Okay so I wasn’t going to post this but fuck it everyone else is and I’m proud of my efforts. I was so unhappy with myself, I have had the world at my feet, been able to travel the world several times over, good job, live in a lovely place, loving and supporting family & have a great friend group around me but I was so disgusted with how I looked. I took COVID as an opportunity to change my ways and fix my own mental health starting with the way I looked. At the start of COVID I was 79KG and now I’m down to 61KG. (39 pounds down for the Americans) Still a long way to go but so happy with my progress. This will probably get rage negged and I’ll get called fat and ugly still but OH WELL, can’t please them all.
