SUMMARY:
The pair of Natalie and Brenda were taken out quickly and led to Natalie being voted out first. Brenda however, survived and eventually became the first jury member. Lydia and Abi flopped as they were voted out 4th and 5th. Jane and Matt also flopped as they placed 18th and 15th. Johnny and Tony were the third and final flop duo placing 14th and 12th. Stacey was voted out in Episode 5, but managed to return at the merge and pulled a Matt Elrod and was voted out right after. She was lucky and survived up until the final RI duel where she lost and placed 6th. Sydney and Sierra, and Kass and Ciera were the two most successful duos placing in the top 5. Boston Rob and Joe, and Cesternino and Peih-Gee were average placing in the top 9 with Joe making final 4. Vytas and Spencer didn't do to well with Spencer placing pre-merge and Vytas as the second jury member. While Stacey did amazing, Courtney was the fourth person voted out (Including the FI vote) and lost at her first RI duel.
MY OPINION:
I liked this season a lot, with lots of unexpected eliminations. I love how so many people defied the odds and placed so much better than they originally seemed like they were going to. I also enjoyed seeing how duos completely flopped opening up the door for other duos to get far.

Harry: Let me explain today’s duel. Each castaway will have their memory tested with this challenge. Scattered in the arena are pairs of matching symbols. Each round the duelers will flip over two symbols. If the two symbols match, the duelers score a point. First person to score five points stays alive in the game.
Harry: Francesca since you were voted out the earliest of you three, you may go first.

Harry: Come on in! Today’s challenge is going to be a bit different. Let me start off by saying that, each tribe will be voting someone out tonight.
Jax: What?!
Nathan: No way!
Sai: This can’t be happening.
Harry: Each of you, will be competing against your other tribe mates. The first person to finish the challenge will have individual immunity within their tribe. Meaning that their are two immunity necklaces to be handed out. One for someone on each tribe. In this challenge, one tribe at a time will be competing. Each castaway is connected to a rope. They must maneuver themselves, and the rope around a series of obstacles while untangling more rope. Once they have completely untangled themselves and the rope, they must run to a podium. The castaway from each tribe to reach their podiums first, win individual immunity.
Harry: Luzon, you’re going first.
*Luzon gets into position*
Harry: Survivors ready… Go!
*Nathan and Jessica take the lead with Justin and JJ not far behind; Corinne is close behind JJ, and June is in dead last*

Someone from my alliance has to win this. Luis and Sai are behind me, so I need to win this myself. Red and Jax are way behind and at this point, have no chance of winning whatsoever.
*Candice untangles her rope and runs to her podium*
Harry: Candice wins immunity! She is safe from tonight’s vote.
Candice: YES!!! Nice try Red and Jax.

Coming back from the challenge, no one spoke because it was just so awkward and tense.
JJ: I’m going to the beach
Corinne CONFESSIONAL: This absolutely sucks! I am on the chopping block and it feels awful.
Justin: Corinne? We have an offer for you.
Justin CONFESSIONAL:
I need to find out whether Corinne or JJ have an idol.
Corinne: What is it?
Justin: You re on the chopping block tonight. Since the merge is coming up, I wanted to know whether you’d like to join my alliance.
Corinne: Sure!
Justin: First things first. Do either you or JJ have an idol?
Corinne: No we don’t.
Justin: Ok. The vote is JJ. Is that alright with you?
Corinne: Yes.
Corinne CONFESSIONAL:
I know that Justin was just trying to find out whether we had idols or not. I said no in hopes that he would target JJ over me. It is risky but the game is about risks.

Jessica: This couldn’t be going any better!
Nathan: Ya this is great.
June: We are all good to the merge. We lose either JJ or Corinne here, and if the merge isn’t happening yet and we lose again, we take out the other of the two.
June CONFESSIONAL:
I am going to the merge! I have a lot of confidence right now! I don’t need to win immunity and yet I’ll stay safe.
Jessica: Since the two don’t have idols, we can take them out super easily.
*Solana Camp*
Dylan CONFESSIONAL:
Candice and Jax are walking around like they own the place. It is still four to two. I don’t know why Jax is happy unless something is going down tonight. I need to figure this out fast.
*Dylan and Jax are in the jungle*
Dylan: I feel like we haven’t talked enough yet.
Jax: Ok?
Dylan: You seemed so happy coming back into camp, why? Aren’t you on the chopping block.
Jax: *Grins* The chopping block is a dangerous place.
Dylan: Then why are you smiling?
Jax: Because I’m not on it tonight.
*Jax walks away*

*Red, Jax, and Candice are by the shore*
Jax: Dylan is on to us. He is smarter than he seems.

