but not in the way they thought. Leonine worried that Cowkal had floated too much, and voted him, while Swim thought of Drago as too much of a threat and voted him. The votes tied, but both Cowkal and Drago had idols, causing there to be NO VOTES COUNTED. The revote saw a new light of events. Leonine and Swim went..

#12: Micronesia- Fans vs Favorites (Season 12, January-February 2012)
Winner: BBlover96 (4-3)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/M42oQm
Hm. Ranking Micronesia is hard. Because it's one of those seasons which I look as sometimes and think it was very fun, and look at other times and think that not much actually makes it stand out. One thing that pulls it down is the Clan Leaders twist, which kind of reduced the ability to make moves in the early merge stage because people still wanted to be able to vote. Then by the time it was over it was too late to make really any kind of move that would be worth it.
Pre-merge was pretty good indead. It started with the Favorites dominating three challenges and then loosing only one, before a tribe switch hit and everyone was shocked when five favorites wer knocked out back-to-back. This left everyone quite suprised when the merge arrived and the Fans were up in numbers 6-4.
It could have been simple for the Fans to stick together and control the game, but two Fans, Juna and Mrlincoln, hated each other so much they voted for each other, which would have pretty much made it a 4-4 tie if an idol didn't void all votes against Favorite Yankee, sending Fan Etaco home just before the Jury. At that point things were still OK, as the Fans were till 5-4 up, but of cause the Clan Leaders twist meant that ONLY THE FAVORITES could vote. They voted out Fan Flamelord, and it was 4-4 going into the next vote, which was to be a double-elimination :o Favorites Zeero and Yankee made a move here by voting for Favorite Millzipede. Fan Omar's inability to vote due to the Auction then meant that a three-way tie was caused between two fans, Lincoln and Bowling and Millzipede. In the tiebreaker challenge (which we had instead of re-votes) Millie won, and the two Fans went out putting the Favorites in a 4-2 majority. At this point, after getting votes at the previous Tribal, Favorite Millzipede flipped to the Fans, played an idol on Fan Juna, and voted for Yankee, causing voted to be voided and a tie to occur, in which Favorite Yankee because the first Favorite to be voted out after the merge. Things looked good for Millie, until the last two Fans both self-voted so Millie's flip was for nothing. The two fans, then eventualy Millie, were knocked out by Favorites Zeero and BBlover, who became the Final Two, where BBlover was voted to win after she made good social ties with the Jury.
Now, as much as I like the fact that the Favorites came back after minority to be the Final Three/Two, I can't respect how they did it as much as I can with Lopevi in the following season, Vanuatu, because the Clan Leaders twist was a very unfair twist which I should never have put in. I feel the fact that it was a factor in the second merge vote tainted the..

#13: Africa (Season 8, May-June 2012)
Winner: 01Gohan (5-2)
Wiki page: http://bit.ly/LMRzUh
In principle, Africa was a decent season. However I think because it was a later season which had all new players it sometimes isn't recognised as much as it should be, because I actually really enjoyed it.
Pre-merge was very short. There was a quitter and a double elimination so it didn't last that long, not long enough to make it seem particularly interesting pre-merge, apart from a dramatic last pre-merge vote with the Odd Necklace. Anyway an equal merge occurred with 5-5 on original tribes.
Now to the merge. It was going to tie at the first merge vote. That was obvious. It was original Boran vs original Samburu. However, our old friend the Hidden Immunity idol came out and iMiracle was blindsided before the Jury, putting Boran in the minority. It looked like it was going to be a pagonging, until Glinda flipped to Boran, putting Boran in the majority from there, three members of Samburu were knocked out one after another until only Porsche remained on the outs. But then Glinda flipped BACK to Samburu, along with Boran member ItsMeJack and blindsided Taryn. The new threesome of Porsche, Glinda and Jack then took out Mirouku, until Jack jumped back to Gohan on Boran and voted for Porsche, while Glinda self-voted and Porsche was duped out of the game in 4th. Gohan then won the Final challenge and Glinda was taken out leaving him and Jack the Final 2, where Gohan won the game.
Now I liked this season because of the constant power shifts post-merge. I like seasons which have power shifts because it keeps it interesting an keeps it unpredictable. There were multiple allegiance shifts in this season. I mean, its quite rare that in a game where it is an equal merge with tribe vs tribe for the final two to consist of two members of each tribe. The only season I can think of where that happened is Mongolia from Gen 2.
It had its fair share of drama too, and it became quite volatile in some places. But I guess it falls into that trap that there wasn't anything to make it stand out amongst the other seasons. yes it was good, yes there were some moves made, it created some good players like Gohan, Porsche and PizPaz. I guess it just didn't make enough of an impact as some other seasons did. However I still think that it is an underrated gem of a season which deserves a lot of credit.
Fave Castaway on Season = PizyPazy because he is..
