I was about to say congrats but then I reread it and that sounds like way too much for only 2 months :/ hope you're safe and healthy and consulting your doctors!
heavenlee I am not doing keto. I am doing a program called herbalife nutrition. It's a protein shake meal replacement diet!
konohavillage1 yes it's definitely the healthy way! It's a protein shake meal replacement diet! It's a weight loss program :) I also had a lot of weight to give. I asked my doctor about the weight loss being so huge he said it's all healthy!
cheritaisdelicious thanks, yes I promise it's all good and healthy. It's a protein shake meal replacement diet! It is also made by doctors! It's the #1 way to lose weight right now. I am definitely keeping up with my doctor because I was worried at first but he said that it's good. I had a lot of weight to give.
valgarfield I don’t know your weight loss journey, but I just want you to know that you MAY put that weight back on when you eventually hop off that diet. It’s fine if you do.
It sounds like you’re losing a lot of water weight maybe so these numbers are probably not concrete. But I hope you use this push to set good eating habits and keep it up! And you know if I’m wrong and don’t know what the hell I’m talking about I hope you continue to push for what makes you feel good and comfortable regardless!
konohavillage1 I definitely hear ya!!! I don't mind your thoughts! Thank you.
I definitely agree that I must remember the weight can come back if I go back to old habits.
But in just two months there has been big changes and I don't plan on going backwards!
I have tried many many different diets and fads but this one seems to work!
Plus unfortunately if I don't keep up with this the doctors want me to get the weight loss surgery and I rather not. So it's definitely helping me push harder.
But thank you for being honest and giving me your true thoughts!!!
Are you doing keto by chance?
