I routinely take breaks from this site (usually 12-18 months) without announcing it, but this time I'd like to share.

2023 was one of the best years for me, up until a very sudden incident occured towards the end that near broke me. I was advised to take time off work. I began to feel like I was spiralling with no sleep schedule, daily routine & the anxiety of dealing with the issue on hand.

To distract myself, I logged into Tengaged & enrolled into Stars. This was THE best distraction I needed. My attention was on DC, nom sets & polls. I had to download discord. I was forced to interact with people, at a time where I was isolating myself.

This site is wildly imperfect, but the community here has never failed to be an outlet for me over the years in my worst hour. I'm forever grateful for it.
⭐ Things have been resolved & I will be going back to work, so I've requested a perm on this account. (It just feels most secure to me, given the nature of hacking, personal reasons etc).
