One year and 9 months. 330 games played, with 44 games won. 2179 Karma that came from castings mainly. Yea that’s right, after what felt like an endless eternity of waiting, I’ve finally achieved the rank of TV star, being only the 316th person to do so. Honestly, my first couple of days here on Tengaged were shrouded in mystery. I had joined the site after watching some silly Survivor videos online from LoganWorm’s Survivor series. After much hesitation, I decided to try out the site in an effort to bring some entertainment to my life. Entertainment was definitely found after much struggling to understand how to play these games like “Fasting” and “Casting”. Over time I got more competitive, made friends, and got
better at the games themselves.
While I still cannot say I’ve joined Stars (#Cheap4Stars), I can happily say that the fact I’ve played 330 games doesn’t faze me. While most may look at this number and think that I can’t be nearly as good as some of the professionals on this site, I can look at the number and be proud of myself for having evolved over my time to get better at the games put before me. There’s still much for me to do, from Stars to Shops, so my time on TG is far from completed. I will still stick around here just to enjoy the games and save my money to make my avatar (and other avatars) look good. When I first joined this site, my avatar looked like the one shown above, and I literally thought it was the coolest avatar ever. It was only a matter of time before designs would turn my avatar from the “Flat Stanley” of a man to what we see here today.
I won’t spend too much time rambling on here, as eventually this will just turn into bragging so let’s get down to business here. There’s no way I would even be here on TG to this day if it hadn’t been for all the friends who helped me through thick and thin. While many have left us due to banning and inactiveness, there’s still plenty more to enjoy my “Retirement Days” of Tengaged with. Those friends who really stood out are listed below, but I’ll try and make sure nobody gets left out by featuring y’all in the comments below.
Booyahhayoob ~ There’s literally no way I can make any blog about a new color level without mentioning you. You’re literally my best friend on this site, and also the only person I can think of off the top of my head who I’ve talked with in real life. I appreciate everything we’ve done together, such as the games we joined and the gift that you recently brought my way. Don’t leave TG anytime soon man, I have plans for you in the future lol.
gagaluv ~ Probably the first designer I had met when I first joined. You were always pleasant to be around, and brought happiness into several of my days. I can’t thank you enough for how you impacted my TG life, and my TG experience may have been much more dull had we never..
