1x1: " #FirstDay "
The first day of the 2016-2017 school year has finally arrived, and for Katie Beth, it means the first year of high school. Katie Beth walks in, with high hopes of finally being able to understand who she is, but her hopes fall short as she is outcasted by the popular girls, seen as "too punk" for the nerds, and too preppy for the goths. Katie Beth's struggle to fit in only worsens as she is ridiculed in class for being one of the least intelligent in her class.
Meanwhile, star athlete Ashton watches Jerome try out for the soccer team. Afterwards, Ashton confronts Jerome, saying he doesn't like soccer and is only trying out to get closer to the cheerleaders and parties. Jerome tells him this is true, but Ashton won't be able to do anything about it, especially since Jerome knows Ashton's secret from freshman year. Jerome blackmails Ashton into training him, in order for Jerome to make the soccer team.
Jessi and Josie, best friends since elementary school, find themselves starting out Junior year in a love triangle with Liam Walker, who is dating Jessi, but fucked Josie after Jessi wouldn't put out. Jessi and Josie go to great extremes to try to humiliate the other, in order to get Liam's love. In the end, Jessi's wits come up with the perfect plan and she leaks Josie's nudes from the earlier year. Although Jessi won the prank war, Liam saw this as cold blooded, and chose to date Josie, in which Jessi swore he revenge upon the both of them.
