To everyone for your amazing support this week! Absolutely gobsmacked at the %, really didn’t expect that at all. It was a tough game in parts, and I’m so happy to have been in such a great F3, and to see it all be worth it.
Shoutout to the #Brits and bibbles for entering me silently haha, I definitely wouldn’t have joined otherwise 😝 you had more faith in me than I did, and I hope I did you proud. Thank you!
Shoutout to TSC also for being great, and all my friends for their love and support publicly and privately this week. I really didn’t think, ten years on from my other win that I still had it in me, and it’s appreciated more than you know.
And to the cast, friends or foes, thank you. It was a mad game but such a great cast, pleasure playing with you all. Feel free to stay in touch, if you need people for a charity or whatever, I’ll help. 💖

In the words of the great Simple Minds, ‘So Close.. yet still so far.’
Oh my what a game! It all began last Saturday morning, I woke up to find we’d not only won the seat but bibbles had entered me, terrified was an understatement! Despite that though I really feel gave this game my all since enrolment. I know that the renaming of Marta will have raised eyebrows but many agreed that it was the only way to get by. I successfully stayed under the radar, but once she was gone I was exposed, due to being a ‘popularity threat’.
This is actually the 4th time I’ve been a counter since her eviction, and I’ve pulled off some magic to get past those rounds, but I guess the odds were not in my favour in this split. I’m not mad, I’m proud of myself for getting this far unnommed, and with this push, I know I can finish what I began. I can honestly say that I think this is the best stars game I’ve played to date (I’ve never gone the whole way unnommed and I don’t think I will xD). I hope you are able to consider saving me, it would mean so much to me, Bibbles and the #Brits, bit of you cannot, it is ok. Joey is a really great guy.

I was here before Stars, designs, fast-games and 20-player Castings.
I have watched the website and the community develop, grow and change over the years. No matter what, I am still impressed with how great this site is.
Could it be better? Of course! With Randomize being so much more active and attentive than he has been for a while, I am excited for the future.
I am a tiny speck on this website. In terms of achievements, this is all I have done:
- Played in the first 20-player Castings game
- Played in the first Big Stars Giveaway
- Led the Brits frat for a little while after the Biodork-Apocalypse removed our awesome leader Bibbles.
- Hosted the 2nd Tengaged Rainbow event ( Imxrated93 did the first)
- Got 3rd in Race to Black 3 with JamesM as my awesome partner and Utsumi & PrincessTeePee as allies. LookOutBehindYou & Groot 4eva 😁
- Almost hosted a Halloween event (poor SpiritOfHalloween) but it got ruined by a bunch of thimgs, like the moderators being removed. 🙊
- Merged once in Survivor
- Attained each ranking in Rookies (1st-13th) and Castings (1st-20th)
- Won a Stars somehow
In real life, this has been a particularly insane year! To summarise, I'm going to say the bad, then good, then bad, then good things that happened:
- I was half blind because I had a cataract
- I got my first full-time job
- I broke my leg in multiple places by slipping on a step
- I became an aunt to an adorable nephew
- It's been a year since I last spoke to my sister
- I had a 10 year reunion with old friends
This past year really has been mad irl. Mellow on Tengaged.
There are a lot of people over the years who have made an impact on my time here, including the people mentioned above who I adore. I'm only going to mention people who I can think of on the top of my head. I'm on my phone and I only keep one tab open so it's literally on the top of my head and I will get names wrong:
- Retsdir was the main reason I joined this site in the first place. He played Jubbzy's Digital Brother and asked me to help make a support thread for him as part of his challenge. Then I played Jubbzy's "The Cage" then he told me about Tengaged.
- Catch_a_falling_star, my other irl friend who joined this site. He pegged this community before even joining and he's way cooler than I am here.
- Anas who is an incredibly poignant badass.
- Bengalboy who keeps making me laugh after all these years.
- GoodKaren who is 10 years younger but so much wiser.
- TolisKalkas, Insanity, RickTwoRick1 and everyone in the Tengaged Song Contest.
- Bibbles, Knixuk, Gilby and everyone in the #Brits..