Red: I could probably sway Luis into joining our side.
Red CONFESSIONAL:
As much as I want to work with Jax and Candice, I need to look out for myself and what will get me further into the game. I need Luis.
Candice: Awesome! That leaves Sai and Dylan.
Jax: I say Dylan. He’s had his five seconds of fame.
Candice: I agree
Red: Sure.
*Luis and Red are in the shelter*
Red: Luis I have an offer for you. Us Aparri members need to stay strong. We need to stick together.
Luis: I agree. We are outnumbered right now.
Red: I think we should side with Jax and Candice.
Luis: Really?
Red: Yes. Sai, Bob, and Dylan tried to use us to benefit themselves. They want to have majority over the Solana tribe.
Luis: I see your point. As and Dylan think I’m still with them.
Red: Let them continue to believe that. It will just make tonight even more fun.
Luis CONFESSIONAL:
This is great! I have a plan to make merge and hopefully the finale. I can reunite with Jessica and along with Red, Aparri will fly under the radar and let Luzon and Solana fight.
*Sai and Dylan are walking to the well*
Sai: So what’s up with Candice and Jax?
Dylan: Jax says that he ins’t on the chopping block.
Sai: I wonder why he would say that unless there is another plan that we aren’t aware of.
Dylan: Well it will be three to three. We still have Luis.
Sai: You’re right.
*Luzon Tribal Council*
Harry: Come on in and take a seat.
*Everyone takes a seat*
Harry: JJ. You’ve been on the bottom of this tribe for a little while. Do you think that tonight will be your last?
JJ: Ever since June flipped, I have been on the bottom. Tonight might be my last. I hope not but you never know.
Harry: Nathan, when you were on the Solana tribe, you were somewhat quiet. You have really come out of your shell. IS there any reason why?
Nathan: On the Solana tribe, I was not in a position of power. Now, we all know who is going home tonight.
Harry: Corinne, he said we ALL know who is going. Do you know who is going?
Corinne: He meant everyone in his alliance. And I think I have an idea.
*June smirks*
Harry: June. Why did you smirk when Corinne said she had an idea who is going?
June: Well, Nathan talked to Corinne to find out whether there was an idol circulating around. When she said no, we knew that we could vote either of them out, without worrying about an idol.
*Corinne and JJ stare at each other*

Well this is just great. June flipped on us and now we’re in trouble. I can’t afford to lose this challenge.
June CONFESSIONAL: That worked perfectly! I initially was going to work with them but Mac was too hotheaded and he also tried to throw me under the bus.
Jessica CONFESSIONAL: Walking back from Tribal was really tense. You could feel the anger from some of the others around me.

