Well. Its been a fat minute since I've posted one of these, a lot of things happened in my life that stopped my focus on this series, and now that the series has finished and I'm out of school for the quarter I have the time to rededicate to this. Woo! Season three is coming out in January, but in the meantime I have some death blogs to update, and some episodes to write. So without further ado, here's how the fifth death went down.
"The lot of you truly failed this week, and I’m not ashamed to say I’m highly disappointed. Are you ready to hear the error of your ways? Just kidding! I don’t care, I’m going to tell you anyways. First I’ll start with what almost all of you missed.. In preparation for this crime, I simply removed the timing mechanism from the clock in the hallway, and wired it to a pressure plate I hid underneath the stopper rug at the top of the staircase. I wired that right up to the air vent behind the painting to the left of the staircase, right at the end of that hallway was the bathroom. Where Lana washed her hands before every meal. Right outside the door was a placard, do I care what for? No. But I knew my projectile was going to be that orb, placing it gently into the air vent, I knew as soon as Lana stepped out of the bathroom after washing her hands for at least 20 seconds, the air vents would charge up electricity during that time on the pressure plate’s queue, the projectile would then launch with enough force to knock Lana over the rails, what I didn’t expect was that the force from the orb didn’t kill her, but her neck landing on the cast iron frame of the table broke several bones, and killed her on impact. Also made quite the impactful statement on you all didn’t it? I took the statement piece painting that was ruined by the orb, and hid it under the bathroom rug, framing up a new painting in its place to spruce up this ol’ manor. Time for a remodel eh?”
And with that, Lana has left the game. Unfortunately I can't say it was a surprise as she went inactive in the second week of the competition. Congratulations Megan! ( @nutmeggie ) for snatching the top spot of the week for the second time in a row.
