I'm 6 foot and a few years ago I weighed 237 pounds at my heaviest. I was told I was prediabetic so I had to make a change. Within a 6 month period I got down to 175. Unfortunately I got sent to fix some stores in my nearby region and lost the gym and eating healthish. I got back up to 207 with way more muscle than I had before. I can gladly say after being back at the gym and eating better I'm back down to 188 and and counting!