Harry: Let’s bring in our duelers! Please welcome back Francesca, Toby, and Mac voted out last Tribal.
June: Francesca, I have know idea how you are still here.
Francesca: Because I’m good. If you were in my place you wouldn’t last a second.
June: Ok Francesca, ok…
Harry: There still seems to be some tension between you two. Francesca would you like to explain?
Francesca: It would be my pleasure. So I enter this place, and I am greeted with “Francesca, I have no idea how you are still here” And I am like, do you know how difficult this is? I have been giving this everything that I’ve got while you’ve been relying on your tribe to win all the challenges for you.
Harry: I see. Let’s get straight into this duel. For today’s duel, each castaway will stack a series of blocks on a multi-leveled platform while avoiding trip wires, which could cause their blocks to tip and force them to start over. The goal is to arrange the blocks so they will fall like dominoes. Ultimately, this releases a ball, which will smash a tile. The winner of the duel will live to see another day on Redemption Island.
Harry: Toby is off to an early lead. These kind of challenges are up his ally. Mac is in a close second with Francesca falling behind.
JJ: Go Mac!
June *Whispers to Justin*: I hope Francesca loses this. I can’t even imagine what would happen if eventually she came back into the game. All hell would break lose.
Justin: You’re right.
Justin CONFESSIONAL: Francesca is bad but June is no better.
Harry: Toby is almost done with his dominoes and only has a few more left. Mac and Francesca are close behind him.
Toby *Is about to knock over the first domino, when he trips on a wire causing his whole thing to fall apart*: Sh*t!
Harry: Toby just lost all of his dominoes opening a door for Mac and Francesca. Toby will need a miracle to stay in this.
Mac *Knocks down his dominos and the ball smashes the tile*: Mac comes in first place meaning he will remain on Redemption Island.
Bob CONFESSIONAL: At this point, I really don’t care who goes. I dislike all of them.
Francesca: I sure hope this works *Knocks down her dominos releasing a ball that smashes her tile*
Harry: And Francesca takes second place which means she will also remain on Redemption Island. Toby I’m sorry but it’s time for you to go.

*Jump to Immunity Challenge*
Harry: Two members of each tribe will be strapped to a large wheel. Three other members will spin the wheel. As the wheel turns, the strapped tribemates will be submerged in a tub full of water, where they must grab a mouthful of water then spit it onto a tube. once the tube gets filled with water, a ball will drop from it. The last tribe member will then solve a slide puzzle. When finished, the puzzle will turn into a table maze, where the puzzle maker must lead the ball into a pocket. First puzzle maker to finish this feat would win immunity for their tribe. One person from the Solana tribe must sit out of this challenge. Who is it going to be?
Jax: I will sit out of this challenge.
Jax CONFESSIONAL: I don’t want to be a target so if my tribe loses, I don’t want to be blamed.
Harry: Ok Jax will be sitting out of the challenge for Solana. Both tribes now must decide which two people will be strapped to the wheel, and which three will be spinning the wheel, and lastly, which tribe member will be solving the puzzle.
*Jump to Beginning of challenge*
Harry: For Luzon, Nathan and Jessica will be spun while Corinne, JJ, and June will be spinning the wheel. Justin will be solving the puzzle for Luzon.
Harry: For Solana we have Candice and Bob strapped to the wheel, Sai, Luis, and Dylan are spinning it, and Red will be doing the puzzle.
Harry: SURVIVORS READY! GOO!!!!!
*Corinne, JJ, and June quickly get the wheel spinning while Sai, Luis, and Dylan struggle*

Bob: This wheel is heavy.
Harry: So far, Luzon is in the lead with their tube is almost three quarters of the way full while Solana’s tube is only about half way full.
*Candice spits a lot of water into the tube*
Harry: Candice is really giving it everything that she’s got!
Jax: Go Candice!
Dylan: Keep spinning the wheel! We’ve got this!
Luis: We’ve caught up to them! We can do this!
Harry: Solana has caught up and passed Luzon. Luzon is still in this but they need to pick up the pace!
*Solana’s ball drops*
Harry: Stop the wheel! Make sure their heads are above the water and unstrap them! Red begin on the puzzle!

Sai: I think us former Luzon tribe members should stick together. As of now, we’ve lost only Toby. This leaves us with five members left.
Bob: I agree. The thing is, to stay majority we need to pull in either the brawns or the beauty’s. There are only three brawns left while there are five beauty’s left.
Dylan: The beauty’s will probably reunite at merge so I think it is best to stick with the brawns.
Bob: So we need to pull in Red and Luis in order to hold majority.
*Bob, Luis, and Red are in the jungle*
Bob: I’m going to be straightforward with you. Sai, Bob, and I want you two to join us in voting out a beauty member.
Luis: Who were you thinking of taking out?
Bob: I don’t know yet, I was hoping you would have a preference.
Red: Well as long as it isn’t me.
Red CONFESSIONAL:
At the moment, I don’t know whether I want to go with the brains, or the beauty’s. I need to talk to more people and find out where I’m at with everyone. Also Luis isn’t exactly my friend. My friend, Zach, is gone because of him.
Luis: I was thinking that we take out Jax. He does nothing at all and overtime he is in a challenge, he underperforms.
Bob: Ya sure. Let me go talk to the rest of the brains about this.
*Bob leaves*
Red: I don’t like this. Max needs to stay. He is perfect to take to the end. No one likes him, and he does nothing.
Luis: I guess, but it saves us
Red: What if we sided with the beauty’s on this one.
Luis: I don’t know, I think it’s best to stay with the brains.
*Red, Candice, and Jax are in the shelter*
Red: The brains and Luis are trying to get rid of you.

