The Houseguests pair up into teams of two. One partner takes the role of 'walker,' while the other becomes the 'talker.' The talkers will be answering a series of questions while their partners walk on a treadmill. If the talker misses a question, the walker's treadmill will increase its speed. Once all of the questions have been asked, the competition will come down to pure endurance. If a walker falls off of their treadmill, the pair will be eliminated. When there is only one team remaining, a player who sat out of the competition will choose one partner to become the first Head of Household.

Folding allows them to withdraw their guesses and sit out of the round. The first Houseguest to earn three points or the last one standing will win the Golden Power of Veto.
