Because he was being played as support so they wante to change him to one, I wouldn't see h as a viable adc though because his only ranged spell is his Q, also a marksmen is an adc I believe. RaverKid

Honestly, not trying to condradict you, but I've never seen gangplank as a support, and when I play adc gp I kick ass, I once got 32/3/14 and adc gp is all I play. Do you know why they chose to get rid of "carry" as an attribute? If it is marksmen now, I guess all adc are ranged :/
