~Does Tengaged Still Have Potential?~

3rdJun 7, 2019 by CheapCheep
Over the last 10 days, I've been asking Tengaged whether or not they believe that Tengaged still has the potential to be a huge success for the community of reality show enthusiasts. Over 95 of you responded, and the results are in!

Agree to some extent: 68.3%
Disagree to some extent: 24.4%
Neither agree nor disagree: 7.1%

It's no surprise to anyone that Tengaged still lacks many major components to propel the website to new heights. However, it would seem that most users are willing to look past the many faults of the website, as they believe Tengaged still has amazing potential to be a huge success. So what's holding us back?

Undoubtedly, most comments point the finger to randomize for remaining largely absent and rarely involved with Tengaged. It's certainly not a bold statement to make, considering the last major update for the website occurred over a year ago, back in April 2018. Issues with the site have trickled down from the top, and have resulted in moderators being unable to carry out their jobs, and Tengaged being massively ignored as a result.

But don't just take my word for it. Here's a direct quote from brandonpinzu. "[Tengaged] has a lot of potential, if randomize put effort in. The site is really outdated looks-wise. We haven't had any new updates in a long while and obviously there is the moderation issue. The summer is the perfect time to do this, but it's unlikely to happen".

If Tengaged is going to become as big as we know it's capable of being, the website is in dire need of some TLC (Tengaged Love & Care). With randomize so busy in his daily life, these issues continue resulting in countless users giving up hope, and leaving the site altogether. It's up to him to begin taking actions to make our website an amazing experience again.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So what comes first? Well for starters, randomize should absolutely begin investing his trust into specific users and groups of people who are willing to take on the immeasurable responsibility of rebuilding the Tengaged foundation. We understand life happens, and it's hard to keep up. So why not start seeking out people who can and are willing to propel Tengaged to new heights? Restoring moderation is a key part of the process, but what comes after the ban-pocalypse is equally important. How do we take Tengaged and make it better than before?

Previous users like Jubbzy were known to hold a lot of power in determining the future of Tengaged. Since then, randomize has seemed reluctant to relax his grip on the website and invest time into designating responsible individuals who can take Tengaged a step further. There's not much anyone besides him can even do at this point, since he controls all of the responsibilities. He needs people who can lighten the load for him, and allow him to still focus on his own life while others can focus on the progression of Tengaged.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For those who've been keeping tabs with #10DaysOfTengaged, you'll know that I have been reaching out to randomize on many occasions, trying to make contact with him and allow us some insight into what we can expect for the future. I've sent out numerous e-mails, and I've continued to hold my head up high in regards to receiving a response from him. It's still crucial for me to have a great understanding where everyone (users, moderators and randomize) are coming from, so I know how to maneuver through the next coming weeks. My fingers are crossed that upon seeing these results, he'll notice that users are dying for him to return and start taking action.

In any case, what are your thoughts about the future of Tengaged. Do we truly have the potential to make it bigger and better? Or are we entering a territory of "Abandon All Hope, All Ye Who Enter"? Let me know what you think in the comments below! And as always, thanks for tuning in, and I look forward to the next time. :)
