Hell's Kitchen S17 Power Rankings (Top 10)

Dec 8, 2017 by PowerRankings101
imageSo I was correct in Manda’s elimination, but I do have to admit that I was a bit hard on Elise, who had a great episode. She delivered on drama, as expected, but was able to really kill it in the challenge and was the strongest for her team in the disastrous service for the red team. After this episode, I really can’t imagine the red team being able to beat the blue team. So with that, let’s rank.

10. Barbie Marshall- Barbie may be going home this episode. She has been struggling and her team still doesn’t seem to have faith in her. There is going to be a big blowup between her and Elise, and I can’t see her coming out on top.

9. Michelle Tribble- Poor Michelle. She made the decision to put Elise in the oyster cook off, and it has backfired. Michelle is now Elise’s public enemy #1 and will be for the rest of the season. Luckily, there’s a Barbie to hopefully shield some of Elise’s heat. But still, as long as she and Elise are on the same team, Michelle’s days are numbered.

8. Elise Harris- Elise has a great episode, but it doesn’t mean she’s safe right now. She’s going to keep causing drama till she gets eliminated, so I am always going to stay cautious when thinking of Elise’s chances. I don’t think she’s the weakest one on her team, but I think her mouth could get her in trouble. There’s gonna be a major throw down between her and Barbie, and if Barbie somehow bounces back, Elise could find herself in jeopardy.

7. Robyn Almodovar- Robyn is still the weakest on the blue team, but I really think the blue team is going to come out on top again. “Welcome back Robyn,” was a quote said by Ramsay, so I expect that maybe Robyn will last a little bit longer here.

6. Jennifer Normant- Jennifer may be vulnerable if she ends up having a bad day. It’s obvious that Elise, Michelle, and Barbie provide the best tv drama, so if the red team loses again and Ramsay wants to keep that drama around, Jennifer could end up being sent home. She isn’t weak, but she is part of a weak team that is slowly diminishing. She was a big help for Elise this past episode, which is why I still have faith that she can lead, but she just needs to speak up just a tad louder.

5. Dana Cohen- I can’t imagine a scenario where Dana goes home. She’s inarguably the strongest member of the red team. She is the one on the red team that I have the most confidence in. However, she is on a crumbling team, so I have to put her in fifth behind the four guys who had the best service in HK history.

4. Benjamin Knack- I don’t love Benjamin, but he was one of the strong ones on the blue team. Actually, they were all strong. All four of these next chefs had something going that (if they can keep up) will send them all to black jackets.

3. Milly Medley- Milly has been doing very well. He hasn’t been the leader we all expected him to be, but this week, he came out strong and delivered in every possible way.

2. Van Hurd- Van is a machine, always putting heart and passion into his food. I think I had some worries that his personality could get in the way, but if anything, it’s helping build the teamwork. Good for him.

1. Nick Peters Bond- Nick is here at the top spot for the FOURTH time in a row. This guy is on a roll, and I really think everyone sees him as the one to beat. He’s the one people go to for instruction, the one delivering in the challenges, and he is still giving some funny confessionals. There’s no stopping him right now.

While Elise had a good episode, I still put her behind the ENTIRE blue team (who I will keep praising), and the two strongest red team members who have stayed consistent (Dana and Jennifer). I think any of those red teamers who have been struggling could struggle for the last time.

PREDICTIONS:

Going Home- Barbie Marshall
