Lara found the treasure first and won the next Head of Household! At the nomination ceremony, she put up Santiago and Claire. At the POV Picking ceremony, Claudette and Leon were chosen, with Ellie being chosen by Claire by Houseguest Choice. In the end, Ellie won the POV and did not save Claire. So, the final nominees are Claire and Santiago.
