Chef Ramsay: Good morning everyone!
Everyone: Good morning chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, you’ll be working with fish! We have all kinds of fish for you to cook with today... and the one you cook is going to be up to you! However... you’ll be pulling your additional ingredients out of here!
Chef Ramsay then unveils a giant tub of water full of tiny plastic fish that are moving in a circle under the water.
Chef Ramsay: You will be fishing the ingredients out of this pool! Each fish has the name of an ingredient on it... and if you decide to keep it, you must incorporate that into your dish! You may select a maximum of 5 ingredients, and your welcome to throw any ingredients you don’t want back into the pool. But you only have 5 minutes to gather them! Afterward, you must begin making your dishes. Your time starts... NOW!
The chefs then carefully fish for their ingredients, some of them getting what they wanted while others getting bizarre combinations.
The chefs then spend 45 minutes making their fish dishes. Helping Chef Ramsay judge today are 2 special guest judges. All 3 judges will judge each dish on a scale of 1 to 5. The team that scores the most points will win.
When time is up, the blue team is told to drop one of their dishes from being judges since they have an extra member. They decide to drop...

For curiosity, the judges tasted Crystal’s dish. They said it was one of the better dishes tasted today, and had it been presented, it would’ve gotten two 4’s and a 3.
Chef Ramsay: Blue Team, well done! For your reward today, you’re all going on a trip to Las Vegas... in your own private jet! You’ll be enjoying several perks inside of a private jet as you wait to arrive. When you do... you’ll have an amazing lunch on the top floor of one of the best restaurants. Get changed, you’ll be leaving for your private jet shortly!
The Blue Team then goes upstairs to get ready for their day of luxury.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team... I’m starting to notice that YOU are now on a losing streak... for your punishment, I will need you to empty that giant pool of all its water... using buckets. You’ll scoop up as much water as you can carry, and then take it out to the sewer gate. Get changed, you have a long day ahead of you.
The Blue Team enjoys their day in a private jet while the Red Team scoops up and disposes of water.

The pressure is on both Kinsington and Big Dog to get appetizers out to their diners. Kinsington sends in one soupy risotto, but bounces back for the rest of the night.
Big Dog, on the other hand, screws up big time.
Chef Ramsay: Big Dog! Look at this! I have 3 portions of bland soupy risotto! What is this?!
Big Dog: Sorry, chef.
Chef Ramsay: GET IT TOGETHER!
Big Dog is still working on his appetizers as entrees are ordered.
James and Marjorie send in one raw garnish by mistake. Crystal sends up 2.
But the Blue Team’s meat station is having bigger problems.
Chef Ramsay: Donald! Brad! Look at these... I have SIX fucking raw racks of lamb!!! Who cooked them?!
Brad: I think we both cooked 3 of them, chef.
Chef Ramsay: You think you both cooked 3 of them, do you? Well guess what? THEY’RE SHIT! Get it right!
Meanwhile, in the Red Kitchen, Assi overcooks a wellington while Opal forgets to sear a serving of scallops.
However... things aren’t improving on the Appetizer Station.
Chef Ramsay: Hey, Big Dog! Yeah you, come here. Look at this... 3 more soupy risottos. And they haven’t even been seasoned!
Big Dog: Chef, I’m sorry.
Chef Ramsay: Sorry??? You’ve only gotten a few appetizers sent out, and we’ve been in service for hours!!! Why don’t you say sorry to the diners?!
Big Dog: I have to cook for them, I can’t do that.
Chef Ramsay: What...? Wow... here’s what I see. I see that you aren’t taking this competition seriously, and that you’ve fucking given up! I am DONE with you!

The Blue Team. And here’s why. Red Team... most of your mistakes come from the most recently eliminated chef... but when we take him out of the picture, hardly any of you made any mistakes. This may have been one of your strongest services yet. Blue Team, you were the opposite. All of you were all over the place, and most of you keep fucking up. I want you to go up to the dorms, have a little chat, and decide on 2 individuals you’d be better off without.
The chefs then go back up to the dorms.
The Blue Team discusses their nominees. They seem to be in agreement on nominating the meat station... Donald and Brad. They both try to fight it and say that Crystal should go up, but Crystal says that she’s stronger than everyone thinks she is.
The Blue Team does, however, reach a decision.

Brad then hands his jacket to Chef Ramsay and leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: There are only 11 of you left... so I want to start seeing improvement from both teams as soon as possible. I want our services to get gradually better, is that clear?
Everyone: Yes chef!
Chef Ramsay: Get out of here.
The chefs then head to their dorms for the night.
As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, his voice narrates the scene.
“Big Dog and Brad were question marks from the very beginning. After tonight, I knew that I couldn’t trust either of them as my Head Chef.”
Chef Ramsay hangs Big Dog’s jacket, and his picture burns up.
Chef Ramsay then hangs Brad’s jacket immediately afterward, and his picture burns up as well.
