The finalists are woken up bright and early to see that Chef Ramsay has instructed for them to be thinking about the items that will be on their menus tonight. The two think long and hard, until Chef Ramsay calls them both downstairs to tell them that he has planned something amazing for them. Maurice and Pierre quickly meet with Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Hello finalists! Tonight, you will have the most important dinner service of your lives... but for now, I wanted to take you somewhere special...

Chef Ramsay: Go ahead and get changed, we will all be leaving shortly! And did I mention...

We’ll be traveling there by helicopter!
Maurice and Pierre now look excited. They head up to their dorms to get changed.
The finalists and Chef Ramsay travel to Las Vegas until they land on a rooftop, enjoying the views along the way.
When they land, the three chefs travel downward into the building to find an incredibly classy dining experience. They see formal diners everywhere.
The chefs are seated, and then begin looking at their menus. They order their own stunning meals, and eat them as soon as they are served.
As soon as the chefs are done eating, Chef Ramsay makes an announcement.
Chef Ramsay: Hang on... there’s five diners who haven’t eaten yet.
Maurice and Pierre look confused.
Suddenly, the walls surrounding them drop to reveal they aren’t actually in Chef Ramsay’s restaurant, but a giant studio with a large audience.
The audience claps for the final 2, who are still sitting in dining chairs. All of the diners suddenly run offstage into the audience and take their respective seats.
Chef Ramsay: Welcome to your final challenge! For the next 45 minutes, you will be cooking 5 stunning dishes. A cold appetizer, a hot appetizer, a fish entree, a chicken entree, and a beef entree! When your done, 5 different guest judges will taste each of them one at a time, and rank them on a scale of 1 to 10. The chef who gets the highest score wins the final challenge! Your time starts... NOW!
The finalists begin cooking their dishes. Eventually, 10 stunning dishes are ready to be presented.
Up first, it’s the cold appetizers. The first Guest Judge gives comments on both dishes.
Maurice’s: It’s stunning. One of the best cold appetizers I’ve ever tasted. This is a 10.
Pierre’s: This is beautiful. This is something I would definitively love to see in a restaurant, I would give this a 9.
Maurice: 10
Pierre: 9
Up next are the hot appetizers. Here are the second guest judge’s comments.
Maurice’s: Amazing. This is quality food, I would give this a 10.
Pierre’s: It’s delicious, but I think it could use a LITTLE more seasoning... I’d give this a 7.

Up next are the fish entrees. Here are the third guest judges comments.
Maurice’s: It’s great... this is almost as good as the food I’ve seen from the greasy chefs I work with... this is a 9.
Pierre’s: It’s delicious. There was one or two components that I don’t think were needed... this is an 8.

Maurice’s: Beautifully cooked... it’s worthy of being in a five star restaurant. I’d give that a 10.

Up last are the beef entrees. The fifth guest judge has decided to score Pierre’s first. Here are their comments.
Pierre’s: It’s a tiny bit dry... but still delicious. I would give this a 7.

Chef Ramsay: Ladies and Gentlemen, give it up for Maurice! Maurice, let me show you your reward. Please welcome back... Jay, Europe, Jake, Candy, Kourtney, Nick, Lincoln and Sugar May!
The 8 previously eliminated chefs make their way to the front of the stage.
Chef Ramsay: Now... you two will be picking from these chefs to be a part of your brigades tonight. Maurice, your reward for winning the challenge is that you get first pick!
Maurice picks Jay as his first choice.
Pierre then picks Europe has his first choice.
Maurice then picks Sugar May.
Pierre picks Nick.
Maurice picks Kourtney.
Pierre picks Jake.

After picking, the chefs are taken back to Hell’s Kitchen.
Maurice and Pierre go through their menus with their brigades... and then, the most important dinner service of their lives begins.

This will be the service that will determine who wins Hell’s Kitchen. Maurice and Pierre will be running their own kitchens with Pierre in the Blue Kitchen, and Maurice in the Red Kitchen.