Red: I don’t know yet, but I don’t trust the brains.

Candice: Speaking of idols… *pulls idol out of her bag* I found one with Corinne before the swap. I think tonight would be an appropriate time to use it.
Jax: Good thinking!
Red: Ok, so I’ll vote for you, so as not to raise suspicion and you play your idol. The last thing is, who do we vote for?

Corinne: That was so nerve-racking! I thought for sure we were going to lose
JJ: Well we pulled through.
Jessica: I wonder who Solana is going to vote out. There are three brains, two brawn, and two beauty’s. I suspect a beauty is being voted out only because overall, brawn and beauty have the same number of people. Also, they hold majority so if they’re smart, they’ll take out either Jax or Candice.
Corinne CONFESSIONAL:
After hearing what Jessica had to say, I have a feeling that Candice will need to use her idol. Jessica’’s logic makes sense and the vote will either be between Jax or Candice. I sure hope Candice can find a way to not use the idol, but if she can’t she can’t.
*JJ and Corinne are in the jungle*
JJ: It’s down to just the two of us.
Corinne: I know. I am hoping that the merge is just around the corner but who knows. We need to keep up our winning streak, or we have a serious problem.
JJ: At the merge, we need to stick together. I know that you and the beauty’s are tight, but we need to look out for each other.
JJ CONFESSIONAL:
Corinne is close to the beauty’s but I need her on my side.
*June, Jessica, Nathan, and Justin are in the ocean*
Justin: I was thinking that we throw the next challenge, in order to get either JJ or Corinne out.
Nathan: I don’t really like that idea. We need to keep them with us going into merge.
June: But they hate us. They wouldn’t stick with us.
Jessica: We need to throw the competition.
Nathan CONFESSIONAL:
I don’t know about this. Those three can throw the next challenge, but I’m not.
*Tribal Council*
Harry: Come on in and take a seat.
*Everyone sits down*
Harry: Ok Red, this is your first time losing as a new tribe. Furthermore, some could say you were the reason that Solana lost. Do you think that your fellow tribe mates will be voting based on challenge performance?
Red: I really don’t think so. There are basically two sides to this tribe. One side is Bob, Sai, Dylan, Luis, and I. The other side is Jax and Candice.
Harry: Wow. Red just told everyone who the alliances are with no fear at all. As do you have any idea why?
Sai: Well, we all know who is going to Redemption Island tonight. It has been decided.
Harry: Candice, are you part of this?
Candice: Nope. The only person that has talked to me is Jax. I know it’s one of us two.
Harry: Jax is this true?
Jax: I wish it weren’t, but yes it’s true.
Harry: And with that, it’s time to vote.
*Everyone votes*
Harry: I will now reveal the votes. If anyone has hidden immunity idol and would like to play it, now would be time time.
*Candice stands*
Candice: I’m not ready to go home yet. Hope this works.
*Dylan, Bob, Sai, and Luis stare at each other in shock*

Harry: This is a hidden immunity idol meaning that all votes casted against Candice will not count. Once the votes are read, the decision is final and the person will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately.

Harry: Bob, the tribe has spoken. There is a boat waiting to take you to Redemption Island where you will await your next duel. Before you go, I need to tell you and your tribe something important. Your next challenge will be different. Instead of working as a tribe, you will be working against your tribe. There are two immunity necklaces. One for each tribe. You will go up against your tribe for immunity because each tribe is voting someone out. Bob this affects you because, your next duel, will be the final duel before merge!
Dylan: What!
Jax: No way
Candice: That means merge is coming up!!!
Harry: Grab your torches and head back to camp. Bob head to the boat.