Erm okay I'm sky level XD. I never expected to get so far in this site. I'm shocked I have stayed on this site long enough to get sky, especially without playing survivor >_>. Even though a minority of the community are haters, fakers, jealous people and bullies, my friends have made me stay on this site and have made it worth my while.
Yet again 1300 points on an online game and being able to make 4 more T$ from charity isn't that much of an achievement
Ty to all my friends I currently have on tengaged, you make going on this site worth while and without most of you guys I wouldn't be here and be a sky level on tengaged. Tagging all present friends (I think)

I had originally written a blog all about my origins and what my first few games were like, but I've spoken about that before. XD
This time, I'm going to try to talk about how Tengaged was when I started and all the changes I remember from over the years.
6 years though! That's a quarter of my life! O_O
When I joined, the only 2 games on the website were Castings and Rookies and they were both 10-player games.
Ten-gaged.
Ten people engaged in a game. :P Randomize logic (y)
I only managed to join one 10-player Castings and I was logged off for most of it. Still got 2nd. :P
Before I joined, T$ didn't exist. To join games, you paid with the karma you earned from games. So the very old accounts could have had more karma if they hadn't spent it joining games. :P After T$ were added, blogging was added as another way to earn them.
When I joined, Castings cost 6T$. You started off with 12T$ so you could join 2 initially.
Rookies cost 12T$ and enrollment was still at yellow level.
A while after that first castings, Jubbzy insisted that I join another one.
And would you know it, my second game was the FIRST EVER 20-Player CASTINGS! O_O
I got 7th in it against some very experienced players. XD
Originally, the 10-player castings was like rookies, 24-hour day change, except all the nominations were algo and there were no HoH/PoV/immunities.
The first 20-player castings were NOT apples/keys. Here's how it worked.
The nominations were algo-based. Every even score (20th,18th,16th...6th) were evictions and every odd score (19th,17th....5th) were algo-evicted inactives. It could be someone who wasn't even nominated, like the deaths are nowadays.
So every 12-hour day, 2 people were evicted, one voted out, the other was algo evicted.
Rookies stayed as a 10-player game for a long time though. One consistent factor of rookies which hasn't been removed is the betting.
Originally, you could bet however much you wanted (eg. 100s or 1000s of T$) and 10% of the total bets were rewarded to the winner.
But problems occurred when people noticed that Phanne won rookies quite a lot. She would end up with huge bets on her, it was insane. XD And one day, Rando did not reward her with the 10%! He removed that and the unlimited betting. :'(
Could you imagine if we still had it? The bets in charity games would be HUGE! O_O
One key thing about 2008 is that you could access everything on the site at yellow level. So there were very few people who had high levels and I remember how Bowler23 was the first ever black level. How shocking it was. XD
So Stars appeared on the enrollment page with a "Coming soon" sign, we were ALL hyped up!
Wow! Something for high levels!
As a yellow level noobie, I watched the first enrollment. It was so exciting! Public voting, popular players were in it, it was incredible. :3

In respect to Stupendous. Now I believe that Stupendous may just be a person, but I am baffled by his love for you, Johneh.
We at the #Brits are a very welcoming frat. We welcome everyone - even foreigners - to join us for a cup of tea and a chat. We're not a gaming frat, we're not a designing frat and we're not spammers. Yet in the midst of our random chats, Stupendous spams us your links, Johneh. Yours.
I would plus them if he actually treated me like a person and not a plus 11. If Stupendous took part, socialised and then said, "btw could u guys plz plus this for Johneh?", I would plus them. Heck, if it was his own stuff, I would have plussed.
Every.Single.Freakin'.Design.or.Blog.You.Make.Gets.Spammed.Repeatedly.In.The.Frat.
All because of you, Johneh. I don't know what mind games you're playing with him but me and some other members of the frat are not happy. I'm not going to attack Stupendous because I can see that he is just desperate for a gift.
But I am mad at you, Johneh for being too lazy to spam your own stuff and bribing people to be as bland as possible when spamming for you.
Also, if you do not gift Stupendous for the hard work he's been copying and pasting for you, I will find you.
And I will very cross with you.

Since I've only really been in the #Brits frat. I couldn't imagine being in a competitive gaming frat - that would be a nightmare. The only thing that has caused drama is the darn Stars Seat Game.
But we've been fine recently, so yeah. I don't get why some frats have crazy rules.
Like saving fratbuddies over anyone else, or relying on premades, or mass hating someone because a fratbuddy has an issue with them.
As long as people are treated like people, there shouldn't be any problems. Yeah, as a big frat we get spam, but spam is inescapable.
When I left the Brits for a while, I looked for another fraternity. However, I don't think I fit in any of them. XD
