Night 10
At the Redemption Island camp site, while Tony is sleeping, Vecepia talks with Natalie W. The two women, who have been in an alliance since Day 1, plot to work together to ensure Tony's elimination. Tony wakes up at the end of the conversation asking if he missed anything and the Vecepia/Natalie W reply "No" while smirking.

Day 11
Pagong and Samburu file into the Redemption Island arena where Jeff is waiting. Once the tribes sit down, he calls in Natalie W, Tony, and Vecepia. Before the "duel" begins Jeff tells Pagong and Samburu to drop their buffs. The final 15 have reached a tribe swap. The castaways select new tribe buffs at random. When they reveal their new colors, all are surprised to learn there is a new tribe: TIMBIRA. The new tribe divisions are 5 vs. 5 vs. 5 and are as follows:

The new tribes separate accordingly to watch the next duel. As they planned, Vecepia and Natalie W work together and help each other through the duel. Tony does not find this cool at all and heckles them for what he considers to be cheating. Tony does his best to listen to what Vecepia/Natalie W are saying to each other so he can use that knowledge to win the duel too. Natalie W finishes the duel first, securing her spot in the next duel. Tony attempts to distract Vecepia but all her focus is on Natalie W's coaching. Vecepia finishes the duel before Tony can, effectively eliminating him. The original Samburus seem ecstatic on the sidelines. Jeff congratulates Natalie W and Vecepia. Tony says his goodbyes, gives a farewell speech, and drops his buff into the fire.
18th - Tony
Vecepia and Natalie W leave the arena first. Jeff sends New Pagong, New Samburu, and Timbira off to their camps, informing Timbira that they must construct a new camp site.
At the Timbira's new and empty camp site Boston Rob, Danni, Ethan, Tina, and Yul begin construction of their new camp. They do not waste any time as they want to be done before sundown. This postpones most strategy talk. While Ethan, Tina, and Yul put together the structure where they will sleep, Danni and Rob discuss the possibility that they may have to use their idol before the merge, if they are to lose a challenge. Meanwhile, Tina and Yul work on bringing in Ethan as a third vote.
At Pagong's camp, Natalie A and Sandra are excited to be in the majority, while they are still cautious because Parvati may have an idol. They talk with Earl about who to go after first. Parvati is a sneaky strategic threat and Richard is Tina's closest ally. Parvati quickly realizes that Richard is also on the outs and talks strategy with him, realizing that joining up with him would mean having Tina and Yul on her side guaranteed at the merge.
At Samburu's camp, Jenna/Fabio and Denise/Todd are quick to realize that JT is the much-needed swing vote. JT admits in confessional that he is unsure of who to go with, but is leaning towards aligning with Jenna and Fabio because Denise and Todd want Boston Rob out. Denise, Todd, Jenna, and Fabio do their best to have a fun first night together as a tribe, wanting to get know each other better. Strategy talks are unanimously decided to be postponed until the next day, Day 12.
Day 12
At Pagong, Parvati tries to buddy up to Sandra, hoping to renew their Villains tribe friendship. Sandra seems interested. While Richard tries to strategize with Earl. He brings up the idea of turning against Tina at merge. If it means he can make it to the merge, he swears he will vote with Natalie A/Earl/Sandra against Tina. Natalie joins Earl and Richard and says she'll think about Richard's offer. They return to camp and hang out around the camp fire, all realizing that they get along really well.
At Samburu, Jenna and Fabio are close to making a deal with JT. JT proposes a final five deal for Boston Rob/Danni/JT/Jenna/Fabio. Jenna and Fabio seem interested but are also getting closer to Denise and Todd. The four get a long really well.
At Timbira, Ethan goes back and forth on whether to team up with Tina/Yul or Boston Rob/Danni. He hopes that the tribe can win immunity so he has more time to think over this decision. It could mean the difference between doing well post-merge or going out as a jury member...or worse - pre-merge.
Day 13
Wanting to strengthen his standing on his new tribe, Ethan goes hidden immunity idol hunting. Tina and Yul catch on to what he is doing and follow. They dig and climb all over their new jungle area behind camp. After an hour or so, Ethan finds it. Tina and Yul see him do so. In his confessional Ethan says he thinks he'll align with Tina and Yul because they saw him find the idol. He also says he would go with Boston Rob and Danni if they presented him a better offer.
The tribes arrive at the site for their next immunity challenge. Jeff informs them that the tribe who completes the challenge first will receive immunity and a reward. The tribe in second will just receive immunity and the last tribe will go to tribal council tonight.
Timbira completes the challenge first securing reward and immunity. Samburu and Pagong are neck and neck in the last stage of the challenge, but Samburu pulls ahead to win it.
Jeff hands Timbira their reward and immunity and hands Samburu the second immunity idol. He has nothing for Pagong and sends them on their way.
At Pagong's camp the tribe is at a loss for words. Together as a group of five they've all gotten close and we're hoping that they didn't have to vote anyone off before the merge. The group knows that Natalie A/Sandra/Earl are close meaning it will either be Parvati or Richard.
Parvati takes Natalie A aside to plead her case. She's gathered that Richard is an alliance with Tina whom Natalie A has wanted out for a while. Parvati says she will help and stay loyal to New Pagong. Natalie A says she agrees that taking out Richard would be smart, but admits that Parvati is a dangerous player post-merge. Parvati swears she will be loyal to New Pagong, even going as far to make a final four deal. In a confessional Parvati says she does not and will not trust Natalie A. She has seen her play on San Juan Del Sur and knows she is equally dangerous post-merge. But she knows she needs her for at least this vote.
Richard has also gone off to talk strategy, but with Earl and Sandra. He makes his case that both Parvati and Natalie A are dangerous players with amazing strategic and social games. He reiterates that he will turn on Tina. They can trust him but they can't trust Natalie and Parvati. Earl and Sandra agree that he makes good points. They then assure him that he has nothing to worry about. They've already discussed the reality that they can't really trust Natalie.
Pagong heads into tribal council. Jeff and the tribe discuss that they've all gotten close and don't want to vote out someone tonight. Jeff asks how Old Samburus (Earl/Natalie/Sandra) about being in the majority and that they don't really need to bring Richard or Parvati on to join them. They say they're all worried about how the next few votes will go and how they will affect the impending merge. Jeff sends them off to vote. The five vote and return. Jeff retrieves the urn and reads the votes aloud.
First vote is: SANDRA ....

"Sixth person voted off of Survivor: Winners (?) is RICHARD. Three that's enough tonight."
Richard says his goodbyes to the tribe and grabs his torch. Richard says "One of you better win this thing."Jeff snuffs his torch and sends him off to Redemption Island. Pagong heads back to camp.
Night 13
Richard arrives at the Redemption Island camp site. Vecepia and Natalie W are surprised that he is out so early.
