1st- an iPod Touch
2nd- $25 GC to amazon.com
3rd- homemade fleece blanket
So everything was going according to plan. However, what I didn't plan is that three quarters of my cast would just not participate. People that are active are getting frustrated, and I know I am, so I'm just about ready to call it quits. However, I'm not going to call it quits and take away the prizes.
Should I start over?
Should I have a poll with all the active players in it to decide who gets 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place?
What should I do?
I'm really lost with this one...

Why wou1d you give out an IPOD TOUCH is my question.
I did a group game, and it went terrible =/ Everyone was active for the first few days, and then it went downhill. I suggest picking higher color level people to play!
You'd think that they'd commit with prizes being there!
How many active people are there who want to play? Maybe each of them can recommend a friend who would be active to play and replace those who can't be bothered.
As I said joey, I wanted my group game to be a success. And it's not exactly $300. More like $250. That's a drop in the bucket for me, and I really wanted to have a successful group game that would be fun to play and let my creative juices flow...
