Over the last 10 days I have been asking Tengaged which game isn't cutting it for them. Over 140 of you replied, and I have the results!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fastings: 42 votes*
Castings: 17 votes
Frookies: 10 votes
Rookies: 28 votes
Survivor: 15 votes
Stars: 13 votes
Hunger Games: 16 votes
*NOTE* It should be mentioned that because I ran an ad on the games page, there was a higher percentage of new players voting than usually seen. I know some of these players haven't yet gotten to play higher level games, therefore the data may have been slightly skewed. However, I doubt this changes the standings too greatly.

Have to say I was a bit surprised the results ended up coming out this way. The poll box had me fooled that Survivor would have gotten more votes, but it seems the largest percentage of votes were geared towards Fastings and Rookies. Can't say i'm surprised that these two ended up towards the bottom, seeing as they revolve around a "spam-to-win" mentality.
Players want to feel that they are in control of their games and the outcomes. Winners being chosen through a vague algorithm has had it's flaws, especially with keeping new users engaged with Tengaged. I've chosen a few comments from users who feel they know what's lacking, and what needs improvement.
Users like adeleadele said: "I don't play enough Rookies to have an opinion (i usually try to avoid playing them) but for a high leveled user such as myself Fastings are a waste of my time (bad payouts). In the case i do join them, it's painfully easy to make it to the Final 3...It's also less fun because of the amount of inactives or multis that are in each game, [as] i have no pleasure or rush playing Fastings unlike the pleasure i get from most of the other games. I'm not saying Fastings should leave the site though, i mean its a free easy game and its a beginner's game for the newbies".
Other users, like turney1805 made note that "[I chose] Fastings, although I do agree with what everyone is saying about Rookies. Fastings has a major issue that needs to be addressed, which is the horrific payouts and inactivity. No one wants to play Fastings because the pay-outs suck, if the payouts were improved to a reasonable amount then maybe it wouldn't be so inactive".
The general problem seen throughout many of the games is that they are boring. Players crave something new and refreshing. Ultimately while there are ways current games can be improved, it's unlikely they can fix an ultimately broken system. The "spam-to-win" culture has gotten tiresome, and the lack of a reward for the amount of time spent leaves players wondering if it's even worth the investment. Not to mention, many players find "premades" to disrupt the nature of the game itself.
It's unknown if/how these types of issues can be resolved at this time. Only time will tell if players will be rewarded for their long waits towards something new.

So what are your thoughts? Do you think randomize should focus his efforts on creating a new game? Or perhaps you think it would be best to simply improve the games we currently have? Comment your thoughts below!
As always, I appreciate the feedback and I look forward to hearing from you guys within the next ten days.
I would say improve the games first before adding anything new. That way you can look at the new improvements and see if people like them. You can get ideas from that to implement in a New Game if Rando was inclined to do so. CheapCheep