Pierre: CHEF. If I’m running the pass, you call me CHEF!
Nick: Sorry CHEF!
With Pierre being very vocal in his kitchen, appetizers come out smoothly.
In the Red Kitchen, Maurice sees a problem with meat.
Maurice: Jay, this lamb is over cooked, fire another one!
Jay: Sorry, chef.
Maurice: Come on Jay, not tonight. Not tonight...
Later on, Kourtney and Candy send in raw scallops. Kourtney bounces back, but Candy does it again. Jay has another overcooked lamb at the pass, but he bounces back.
Jay: How long on garnish?
Sugar May: ...
Maurice: Sugar May! Listen!!! Come on, you gotta listen in this kitchen!
Sugar May: Sorry, that’ll be 3 minutes!
After Sugar May’s slip up, a familiar problem occurs in the Blue Kitchen.
Pierre: Candy! You sent me raw scallops again!
Candy: Sorry chef, I—
Pierre: This is the most important service of my life, and you’re fucking it up! You know what... just get out. We’ll get through it.
Candy: Wh-what?
Pierre: All you’re doing is screwing up! You’re holding us back... just please leave.
Candy leaves the Blue Kitchen. After her departure, the rest of service goes smoothly.
Afterwards, Pierre makes it clear that there’s no hard feeling between him and Candy. Chef Ramsay meets with the finalists and their brigades.
Chef Ramsay: Wow... I saw two incredible performances tonight. Maurice, Pierre... well done. You both did great. However... only one of you can win. I’m now going to take a long while, think about EVERYTHING I’ve seen from BOTH of you... and then, I’ll choose for one of you to be the winner. For now, please head up to the dorms, and say goodbye to your brigades.
Maurice and Pierre tell their teammates goodbye and head up to the dorms. They talk with each other about the night, and they wait for a long while...
Btw, for tonight’s service, I randomized Maurice and Pierre’s Vocalness on a scale of 1 to 10 again... but this time, I did it 10 separate times for both finalists. There are the results I ended up getting.

Suddenly, the dorm’s phone begins ringing. Maurice picks it up.
Maurice: Hello?
Chef Ramsay: Maurice... can Pierre and yourself meet me in my office? I’ve made my decision.
Maurice: We’ll be right there, chef.
Maurice and Pierre then run off to Chef Ramsay’s office.
-The Winner-
Maurice and Pierre face Chef Ramsay in his office.
Chef Ramsay: I want to tell you something... you both have proved to me that you are each strong, talented chefs who know how to command a kitchen. It was incredibly hard to decide which of you should win... but after thinking about everything that’s happened... your highs, your lows, your standout moments... and tonight’s service... I’ve made my decision.

Maurice, out of all the chefs this year, you have definitely been one of the most creative. Young man, you definitely have a true passion for cooking.

Pierre, you have shown me the most growth out of every chef I’ve seen this year. You have an incredible palate, and you’ve shown to be an amazing leader.

There are 2 glass doors leading out to the dining area, where the chef’s families and team members are waiting to see who will be the winner.
Maurice steps up to the left door. Pierre steps up to the right door.
Chef Ramsay: Very carefully, place your hands on the handles. Do NOT turn it.
Maurice and Pierre place their hands on the handles.
Chef Ramsay: The chef who’s door opens will be the WINNER of Hell’s Kitchen, and will be given the Head Chef position at the Pink Willow Boulevard in Los Angeles, with a salary of a quarter of a million dollars.

There is a blast of confetti as soon as the door opens. Pierre looks shocked, and suddenly starts crying tears of joy.

Maurice’s door has been locked shut. Seeing that he looks devastated, Chef Ramsay walks up to him.
Chef Ramsay: Young man... you have made your family incredibly proud, and I hope you’ve made yourself proud. Keep that head up high, you were great!
Maurice takes Chef Ramsay’s advice to heart and walks out to congratulate Pierre.
The two share a long hug, and all three being walking down to the dining area.
As Pierre is being congratulated, Chef Ramsay’s voice can be heard narrating the scene.
“Pierre had a rocky start in Hell’s Kitchen, but once he started to feel more comfortable with his surroundings, he proved to be one of the strongest chefs in the kitchen. He’s a natural leader, has a phenomenal palate, and has incredible cooking skills. I know that without a doubt, he’s ready to be the Head Chef at the Pink Willow Boulevard.”
Chef Ramsay takes Pierre’s hand and holds it up.
Chef Ramsay: Ladies and Gentlemen... your Hell’s Kitchen winner, Pierre!
Everyone claps for Pierre, and they begin to spray champaign on him, as that’s what usually happens to winners.
During his toast, Pierre thanks all of his fellow chefs and Chef Ramsay for helping him grow and improve as both a chef and a leader throughout his time in Hell’s Kitchen.
Pierre hangs his picture in Hell’s Kitchen’s entrance hallway next to Dex’s picture, leaving his mark.
The season ends as Pierre embraces with his wife Chantell, and Maurice reunited with his wife and kids. Chef Ramsay tells Maurice’s kids that their dad is an amazing chef, and does the same with Chantell about Pierre.
Jaxon well I don’t think I wanna do a season 3 rn... last time I had back to back seasons of Hell’s Kitchen, I ended up abandoning season 2 halfway through. I think I should take a reasonable break from it, maybe at least a week or 2.
