So far… I’m just bored. I don’t know why but I was expecting more. I found the first 90 minutes of this incredibly slow and boring… but weirdly it also feels fast-paced and hard to follow.
The acting is solid, but overall I’m just uninterested in the story being told. Maybe that’s not the movie’s fault though, I’ve never really been too drawn to historical works.
I’m sure the film is gonna start to pick up near the end, but so far I’m just not seeing what caused it to win multiple oscars.

I agree it was a miss I almost walked out of the theater
I agree that it was hard to follow at times. And definitely slow at times too. But I still enjoyed it. The incredible acting by everyone involved sold it the most for me. I would still give it like 8/10
