“Okay okay settle down.”
“Before we get started let me introduce our 6 Thanksgiving favorites!!!
Squints. “Wait a moment, how did the MayFlower sneak it’s way in here?”
Glances at production who frantically shrugs.
“Well nonetheless the show must go on. Now I don’t know who’s thanksgiving favorites you all are becuase I hate most of you, but you all are already here and I paid for your travels and will not let the money go to waste.”
Pauses.
“Now for the viewers at home who don’t know how this works, each round our Thanksgiving favorites will vote another favorite to partake in a random challenge to test their skills. Succeed and they can eliminate one of their fellow favorites, fail and they are eliminated themselves.”
Audience: 😱🤯😱🤯😱🤯🤗🤯😱🤯😱
“Okay okay. For real. Settle down!”
Audience: 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
“And this continues until there’s two left. Those two will battle it out in one final challenge where one final person will remain. Now… technically they won the game, but they did not win the money. Because there’s this thing in the game called the Dog Pound. Where the previously eliminated contestants will go head to head against the winner aka the top dog in a trivia battle. And whoever wins will win the prize money.”
Audience practically faints.
“Geezus hell. Let’s just get started!”
“ROUND 1 FIGHT”
“Challenge Details:
Hit The Mark
The contestant must shoot more balloons with a bow and arrow than a professional archer, who will be shooting with their feet. The contestant will lose if they cannot successfully shoot more balloons than the professional archer, or give up.”
“Knowing the details of the challenge the Thanksgiving favorites must now vote who they want to do the challenge and why.”
Caramel Apple gets ready to vote.
“I’m throwing a vote for Pumpkin Pie, I doubt it’ll receive any other votes and I want the best odds of remaining safe.”
Host blinks. “This means if Pumpkin Pie doesn’t get voted in Caramel Apple will definitely be safe.”
Mashed Potato gets ready to vote.
“My votes for Turkey. 1, turkeys a mid food, 2, it probably can’t use a bow.”
Host proceeds to talk, ruining the flow of the voting. “This means if Turkey fails the challenge Mashed Potato would be safe.”
MayFlower gets ready to vote.
Boat noises.
Host looks around at the tech crew before speaking. “According to our boat translator they voted for Turkey, because they hate animals… and also because they think they’ll do the worst in the challenge.
Also if you are asking why food can speak and not a boat… fuck off.”
Next to vote is Pumpkin Pie.
“I vote Caramel Apple, I just don’t like them.”
Host shrugs. “Well with reasoning like that how can you argue?”
Sweet Potato takes its voting ballot and proceeds to vote.
“Mashed Potato is my vote, need I say more? Oh! I do? Okay well um… they’ll probably suck at the challenge… yeah.”
Next to vote is Turkey.
“I heard Mashed Potato calling me mid, so that’s why I’m voting for it.”
Host walks into the living room where the Thanksgiving favorites are somehow sat. They contemplate what they are doing with their lives before revealing the results of the vote to the favorites.
“Well it looks like there was a tie between Mashed Potato and Turkey.”
Audience: 😨😨😨😨😨😨
“Per the rules of a tie, which I did not explain. Usually the previously eliminated favorite would decide the tie but since it’s the first round, one favorite at random will decide. And that favorite is Pumpkin Pie!”
Pumpkin pie looks at both Turkey and Mashed Potato before very quickly making their decision.
“Hmm Turkey, sorry. I just like Mashed Potato better.”
Host looks at Turkey. “And with that, Turkey you will be participating in the challenge. Good luck, and may the odds—- oh I can’t say that? Copyright issues? Got it.”
CHALLENGE RESULTS:
TURKEY IS SUCCESSFUL IN COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE.
This means they get to decide of the people who voted it, which one it’ll send to the dog pound.
“As the winner of the challenge, I can send either Mashed Potato or MayFlower to the dog pound. I decided to send MayFlower, because it is overall a stronger threat to me.”
The MayFlower somehow sighs and leaves to the dog poundMaking boat noises as they do so.
The host cries. “And that ruins that bit. On to round 2.”
ROUND 2 FIGHT!
The details of the challenge are revealed.
“Aerial Obstacle Course
The contestant must cross a series of nets and rings attached to the ceiling in order to grab a flag at the end. Every thirty seconds, a net will fall to the ground. The contestant will lose if they fall, or give up.”
Caramel Apple votes.
“Pumpkin Pie seems weak to me.”
Mashed Potato votes.
“I was trying to be nice last round, but this round I’m voting Sweet Potato. They’ll suck at the challenge for sure!”
Pumpkin Pie votes.
“I don’t think Sweet Potato will get any other votes and I want to be safe.”
Host grins evilly.
Sweet Potato and Turkey vote together, which isn’t allowed but we aren’t about to stop them.
“We vote for Caramel Apple because it sucks ass.”
Host blinks profusely. “Okay then.”
Host saunters back into the living room and looks at the favorites. “There was another tie… surprise surprise. The tie was between Caramel Apple and Sweet Potato
“Since MayFlower was last eliminated they get to decide who competes in the challenge.”
Mayflower looks at Sweet Potato and Caramel Apple.
Boat noises.
“According to my team, it said Sweet Potato because they believe it is strong and if it fails the challenge it will greatly help them out at the end for trivia.
Did it really say all that? Or are you just making it up?”
The tech team looks nervous as they shield their faces from the host.
“That’s what I thought. Anyway, onto the challenge.”

