FORMAT:
As American Grit is focused on physicality, 24 'Challenge beasts' were selected to participate this season. Each round, all of the contestants will participate in a challenge, with their placing equating to certain number of points between 0-24. After the challenge, the three contestants with the most total cumulative points will form the 'Inner Circle' who are not only immune from elimination, but are responsible for nominating 3 of the remaining contestants to face the elimination round, known as 'The Circus'. Additionally, the player who placed in 1st in the challenge will receive immunity for that round; if that player is already part of the inner circle, then no other player will receive immunity. The three nominated players will then face off in the Circus, where 2 will remain, and 1 will be sent home. The surviving players from the Circus, however, will be exempt from the next elimination.
