Hi everybody. On tonight's blog I will be recapping the So You Think You Can Dance performance and results shows from this week.
I'll start with the performances. This week each couple performed 2 dances with completely new pairings. First up tonight was Noelle and Ryan with a Hip-hop routine. I think Ryan could have gotten more into the funk of the music but overall it was a good start. Next up was Ashleigh and Legacy with a Contemporary routine. With the amount of time that they had to practice this routine, it was really good. Next up was Kathryn and Nathan with a Broadway routine. It was good but Kathryn didn't seem to have enough chemistry with Nathan. Next up was Ellenore and Jakob with a Quickstep. Besides some minor problems with Jakob's footing, it was a really strong routine. Last up for the first round was Mollee and Russell with a Lyrical Jazz routine. Best of the night so far. These were my rankings in the first round.

4th Kathryn and Nathan
5th Noelle and Ryan
Now for the second round. First up was Noelle and Ryan with a Smooth Waltz. It was another good routine but Noelle could have brought a bit more softness to her performance. Next up was Ashleigh and Legacy with a Hip-hop routine. The first routine was good but this one didn't work well at all. Next up was Kathryn and Nathan with a Rumba. It was alright but the passion that they had wasn't very believable. Next up was Ellenore and Jakob with a Contemporary routine. Their 1st routine was good but this was phenomenal. Last up was Mollee and Russell with a Jive. It was another great performance and if things go right they should have no problem making it through. These were my final rankings for the couples this week.

Now for the results. The 4 contestants in the bottom were Noelle, Kathryn, Ryan and Nathan. At this point in the competition just about anybody could be in the bottom and tonight I wasn't really all that shocked about any of these 4 based on this week. After they performed their solos and the results were revealed, Noelle and Nathan were eliminated. I knew Nathan's time was coming but I'm not so sure about Noelle because all of the girls skill levels are so close that it's really hard to predict who will go. 8 are left. Who do you think will go next week?
