The chefs wake up bright and early for their challenge.
Chef Ramsay: Good morning everyone!
Everyone: Good morning chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, we have something special planned for tonight’s service... let me show you!
At that moment, a group of people walk through the door.
It’s a bunch of high school students to look to be 18-19 years old.
Chef Ramsay: These are high school seniors who are graduating in less than a week! They have arranged for their entire class to have their graduation party here in Hell’s Kitchen. And YOU will be making them some special dishes to put on their menu!
The chefs look at each other with excitement.
Chef Ramsay: Here’s how it will work... you’ll all split up into groups of 2, and each group will prepare either a hot appetizer, a cold appetizer, a meat entree, or a fish entree.
The chefs then decide on their teams as well as who’s cooking what.
Hot Apps: Merk and James vs. Veronica and Crystal
Cold Apps: Kinsington and Brad vs. Agnes and Assi
Meat Entree: Donald and Winter vs. Kelsey and Opal
Fish Entree: Big Dog and Vincent vs. Veronica and Crystal
The chefs then waste no time making their dishes, and get them finished rather quickly.
Chef Ramsay then invites 3 senior high school students to judge the dishes. Each round, the students will vote for the team that deserves the point more, and whoever gets more votes wins a point for their team.
Up first is the Battle of the Hot Apps. Merk and James’s dish is praised for its flavors and creativity while Veronica and Crystal’s dish is praised for how beautifully its been plated.
The students then vote for their favorite dish.

The women have won the reward challenge!
Chef Ramsay: Ladies, well done! For your reward today, I have planned for you all to go to an amazing resort for the day. There will be an amazing indoor pool, an incredible lunch, and a nice spa treatment. Get changed, you have to be there soon!
The women then get dressed for their relaxing day.
Chef Ramsay: Men... you have yet to win a single challenge... it’s a little embarrassing. While the women will be relaxing all day, you’ll be helping these senior students set up all the decorations for tonight’s graduation party. You need to listen to the student’s instructions very carefully, and set everything up exactly how they want it. Go up to the dorms, you’ll have to begin very soon.
The women enjoy their day inside of a resort while the men set up all of the decorations for tonight’s service.

Appetizers don’t really start off strong... especially for the Red Kitchen.
While James has two of his risottos sent back for not having enough seasoning, he is still able to bounce back. Agnes, on the other hand, is sinking.
Chef Ramsay: Agnes! Look at this! You screwed up your cold appetizer and it looks all wrong!
Agnes: I’m sorry chef.
Chef Ramsay: Come on, this is YOUR dish! You should be NAILING this!
Despite Chef Ramsay’s lecture, Agnes also sends in 2 soupy risottos. Opal also puts way too much seasoning in one of her portions.
It takes a while for appetizers to leave the Red Kitchen... but they eventually do.
As entrees are being ordered, Big Dog and Brad are called at the same time.
Chef Ramsay: Hey, just taste those! What’s wrong with them?
Big Dog: There’s too much alcohol in it, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Exactly! Those are fucking kids! Are you trying to get them drunk?! You know what... go over there and eat this shit, let’s see how YOU like it!
Big Dog and Brad are then forced to eat their mistakes, and are not allowed to continue cooking until it’s completely gone.
Meanwhile, Vincent and Kinsington fail to communicate together on their garnish station, and two of Merk’s salmons come back raw.
However... in the red kitchen, things are becoming a complete train wreck. Two of Veronica’s plates of scallops are rubber, and Crystal’s lamb is undercooked.
But the biggest problems come from garnish. Kelsey and Marjorie are clearly not communicating, and Marjorie has made a mistake that sends Chef Ramsay over the edge.
Chef Ramsay: Marjorie... just come here. We have... 4 complete entrees and only 2 fucking garnishes! This is ridiculous.
Marjorie: I’m sorry, chef.
Chef Ramsay: I have NEVER seen such an unorganized Red Team in the history of Hell’s Kitchen! I am DONE.

The Red Team then leaves the kitchen while the Blue Team finishes strongly.
In the dorms, the Red Team says that the biggest problems came from the Apps station and the Garnish station. Some suggest to nominate Agnes and Opal while some suggest to nominate Kelsey and Marjorie. Some suggest to go with the 2 weakest chefs from both stations, which they say are Agnes and Marjorie.
Eventually, they all come to a decision.
-Elimination Ceremony-
The Red Team meets with Chef Ramsay while the Blue Team watches.
Chef Ramsay: Ladies... you honestly baffle me. You have won all 3 challenges so far... and yet you’ve also been kicked out of all 3 services. It’s a disgrace. Have you all come to a decision?
Everyone: Yes, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Courtney, Red Team’s first nominee and why?
Courtney: Our first nominee is...

Agnes. She ultimately sunk the apps station tonight, and because of her, appetizers took way to long getting out to the diners.
Chef Ramsay: You’re right there... second nominee and why?
Courtney: Our second nominee is...

Marjorie. She couldn’t pull it together on garnishes tonight, and we feel she is ultimately a weak link on our team.
Chef Ramsay: Okay... Agnes, Marjorie, step forward.
Agnes and Marjorie then face Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Let’s be clear on one thing... this definitely isn’t the first time I’ve seen you two up here.
Agnes and Marjorie then state why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay tells Agnes that it was embarrassing that she couldn’t make a cold appetizer, let alone one that she came up with. He also tells Marjorie that she may be in over her head, and she may not be fit to be a leader.
Chef Ramsay: The person leaving Hell’s Kitchen is...

Agnes. Give me your jacket.
Agnes then hands her jacket to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Young Lady, you cook as if you have no passion. And I am not hearing your voice in that kitchen. You’re not ready to be a Head Chef.
Agnes then leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: Ladies... you need to pull it together. Use your success in challenges during your services! And gentlemen... use your success in services during challenges! Is that clear?
Everyone: Yes, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Now fuck off.
The chef then head to their dorms for the night.
As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, his voice narrates the scene.
“Being a Head Chef requires passion, natural talent, and a strong voice in the kitchen. Agnes had the complete opposite of all those qualities.”
Chef Ramsay then hangs Agnes’s jacket, and her picture burns up.