“Pandora's Box
The contestant must grab three floating buoys (and in some appearances, five floating buoys) and get them into a box underwater by placing them through a hole at the bottom of the box. The contestant loses if they are unable to complete the challenge within two minutes, or give up.”
“For this round the items will announce who they voted for publicly!”

Caramel Apple looks at the favorites. “My vote was for Mashed Potato, sorry but I think you will do the worst in the challenge.”
Mashed Potato who was glaring at Turkey the whole night just points at Turkey and screams! “YOUUUUUUU”
Pumpkin Pie shrugs and smiles, copying exactly what Mashed Potato did. “YOUUUUUUU”
Turkey just blinks and reveals their vote. “My vote was for Caramel Apple which I realize was a Mistake.”
“Welp Turkey sorry to say, but you will compete in yet another challenge. Good luck!”

“Sliding Floor Trivia
The contestant must answer a series of questions while standing on a split platform. For every question the contestant answers incorrectly, the platform will move further apart. The contestant will lose if they cannot answer ten questions correctly before falling, or give up.”
Caramel Apple takes a step up to the platform to vote. “I vote for Pumpkin Pie, there’s only room for one dessert in that finale.”
Mashed Potato goes to vote. “Since Caramel Apple called me weak last round, it’ll receive my vote this round.”
Pumpkin Pie goes to vote. “Mashed Potato. I wanna reach the finale with my dessert friend Caramel Apple!”
The host walks to the living room and reveals the results of the vote. “You all voted for someone different, so there was a tie! A three way tie! Per the rules of a tie, your BFF Turkey will decide who partakes in the challenge.”
Turkey looks at the three Thanksgiving favorites. “Caramel Apple just looks strong so I pick it in hopes they fail and join us in the dog pound.”
Audience looks shocked without emojis.
Host beckons for Caramel Apple to follow them.

The two contestants must race to release all five of their colored buoys. The losing contestant is the one who fails to release all of their buoys first.”
“Good luck to you both. And you know fuck copyright. MAY THE ODDS BE FOREVER IN YOUR FAVOR!”
CHALLENGE RESULTS:

PUMPKIN PIE LOSES AND WILL JOIN THE DOG POUND TEAM!

“Now this last round is Trivia between Caramel Apple, our top dog. And the dog pound: MayFlower, Sweet Potato, Turkey, Mashed Potato, and Pumpkin Pie.”
The host pauses.
“How this’ll work is the theme for the trivia question is announced and then Caramel Apple will pick an opponent. Whoever answers correctly first will get a point. First to three points wins! Let’s get started.”

Caramel Apple picks MayFlower as their opponent.

MayFlower buzzes in. Boat noises.
The host looks angry. “Since we already proved that tech was LYING about what MayFlower was saying. I will say they are wrong. Caramel Apple do you have an answer?”
Caramel Apple answers: NaHCO₃
Host shrugs. “That’s probably correct okay, next question is…”
Second Question: Celebrities
Caramel Apple selects Turkey as their opponent.
Question: “Who all has Pete Davidson dated recently, and who is he dating now?”
Turkey buzzes in. “Lots and Lots of beautiful women they Turkey definitely named correctly.
Host nods. “Turkey scores a point for the Dog Pound!”
Score is 1 to 1 currently.
Third Question: T.V commercials.
Caramel Apple selects Mashed Potato.
Question: “What is the most popular Thanksgiving themed commercial?”
Caramel Apple buzzes in. They take too long to answer and Mashed Potato gets a chance to answer.
Mashed Potato says the answer right for this dumb question. Dog Pound leads 2-1
Fourth Question: Geography.
Caramel Apple selects Sweet Potato, leaving Pumpkin Pie in tears.
Question: “Where is the country of Turkey located?”
Sweet Potato buzzes in…
“Will they answer correctly?”

“Let’s find out, right after this commercial break.”

“And we are back, let’s see Sweet Potato’s answer.”
Sweet Potato smiles and answers: “Mostly in Asia, but a little bit is in Europe.”
The host and audience and dog pound and Caramel Apple looks shocked at how a Sweet Potato would know that, because the host certainly did not.
“AND WITH THAT THE DOG POUND WINS THE PRIZE MONEY AND WILL SPLIT $25,000 dollars each. But since they don’t need that money, the money will go to me… I mean charity instead! Have a good night!”
