The Reward challenges vary. Sometimes I keep it simple and simply put Red Team and Blue Team in random.org. Sometimes I over complicate it.
In dinner service, I determine who screws up by placing all of the remaining chefs names on the random.org list. I then keep randomizing the list a couple times, and each time, the chef at the top of the list is the one who messes up. When I feel like enough chefs have messed up (or when I can’t remember any more), I stop, and whichever team screwed up less is the winner.
In the Elimination Ceremony, the two chefs who go up are usually the chefs who messed up the most that night.
And then, there’s a number of factor that I use to decide who is eliminated.
Sometimes I just let random.org decide.
Sometimes I just choose the person who messed up more that night.
Sometimes I just choose the person who messed up more OVERALL.
And finally, I also make sure that at some points I throw in some twists to keep things interesting. Like someone being eliminated from the safe team. Someone switching to another team. A third nominee. All of these things happen on the real show, and it makes my game feel a little more real...
