I’m sorry, but Dana’s elimination made no sense. Sure she had a bad night, but this is only her first bad night in the history of both her seasons on the show. Michelle, Robyn, Elise, and Milly have all had bad days…so why does Dana get the boot? It makes absolutely no sense to me. Anyway, moving forward, it’s black jacket time and only five people are going to hold the coveted black jackets. So who will fall just short of the prize?

7. Robyn Almodovar- I think Robyn had the advantage of being on a powerhouse team, which is why she has made it this far. But out of the remaining 7 chefs, she is by far the weakest and will probably be one of the two chefs making it just short of the black jacket crew.

6. Jennifer Normant- There’s a good chance Jennifer goes home tonight. While I think she has been the most successful of the red team members, she sometimes doesn’t perform the best in challenges. She made this deal with the devil (Elise), and said multiple times “I hope this doesn’t come back to bite me.” It would be sad to see her go, but kind of a “lesson learned” moment if Jennifer is the one sent packing. I could just imagine her regretting teaming up with Elise if Elise gets a black jacket over her. For this reasoning, she’s my second pick to be sent packing.

5. Milly Medley- Milly has been doing fine in dinner services, but he hasn’t been excelling when he needs to in the challenges. Ramsay is going to decide who makes the black jacket club through some challenges, and if Milly’s challenge performance shows here, he may not be able to make it. I think it would be a shocking elimination, but we’ve seen Van and Dana get the boot, so a fan favorite like Milly going home is certainly not out of question.

4. Michelle Tribble- Michelle has a fight in her that Ramsay has appreciated this entire time. Is she the strongest one? No. But I think she’s been consistent enough to make the top 5.

3. Elise Harris- Elise is the person most people want to see go home here. And that is exactly why she’ll be safe. Unless this is one big send-off tribute for Elise, I don’t see how Elise DOESN’T get a black jacket, as crazy as that sounds.

2. Nick Peters Bond- Nick has been so consistent, and seeing him not make it to black jackets would be a shock and a travesty. I think he’s one of two people who are locks to get it.

1. Benjamin Knack- I haven’t given Benjamin much of his due this season. While he is sometimes uncomfortable to watch, and is a bit too cocky, he has been a force on the blue team. His voice is heard, and he knows when to take charge and just tell Robyn to shut up. He and Nick are the strongest two people here, and I don’t see how Benjamin doesn’t get a black jacket. I’ll give him the top spot because he hasn’t topped these rankings before, and I think he’s a lock to be a black jacket holder.

I think Robyn is my most confident boot in this episode. As for the rest, I think Nick and Benjamin are locks, and strangely, I think Elise stands a really strong chance. Between Michelle, Milly, and Jennifer, all three deserve to be there, but Milly could overthink things, Jennifer could let her alliance with Elise come back to bite her, and Michelle could get lost in the shuffle. I’m thinking Jennifer could get the boot because while she hasn’t performed badly at all, she hasn’t stood out to Ramsay either.
