The chefs were challenged with making a stunning gourmet pizza, being told that the chefs with the best pizzas would be earning punishment passes. However, they were also informed that the chef with the worst pizza could be going home.
Ultimately, the best pizzas belonged to Kenia on the Red Team and Carter on the Blue Team. They both earned the incredible and coveted punishment passes, which allow them to skip out on a future punishment.
The worst pizzas on the Red Team belonged to Beth and Julie, while on the Blue Team the worst pizzas came from Tristen and Archie. Ultimately, Chef Ramsay decided that the worst pizza of the challenge belonged to Archie, who nearly saw his dream of becoming the Head Chef at Le Repas Rose in Los Angeles end before the first dinner service even began, but Chef Ramsay decided to give him another chance.
Later in Hellโs Kitchenโs opening night dinner service, both kitchens were a complete disaster, with Julie messing up on the Red Teamโs hot apps station, Bart fumbling on the Blue Teamโs garnish station, and Jude and Kitty butchering their kitchenโs fish stations. Both teams were kicked out of dinner service and were asked to nominate 2 of their own for elimination.
At the elimination ceremony, the Red Team decided to nominate Julie and Kitty, while the blue team nominated Jude and Bart. In the end, Chef Ramsay eliminated Jude, ending his dream of becoming the Head Chef at Le Repas Rose in Los Angeles and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

Right off the bat, Julie and Kenia deliver a perfect serving. Savannah and Thammy soon follow them. However, Beth and Amandaโs first attempt at a stunning crab cake dish ends up undercooked.
In the Blue Kitchen, Tommy and Zach are the first to send in a perfect plate of crab cakes. However, no one seems to be able to do the same.
Back in the red kitchen, Kitty and Marge send in a perfect serving. They are followed once again by Julie and Kenia, and then by Lexie and Bella. Beth and Amanda send in another raw plate, however. The score is now 5 to 1.
The Red Team manages to gain an even bigger lead when Kitty and Marge send in another perfect plate, giving them a total of 6.
The Blue Team then finally manages to get more plates on the board when Carter as well as Bart and Rico send in a perfect plate. The score is now 6 to 3.
Kitty and Marge manage to get another plate on the board with Julie and Kenia shortly following, while Beth and Amanda send in another raw serving. They now have a total of 8.
The Blue Team, however, has slowed down. Bart and Rico send in a raw plate. Another raw plate comes from Ty and Allen. Tommy and Zach manage to get another perfect plate in, making their score 4. They are still trailing by a lot.
Savannah and Thammy send in another perfect plate, making their score 9. They need one more to win.
Archie and Tristen manage to send in a perfect plate, putting the Blue Team at 5.
However, the final perfect plate from the Red Team surprisingly comes from Beth and Amanda, who have finally managed to get it right and end up winning the challenge for their team.

However, problems arise on the Red Teamโs meat stations. Julie sends in an undercooked NY strip while Amanda sends in pink chicken.
On the tableside station, Kenia has issues as she takes too long to prepare a customerโs salad.
However, something unforgivable happens next back in the Red Kitchen.

As the Red Kitchen works out its issues, Beth and Bella on the fish station end up undercooking scallops and a halibut respectively. The Blue Kitchen faces issues of its own when Carter sends in 2 garnishes too early.
However, two chefs in the Red Kitchen seem to be having a pretty interesting debate.
